i have bought nokia c3-00 on 13/01/2011.and as per stcker on the box of handset there was offer"enjoy internet on your new nokia c3 , get 2gb per months for 6 months ,automatic activation after inserting sim "
but sir i haven't got any offer till now ,meanwhile i talked to airtel customer care three times and each time after listening my complain they just disconnected me,sir now i am feeling that i have been cheated by these two companies sir kindly handle my complain.

Airtel — nokia c3-00 airtel offer

sir i bought nokia c3-00 on 13 jan 2011 and as per nokia airtel collaborate offer o[censored]nlimited 2gb internet offer ,it should have been started within 24 hours but sir now even after more than 2 days nothing happened,sir i talked to airtel customer care three times no response from there side,sir i want to register complain against this fraud company of india who is going in hell by cheating customers and making them to indulge with these phisings,

    Nokia doesn't do any kind of lotteries. This should mean that all the messages saying that you have won anything in a Nokia lottery are fraudulent.
    I got a message through SMS that i have won 70,000 pounds and it will be deliver to me through one MRS Anna Van Frank of [protected]@admin.in.th affiliate with the British Airways World Cargo courier i want to confirm if the mentioned Email address is affiliate and genuine before i will proceed with their request. my email address is [protected]@yahoo.       Respected Sir,
      This is with reference to the Nokia C3 Product which I purchased from Nokia – Univercell (Mylapore) on 18th October 2010, vide UTN : 2267780. .
      I regret to inform you that the product is defective and my numerous verbal complaints to your personnel salesman/service center in UNIVERCELL (Mylapore) have yielded no results. When I took it to the service center they additionally didnt resolve my problem and made me fool that they had resolved the problem but they didn’t. I have walked more than 20 times to the shop for servicing the newly purchased mobile. Within 10 days of purchase, phone has stopped functioning properly. The mobile was been sent to Delhi for service by the Univercell, and it was returned after a week or so with a report saying the mobile’s complaints cannot be repaired. Even then the Univercell is not ready in replacing the model or neither refunding the money. Instead the Univercell fellow is giving a damaged Nokia C3 piece and saying it’s a new piece which has been sent from Delhi so don’t bother about the damages. There are so many complaints being logged on this C3 product in several websites.
      I kindly request you to either replace the product with a functioning new model product or refund my money. If, any of these options are not taken into consideration then I would not mind going directly to the press and file a serious complaint.
      I have never been let down by any of your products in the past and I look forward to your immediate action on this occasion
      i have purchassed a nokia c3 handset in the beginning of the month of february.
      and within 10 day from date of purchase i have started having trancodr problem.the person to whom i m calling cannot hear my voice and only disturbance is heard.

        NOKIA X6 — unsatisfied cell phone

          Hi,
          i am using Nokia Supernova mobile (model) its been 1.2 years using this phone. from past 4 months this phone is hangging, stop working suddenly cannot able to send an SMS also at that time. i went to service station they changed the power commected chip. Reinstalled the new software but still not working. just 4 to 5 days it work fine and later the same issue.
          now a days the phone joy pad is getting hang for more than 30 minutes, this will happen 4 - 5 times a day. really bugging when we need to call of if we are in the call.
          can you please suggest an resoluting for the same.

            Recently I purchased a Nokia C3 handset. When I went to configure my e-mail accounts at the local Nokia Care centre at Hem Nasker Road, Kolkata 700010, they could not help me and sent me to a private shop called Sweet Heart at Phoolbagan. The people at the shop informed me that Vodafone Live would not be enough to get push mails and I needed Vodafone Mobile Connect. So I went to the Vodafone store at Kankurgachi and subscribed to Vodafone Mobile Connect. Next day I configured my gmail and yahoo mail accounts on my handsets and I started receiving e-mails on my handset. However that stopped after 2 days. I went back to the Vodafone store where they checked my account and my handset and informed me that it could be due to some virus my push mail software in the handset must have got corrupted. So I went to the Nokia Care at Girish Park where they reloaded the entire software of my handset. Again I went back to the Vodafone store at Kankurgachi to get my e-mails configured, but they could not set it. Now I do not know whom to catch Vodafone or Nokia for the non-functional push mail in my handset.

              Gave my mobile to a Nokia Care center for service on 10th jan morning by 10.00 am. It was returned by them that it cannot be serviced at the ELC level.

