Nokia N 93 — poor service
jobsheet no [protected] I submitted my handset nokia n 93 for repair on 07/01/2008 at hcl nokia care center ,venkat plaza ,punjagutta ,hyderabad.I was give delivari date 21/01/2008. But my hand set is still not repair .Their is a very poor and slow service from this care center. I was told it will take another four days when i visited to take my hand set.

After six months or so it is infested with certain technical problems related to back 3.2 megapickcel camera. To our surprised after so much of extenstive follow up the said mobile is not being return back and now understand it is not being loacted also. Since we have purchased the phone at a very dear price, we expect full value for our money and ask you to replace the set at the earliest. I had purchased the nokia 5800xpress music handset on[protected] at Rs.19300/-incl.vat, but we are facing the technical problems i.e.the set was hang several times in this three months.I had allready shown this set to the dealer ( National Enterprises, station road, Jalgaon-425001(MS)India)as wel as to the Nokia service station(Om services, jalgaon)three times but the problems remains as it is, then at last they send the hand set to Delhi on[protected] but yet we are not receiving the positive responce from the dealer nighter from the service station.the details as given bellow.I want the replacement of that Handset.Model-Nokia-5800 Xpress music.
