Nokia 3110C — two time service not complete,three time display is problems

Dear sir,
This is regarding my Nokia 3110c, bought on may'07. from nokia collection centre at kasganj distt. Etah for Rs. 6800/- january month later it started to behave erratically, it is display is blinking, My handset was in good condition when i gave them, and second time blinking & third time is same problems i got replacement,. I went the Nokia care centre at Chembur. i warned them to take care of it as it was a new piece. 1o days later i was called to take the delivery, When i saw my mobile i was shocked coz my piece looked worn out with a lot of scraches behind. I refused to take the delivery and they took it back saying it wud be rectified and to give it back. Today i was called again and still the piece is in bad shape, i request u to please change my handset and give me a new one, such an expensive product. My hand set serial no.[protected] and I hope u will act on my complaint soon. Thanking you hope to get a favourable response.

nokia 3110c — not solve problem

my nokia 3110c has auto switch off problem within two days of bought and now repaired about 6 times but not solve my problem .i went to nokia care last time 28-04-08, then employe said it would not repaired in kota, it will send jaipur for 15 days, after 15 days when i take my mobile, it has a new problem which is givin below
(1)-when we open app access and set to allowed to read data in mamory card then setting not save and it always shows not allowed . (2)-calculator not included with sotware
when i went to nokia care for these problem 4 time again but problem not solved and then i warn them that i will complain in consumer forum then they said consumer forum not worked for any problem and shows only advirtisement .
and now i want to replace my mobile. my mobile emi no is [protected] and i have also a photocopy of jobsheet which shows the problem is repeted fourth times

I approached to the nokia care he suggest mobile's ringer is fail,
you come again after 7 days we have no stock. I went again to nokia care still he saying me to come again after 3 days.

I had purchased a new Nokia 3110c on its IMEI No is [protected]. Afer 2 hours i found that earphone was not working without restart the phone and when i removed the earphone then earphone sign was remaining on the mobile screen.
i gave the handset to your auth service centre at: Ganpati Communications, civil lines Road Gurdaspur Punjab on 17/11/2008. After two days they told me that your phone had been send to Delhi head office for maintenance. My Job sheet no is[protected]/081117/6. Pls confirm me that when i can recieve my Handset.

And given Mobil set on 25/10/2008 to me WITHOUT Solve Problem.

3 Third Job Sheet No 3638 DT 25/10/2008 Rama Telekom Udaipur (Rajasthan) and given Mobil set on 22/11/2008 to me WITHOUT Solve Problem.

I have in shook that what is doing by repair centre of Branded NOKIA CO SEND MANEY TIMES FOR REPAIRE BUT STILL DEDECTIVE AS ON DATE.
Please look this issue and resolve this problem immediately because I SPENT the money RS 4435 / BUT single day we cannot use Mobil set and from date of purchase Mobil set is going repairing purpose and still defective as on date. I think that I have DO mistake for purchase NOKIA Make Mobil Set. This is branded Company. Please give Mobil no of Responsible Person in NOKIA Company so that I can talk to him and solve my problem.

Again I request to you Please Solved above problem in my Mobil set and complete check before sending back to M/s Rama Telecom because This set has send for repairs 4 times to you.

1. my headphones were become out of order after 15 days of the warranty
2. my charger is also not working
3. and in august 2009 my phone is not displaying anything

my name is gitesh wadhwa .i am from jagadhri. i buy a phone 3110c of nokia company on 27th oct, 2008
IME NO [protected]. the product is give problem of power boot failure in the 2nd month from his
purchase . then i go to nokia care. they change the software of the phone. but after 6 week the same
problem occur again and i have to go again for its repair to nokia care this the second time . but after
2 month same problem occcur thrice. and i have to go for its repair to nokia care this the third time.
they third time change the software . but after 2 month the product is giving problem again the forth time
i want the full worth of my money. so kindly help me out so what should i have to do ...

nokia3110c — problem in warranty period

sir my mobile is in warranty period nd its keypad is not working. i have visited the nokia care 5 times but they r unable to repair my mobile so please register a complaint against the company.

3110c — My Nokia Model is Not Working

Nokia Model : 3110C. I really dont know wht is the problem for my Cell?. I was submitted to Nokia Care near Andheri (E). And after one week of examine the cell phone they told me that we cant resolve your query & give bak my cell. This is not the way to work? I purchase this cell phone in November 2008 & it is still in Wartanty. Now you guys tell me what should i do?. right now i do not havwe that receipt with me.. But first filled my complaint then i revert it back..Please give me reply of this mail. i m waiting for u ASAP?..

i have also faced this problem... i bought january 2009 and my mobile warrenty was yet it is not finished.but this problem occur third time... i am very irritated using this mobile now...

Recently in my Nokia 3110C problem been started like NOKIA logo will appera when i switch on the cell & a plain text will appear & blinks for 3 times & goes off . even by submtting to nokia centre also this has not been rectified, my . i want replacement, i have gurantee till jan17th 2010.

Hi friends, this is Shankar from Chennai. I too face similar problems with 3110c. My warranty has just finished and now it gets switched off. White light blinks for three times and then gets switched off completely. W.r.t headphones, it was working only for six months.

Do anyone have any solution to correct my phone?
