[Resolved] Nokia 5233 — touch pad do not work properly and hang

This is to here by inform you that i am Arijit Roy, new user of Nokia5233,purchased on 27/12/2010 from Take 'n' Talk,(my IMEI number:- [protected]//product code:[protected].
Recently, i went to nokia care centre( Satya Telecare) at your branch 229, C.R.Avenue, near girish park metro,kol-6. and hand over my set to them due to touch pad has not work properly and hang. They said to me after 5 days they will return back my handset but they didn't for me and again they will give me date for another 4 days,( My job sheet no. 110103/32).
So, i want to know how many days will you take for repair my handset.plz. reply me as soon as possible,bcoz, i have only one handset.([protected]@gmail.com).

Nokia — touchpad issue - hanging

Hi,

This is to share my experience visiting different nokia care centre's, in bangalore. I bought my Nokia c-6 black in color last month, in november. However it experiencing hanging problem, it hanging and when i took it to one of the care centre's they told the touch pad is defective and that needs to be replaced, however they said right now they don't have the stock for that model, i trusted their words and then contacted other care centres in bangalore, however found i got to know the same answer from others that they also don't have the stock for the c6-black. atlast one care centres on the phone said they have the stock and then i went to them the next day, they made me to wait for 1 hour and giving some unusal questions regarding why you did not get the touchpad from the other care centre, and said they also don't have the stock and asked me to come on 06th of january. I personaly feel that their is something wrong in these centres, i mean i feel they lie regarding the availibitly of the stock for the nokia c-6 mobile touchpad, because how its not possible that none of the centres has got the touchpad for this model. i am very suspicious about these centres, i strongly feel they lie to cus regarding the stock..i don't know why...but thats what i strongly beleive..

anyway they gave me jobsheet and asked me to come on 06th of jan..lets home it will be resolved soon.

however I m very dissapointed trusting NOKia over Samsung, though these days Samsungs phone are popular but i still decided to go for the nokia handsets as i thought the quality of Nokia mobiles is very good like less or no defects and battery back , i chose Nokia because i thought they are more reliable than any of other brand for mobieles in india... but nokia proved me wrong on that..

Lets hope issue wil be resolved. but i still wonder why None of the care centres had the stock of the touchpad at same time..and thats very suspicious...about them..i personaly don't trust them..
