[Resolved]  Nokia 5130C - 2 — Solution for contact service error in nokia 5130c-2

Faced the similar problem and visited Nokia Care at Abids, Hyderabad, they said that it may be fixed after about a week reported that "Hand Set id dead"

Now I am not able to even start my mobile :(

Same problem for me too.
nokia care people say it is hardware problem it would take about 2750rs to repair this problem.

Nokia — NOKIA 5130 -CONTACT SERVICE PROBLEM

when i switch on my mobile (nokia 5130) it displays "contact service "..

Iam Mr.suraj from surat, India purchased NOKIA 5130c-2 xpress music mobile on 03/04/2009, but now there is a problem in mobile stating an error message “contact service” while switch on the phone itself.

When I approached the NOKIA service centre located at ring road, surat, their answer really shocked me a few minutes.

They don’t have the software to solve the “contact service” error.

he people say it is problem it would take about 2750rs to repair this problem.

Could you reply what to do to clear the error.
