[Resolved]  Nokia 5233 — nokia care damaged my phone

I am Rajesh i purchased the Nokia handset 5233 on 07/09/10 and the IMEI NO [protected] 0n 08/10/10
suddenly MY MOBILE GET switched off and battery also get heated.i gave this handset to your authorized service centre
NOKIA CARE #31 AYYASAMY STREET,TAMBARAM WEST, CH-45. BUT THEY SAID WE WONT SERVICE HERE .we want
to send delhi we will give in 15days.then 15days after i visit NOKIACARE few more problems are added
like no speaker sound and themes colour also changed difeerent.AGAIN I TELL TO UR NOKIA CARE CENTRE
WHAT IA THIS.they tell we cant solve problem because.mobile get repair in DELHI ONLY. agin we want to send
there itself.THEN THEY TELL AGAIN 15DAYS WILL TAKE TIME.AFTER 15DAYS i got mobile .BUT MOBILE FULL AND FULL
DAMAGED IN FRONT PANEL AND SIDE ALSO .AGAIN I GIVEN NOW??? THEN TELL REASON WHAT THIS THIS???

6233,charger — charger damage

sir/madan,
i had purchased the mobile set 6233-Nokia on 11/5/08 from subhiksha(crown plaza, faridabad).Now its charger is not working.
Iam an employee in Shahi Exports, Sec-28 fbd, haryana and having no time to go even to Nokia priority to replace it.
could you pls send your executive to collect the charger ar pls suggest me another way soon.
as i am facing much problem due to this pls do it urgently.
i am loyal to your brand and help me to keep this loyality maintained in future also.

Nokia Care — Damaged my Phone

Dear Mam/Sir

I have purchased a NOKIA 5800 XM five months ago. I am getting many problem in it. I visited NOKIA CARE six times. But every time I am unsatisfied by there service. In latest I visited Nokia Care on 14/08/2010. The problem was that I was unable to sync to ovi, cant make backup, network signal problem, and major problem was when I plug charger it shows charging and then charger unplugged.

They solved my ovi sync problem but not backup, signal and charging problem after keeping it for two days. When I was receiving my phone I asked for a charger to test it.They refused to give by saying we don't have charger. When I switched on my mobile I found that my Touch panel was cracked. I ran to the executive from whom I received my phone. I told him about the crack. He refuse to accept there mistake. He says we haven't crack it.

When I argued with him that I always keep my phone in front of my eyes and I know whats the problem in it, where it is damaged but I didn't found Touch panel cracked before.

If it was already cracked when I was delivering my phone to executive for repair on14/08 she and the Engineer tested it, they also turns it off and on. They must have seen if it was cracked. she must told me that your Touch panel is cracked.

Then he stop responding to me. He went inside leaving his chair and didn't came back for a long time. I just came back home with sad face.

When I plugged my charger at home it gives the same massage again. I was taken aback. After one day I received a feedback call from Nokia. I tell her the whole story that was happens to me. She said you will receive a call tomorrow. Next day I get a call again from Nokia. She told me that you go to Nokia care your problem will be resolved.

On 21/08/2010 I visited Nokia care again. When I talked about signal, charging problem and to change the touch panel and also told them that I got a call from Nokia they told me that your problem will be solved. But they refused again to change the touch panel. When I opposed an officer came in civil dress. I don't know who was he may manager. He returned my mobile and said we will not repaire your mobile. He miss behaved with me and I was told to get out. I said I am not going any where until my problem will not be solved. There executive move out of his seat. I waited for 38min but no one came. Then again I complained after a few minutes executive came and take my mobile for repaire. They returned my mobile after 30min.

But they have not changed my Touch panel. Now I am still getting the signal problem. Is there any who can listen to me. will I get Justice.

May be they do Injustice with me because I am 15 years old. They thought that what he can do if we refuse.


Please help me to get justice. I want my Justice.
