Nokia 3600 Slide — Internet very slow | |
Dear Sir, I have a nokia 3600 Slide with a BSNL gprs activated sim. I wonder the set is good but not its internal modem. When i use internet in pc either through BlueTooth or USB of the set, the internet speed is very very slow. Transfer speed is very slow (0.1 - 3 kbps); but when i use same sim and same setting in nokia 6223 modem i get a speed of 8-20 kbps. And also the set is becoming very slow while scrolling applications. Is there any way to solve the problem. Any s/w update or anything. Was this information helpful? | |

the same problem even i am also facing.several times went nokia care but no use.
this is very to say that i spent 10000 in my first salaryfor this cell .this was first investment in my life in my own money.
i[censored] got any suggestion from anyone please forward it to me also.

I am costumer of Nokia Mobile since 2002. I would like to inform you that Nokia 3600 S, Serial no[protected]; Mobile was purchase from Khair in Sept-08. I am facing Voice & Display problem since very first day.Therefore I have given my handset to nokia care at Aligarh for the same problem, after ten days nokia care have return my handset saying that we are unable to understand handset problem SORRY. It can not be solve.
I have again purchase same handset 3600 S on Nov3rd 08 ‘serial No [protected], again facing same Voice / Display problem.
Will you please let me know what should I do for both Mobile set.
I feel CUSTOMER is important.
I am working with Hindustan Unilever limited, I know value of
CUSTOMER very well.
