[Resolved]  Nokia 3500c — cellphone replacement

Good morning sir
as we all know that nokia has been a reputed company and has been providing quality services over the years.
but i wouuld like to bring to your notice that i had registered a complaint regarding my cell phone
model no.-3500c
product code:-0567037
it has 3 major problems
1.the alarm ring is not audible
2.the bluetooth technology is not functioning
3.when someone calls up, it is very faintly audible
it has been sent thrice to the service centre and still it is not repaired
the job sheet no.s are-090763/5, 090804/6, 090821/8.
i am thoroughly disappointed with the services in the sambalpur(orissa) service centre.
i would want you to take some strict actions and since the cellphone is within the warranty period i want it to be replaced as soon as possible.
I would be greatly obliged if you consider the case ant take necessary steps at the earliest.

Nokia — Nokia 3500c gets heated up

I bought a Nokia 3500c mobile on 12th April and observed that the speaker (receiver) gets heated up within 3 to 5 minutes during the first call and within 3 mts for subsequent calls. I am very much annoyed because even after 2 services the situation prevails the same. Finally the Univercell showroom from where I bought the mobile have agreed to send my mobile for replacement (SWAP!). This problem seems to be very common in this handset and it was not told by the sales rep at the time of purchasing this.

I seek help from anyone who can guide on how to get this returned and get back the money I paid.

nokia 3500c — Replacement of nokia -3500c

brought Nokia 3500c phone on 05/01/08 and since then i have given twice that phone for repairing for the same problem.THis time when it again went out of service i asked them for replacement as my phone is a brand new phone with a proper bill but Nokia Care centre flatly refused.

My query is that if it is justified that if there any 1 in 100's phone is a faulty phone from the beginning itself and the same cannot be replaced with a new handset...

Where is the fault of the customer...who had put in their entire belief on the authenticity of the nokia Product...

Cant they accept their one fault...and get it replaced...

This is regarding my cell phone model no.3500c which was purchased on 3rd of March 2008 from the Nokia priority dealer MM Associates Hyderabad vide invoice no.31757 dated 3/2/08. The instrument developed problems (gets off very often, gets heated up, need to be charged for a longer time and while receiving a call a beep noise comes) and was given back to the dealer for repair on the 23rd of March 2008. The instrument was given back to me on the 2nd of April 2008 stating that there was some problem with the software and it was rectified. The problem continued and the same was returned to the dealer on the 3rd of April 2008 with the same complaint. They said it was sent back to the factory and it will take minimum 40 days for replacement. A new piece was handed over to me on the 5th of May 2008. The new instrument worked normal for 10 days and again the same trouble started. It was given back to the dealer on the 10th of June 2008. I had checked with the dealer on the 31st of June 2008 and was told it will take time till date I haven't received my cell and each time they are giving a excuse.


Hence I am writing this mail to you so that maybe you would be able to help me out. I went for the “Nokia Brand” over others as it is the most respected one in the market. I have been very loyal to the Nokia Brand but after this incident I am disappointed. I had plans to purchase to Nokia N 70 but I have dropped that plan. This kind of experience with your product & customer care executives has left me highly disappointed. I guess I should start dissuading & discouraging people from going for your brand so that at least, they won’t face such a grave trouble. If it would have happened with some other brand, it was quite acceptable, but all this disappointment coming from a brand like Nokia is a shame.

good 4 u india doesnt have that good tech now thers lots of problems that ppl have to solve and stuff

last year they had good tech but now i dunno...