              The complaint with the mobile was that the media applications are failing one after another. After the ELC, my memory card got damaged and the data was lost. As I discussed it again with the Center -in charge, that after the ELC, i lost my Memory card, which was functioning properly, they took it for SERVICE. But promised to complete it by next day. To my surprise, the mobile was not serviced properly and returned that the media applications are working with a charge of Rs.950/-. As i took it back, I verified the functionality and Nokia care people explained that they have installed the software but it need to be RUN, so the functionality starts working. But, if the software has been loaded, they should have cleaned the disc. But, I took the mobile back with all the data.
              So, practically, nothing is done to it and they have just tried to give a training. As it is the slide model, the techincal personnel does not know to handle it and they have inserted the memory card wrongly and damaged it.

                  iam shivshankar who recently bought N8 on december 20th with an offer of 6months GPRS datapack free with 2GB monthly offer
                  ihad taken a new sim and has been activated for the same cause.from the time i have taken N8 with the above offer,i am unable to use this offer..
                  whenever i browse the internet it is getting deducted from my main balance account
                  i have given a complaint regarding this to the airtel after being unable to use the above stated offer...till now airtell people are unable to rectify the mistake...
                  as of now i just need to use the offer what we have taken...
                  airtel people r unable to activate the free gprs pack for 6 months bcoz it is a offer they have only given to them

                    I purchased Nokia C5 hand set three months before..After using it for 2 months my charging port was not working.. I showed my set to Nokia service station & they told that it can be solved. After 2 hours i got a call that ur handst is physically damaged & USB is not working. During the submission time my USB port was working fine. Blunder service... Worst customer treatment...I have not damaged my handset physically...I think they have done some thing while doing service...They have also charged me 200 rupees.. My mobile is under still warranty....

                      I bought a brand new NOKIA N8 on[protected]Box price 26,000 approx). From the day of purchase it was going dead again and again. Due to lack of time i was able to contact the nokia care centre only a month later on[protected]NRI communications, O-9 1st floor, Lajpat Nagar). They told me that there is a defect in the handset and offered me a replacement for which i was made to wait for 3 weeks. Finally on 4-1-2011 i was handed a visibly old N8 mobile of different colour. I refused to accept that. Those people offered no further help and turned me away from the shop. Now i am fighting to get justice. Please help me.

                      Are we people to pay for a new phone (with one year so called warranty) and finally settle down to use a old one for a fault of their company? There are thousands of posts in the nokia website abt this. The prblm is theirs. Plz join in the fight against nokia.
                      I have taken a new Nokia N8 in Nov2010 in singapore.. I hav similar problems like hang up freeze...shutting down...etc..

                      already givenN8 to nokia care but no use problem is not solved.

                      Nokia should do something before they loose the whole market.
                      i am from UAE and im join with u for justice.

                          This is Shreekanta here from bangalore. 2 Months ago I had some problem
                          with my 1.5 years old Nokia7210, the battery was not geeting charged and
                          based on the advice I purchased a new battery paying around 1200 rupees.
                          Even after replacement of the battery the same problem continued that
                          the battery was not getting charged!!?. I approached Nolia care (Silk
                          teleservices at marathalli bangalore) for the enquiry where by charging
                          350 rupees the Software update was done and after that the cellphone was
                          handed over to me with 50% battery charged. But unfortunately the
                          battery problem continued, now with 1200+350 rupees spent on the
                          cellphone repair without any resolution I approached the centre again
                          and to my surprise I was updated that the cellphone can be scrapped and
                          it cannot be repaired. I have spent marignally good money and around 4-5
                          hours (altogether) at the centre watching the India Australia test
                          series for no benefit to me!!!!. Now please tell me how can I get this
                          sorted out and I need a honest and benficial resolution on the problem.
                          If the SW was the poblem then why was the battery asked to be replaced,
                          and even i[censored]pload of SW was done the problem did not solve.

                          Waiting for some reply where either I can get the cellphone repaierd or
                          the money spent is refunded to me. I can return the battery which is not
                          used at all!!]

                          I have repaired my hand set E-71with your Nokia Care centre Unnati customer care Subash Nagar Jaipur but the same still not working properly.We have aproached with them five times but they are unable to repaired the same.

                            I had my Nokia 5800 repaired last Monday January 3, 2011 for USB port damage and told me to call the back, so I called in the next day for the status report, and they said the damage was in its motherboard and they asked permission from me if I would like to send it to their warehouse for repair, so I agree and told me to call on Friday for the price quotation or they will call me instead.

