Nokia / 3230 — Unexpected behaviour of NOKIA CARE

I had submitted my NOKIA/3230 on 18-March-2008 at NOKIA [protected]@Rewari(Haryana).The problem in my mobile was that it got restarted automatically between the calls, I have suffered a lot during important calls due to this behaviour of mobile.My Job Sheet no. is[protected]/080318/48 .I Have visited a lot of time to NOKIA CARE but not able to get any solution on this .My mobile is still there.You can contact me on my alternate no. at [protected] .
It's 4th time now I am facing this problem everytime NOKIA Person just return my mobile after some minor troubleshoting but after few hours resut was same .Now It's more than 2 weeks I am not able to get the solution.I am not expecting this from Organisation like NOKIA.Please look into the issue & resolve the same ASAP.
