[Resolved]  Nokia 3110 Classic — Bad Service of nokia care centre

Respected Sir,
I have purchased the Nokia 3110 C from Subhiksha Shop, Kochar Market Road, Ludhiana on dated[protected] and after three months my mobile started giving problem that power does not switched on. I went to the service station Mobile Super Market SCF-5 Model Town Extension Market, Near Krishna Mandir, Ludhiana where they operated the mobile and after some days the problem reoccured and i again handover the mobile set againt to the same service centre and they again operated the mobile set and returned to me but on july 10 2009 vide job sheet.I Called to chandigarh nokia care office and talked to Mr sharad regarding the same problem on dated 20/07/09 and he gave me the complaint number 1-[protected] and said it will take 48 hours to process your request. number :12343357/090710/35 the problem remain the same and this time they returned the mobile set on[protected] and within half an hour the problem reoccured and they said that we can't do anything and your purchase bill is missed accidently by us and now you can't avail the free service facility from any nokia care centre in future. After the word war with the manager about this topic they take the mobile set again and give the new job sheet number: 1234527/090722/23 dated 22/07/09 at 11:34am and they said we have sent this mobile set to chandigarh for replacement with the comment THIS IS THE 4TH TIME REPEAT CASE FOR SAME PROBLEM, KINDLY PLZ REPLACE THIS HANDSET.
i agained call to chandigarh and this time i talked to Mr.chetan Patel vide complaint number 1-[protected] at 12:11pm then he asked it will take 48 hours to process your request. After that nokia care centre asked to take the old set that is going to be replaced. I think it is mentally harassment and is not good for your company. Please tell me the best solution...!

3110 — about service

i have given my set for repair at nokia care centre jaipur near lakshmimendir cinema on 20/5/2008 they ask me to call on 22.
I tried their number for more then one hour but they did'nt respond to my call and when i went their then their were many customers who r also complaining about that.
then when i asked about my cell then they said that they have not send my cell to head office but when i chacked the status on net it showed repaired
this is not first time when i faced this type of problem and i have no doubt in saying that your service is very very poor

nokia/3110classic — bad service n bad customer support

sir/mam,

on 18/8/09 i have given my set to kalkaji nokia care for a small prob of on/off swich which was not responding that time.
after repairing the set when my set handover to me i came to know by centre repersentative(who handovered the set to me ) that my speaker n someother parts where replaiced without informing.
but after repairing work there where new prb where arouesed for ex:-
1)bad sound output.
2)fm station serching problem.
but this bad patch doesn't over till now when i again go n raise my issue there in centre. two engg n mng r going to pysical with me n said do whatever u wanna do, go whereever u wanna go, we don't repair ur set.
i am stunned with such a bad behavior in such a big multinational customer relation end.
plz do smthing fast n strict for above mentioned critical issue's coz i m feeling harrased n depressed.

Nokia care,chandigarh — Bad Service

Recently I have bought a new set of Nokia , E52 series . After a month it starts giving me problems of Sim card , networking and charging .I went at Nokia Care , Sector 22-C,Chandigarh. I haven't seen such a poor service anywhere in the world . They had made me visit nearly four times at their center everyday without solving my problem because they themselves don't know the problem . I have to come everyday crossing 20km from my home in local buses . I have launched my 1st complaint on 10th August 2010 and its been 20 days they didn't handed my set to me. My 3rd Complaint ESN/IMEI Number is [protected] , well they didn't wrote the Job sheet No.
You should engage a lawyer to help you out with it

Trust me they will come running to you...