                            January 7, 2011 Friday. I waited for their call the whole day and had none, so I decided to call them myself only to find out that they still don't know how much my repair would cost, and said they will be texting me via SMS during the day or tomorrow morning but I have not received any text or call from them yet.

                            I will be calling later in the afternoon and hopefully they will have an answer for the repair cost so they can finish with my cellphone repair.

                            Even calling them is so slow, I had to wait in line for like 10 minutes or more till someone answers my call. What's wrong with Nokia, they are more into selling cellphones than taking care of their customers.

                            Nokia — Slow service

                            It has been abt 14 days since i gave my nokia 5800 for repairs and still they say that they are waitng for the part to arrive and will take 10 days more. I wish that the repair my phone at the earliest and i get it back.

                              I am not sure which bad instance it was when I decided to buy Nokia and from Sangeetha?

                              I bought Nokia E5 on 1st Dec in 11600/-

                              Only in few days I realized that the LCD screen intensity automatically increases and decreases without any reason. It is so irritating when you are typing an e-mail or may be writing a memo and screen keep on changing its intensity.

                              Hoping that Sangeetha will help me in getting this resolved, I reached Sangeetha, to my shock they were not willing to talk to me properly. After discussing 20 Minutes Sangeetha revealed the address of Nokia Support centre in Koramangala.

                              I visited Koramangala and spent 5 hours at Support Center without any solution.As the problem was random so as soon as returned back at home started facing the problem again.

                              I even written the complain in Nokia Support Center site also the response was contact the dealer from where you bought the phone. Dealer ( in this case Sangeetha ) is redirecting to Nokia. So, now its closed loop and I am bearing the pain of buying the Nokia phone from Sangeetha.

                              Highly recommended not to buy from Sangeetha and please don't buy Nokia E5.

                                on the night of 4-jan-2011 my mobile handset droped from my pocket on the bareilly Jn station then a guys looked the same activity and hide my mobile with his shoe. The guys was going to Delhi via train,when i made a called on my mobile then the guy pick the call and told me that my cell is in his custady, and said that he will give my phone after reach at delhi station.and hi give me the time 11 am for the next day

                                    i bought a new nokia 5233 on 27/11/10 from new life electronics aligarh.n on 5 jan 11 it suddenly switched off.earlier i have been facing a similar problem with it but it was because of the battery so i thought that may b the battery again became dead suddenly when it was already enough charged.i charged it for 2-3 hr but it did not responded so today on 7 jan i took it to the nokia care centre centre point there he kept me waiting for an hr n after that he gave me my set back telling me that there is some major fault in it n it has to b send back to the company but they cannot keep it with them as their transport is not working these days so i will have to come after 15 jan to submit my set.

                                    now my complaint is that as these days are my warranty days so who will be responsible for the day wasted.
                                    n earlier i had another nokia set e65 n faced the same problems but did not complaint as it bought it from malaysia kuala lumpur.till date it had been repaired 4 times in nokia care centes only.i cannot go through these tortures again.so i want my money back i dont want to use nokia anymore.

                                      This is to inform you that, I Dr. Anindya Chatterjee is a user of Nokia-E-51 mobile phone. I have submitted my mobile phone in your service center dated 4 th Jan, 2011 due to solve the problem of inconsistency of availability of network in the same phone. On 5th Jan,2011 evening I went there to collect my handset as I have been informed that my handset is OK and I can collect it> My Token No was H43. But after going there, when I told your person to check in front of mine to show me the fitness of the handset, it was failed. Then they informed me that they want to intervene it again with my battery, though it was working with their one. I accepted it and left it to them. Now today evening I received a call from your center that my phone has some unsolvable hardware problem and I have to collect it without solving that (though it was working yesterday).
                                      Now my question is unsolvable if the problem is , then how it was working on the previous day ( as I have been informed, Token no-H43, 5th Jan,2011) . If it is working on 5th Jan,2011, then I believe there must be some serious mistake for your technical person which causes the unsolvable problem of my phone. Today when I received my phone (Token No-H43), I asked the same question to your employee, but unfortunately he told "I don't know, how it happens" and also informed that he has written " not repaired and returned". I asked regarding the reason of problem caused, but the other side was unreplied. Any way, I have sign it and collect it, as I don't want to create seen over there(several customer were present, which could create a different situation there), I had pen through the the other line and collected it ( You can check the Job sheet). I could not remember the full Job Sheet no. but last no is 4/10.
                                      As a bonafied Nokia hand set holder for ~ last 7 years, I am taking this opportunity to request you to intervene into this matter and rectify my phone, so that I can restrict myself to go further.
