[Resolved] Nokia 5800 Xpress Music — misinformation and delay in attending to the complaint for wap | |
before May 2009 the WAP service on my mobile number [protected] was suspended or cancelled. I purchased the new Mobile phone in May 2009 from Croma Juhu it was HTC as it supports only windows I called the Loop helpline and was informed it will not support WAP service for this reason I exchanged and bought the Nokia 5800 Xpress Music checkd with the Loop Helpline and was advised to go in for zero rental plan instead of WAP for Rs 99.00 whihc i am familiar with and had no problems. I accepted the advise for zero rental plan not realising that this will be a great mistake, to my surprise the immediate next bill message shocked me had a large amount for the net usage (this is what I mean that i was not explained and taken aback by a huge bill which i never expected to pay for 15-19 days usage. My please were not heard either over the phone nor at the outlets. Next month onwards I decided to pay the bill not with full amount, though i have never defaulted my payments. Today without notice my outgoing calls were barred when I met the stores person in Lokhandwala i was told no consideration for the bill can be done as the case is old the stores manager told me to take an alternative plan that will compensate however did not accept my request, that i pay the half amounf of the net usage bill charge whiule i was misinformed. Nokia 5800 Xpressmusic — DELAY IN SERVICE
MY HAND SET WAS SUBMITTED TO NOKIA GALLERY, AKSHAY, FC ROAD, PUNE, ON 26TH OF JUNE 2009 FOR SOFTWARE REINSTALLATION. ALSO THERE WAS PROBLEM IN MEMORY CARD.. IT WAS SAID BY THEM THAT BOTH HANDSET AND MEMORY CARD ARE SENT TO COMPANY FOR REPLACEMENT... I RECEIVED THE HAND SET ON 09TH JULY 2009 AND CALLED ON 10TH JULY FOR MEMORY CARD... ON TELEPHONE NO[protected] I CONFIRMED FOR MEMORY CARD BUT WHEN I WENT TO NOKIA GALLERY, THE CARD WAS NOT READY... THE SAME INCIDENT HAPPEND FOR 4 TIMES FOR THE HANDSET. ON TELEPHONE IT IS BEING TOLD THAT THE PHONE OR CARD IS READY AND ACTUALLY WHEN I GO THERE, IT IS TOLD THAT THERE IS PROBLEM.ALSO THE SERVICE AND BEHAVIOUR OF THE EMPLOYEES AT NOKIA CARE IS VERY BAD AND ARROGANT
