Nokia 5800 — Battery weakness
I purchased Nokia 5800 from Devendra Telcom Nokia but with in 4 to 5 months the battery is not working properly suddenly its loosing its charge which is getting very difficult to manage. I just checked with customer care where they instructed few procedure but i dnt think it will work out with this battery problem.I am not happy with the service what i got and especially when i saw the reviews of Jaynagar care poin nokia i was shocked and scared to give my phone for service.
If any complaint is taken seriously over here i appreciate as a marketing professional i cann't refer to my friends to gohead with nokia because of this services.
I always loved to have Nokia phones and i have very good image on the brand so if its possible please better up your service level.
