Nokia 5800 Xpressmusic — Faulty Nokia 5800 Xpressmusic

I purchased Nokia 5800 Express music on feb-13th 09, after a weeks time I am facing the earpiece problem I am not able to hear and have to continiously use speaker.When I approched the Mobile store from where I purchased the mobile, I am told to visit Nokia Customer care. I approched Nokia Customer care, Initailly they told some part need to be replaced but part is not available and they temporary fixed some thing. After two days again the same proble started, when I approched the Nokia Care two days back, I am told the part is available and come next day, when I reached Nokia Care yesterday I am told part is not available and come again. There was no responsible person at Nokia Care, Shop no 18, D P Road Aundh, Pune.
It is really furstating experience. If this is not going to resolve soon, I am planning to go to media and go to consumer court.

100% I agree;
Since I bought the same handset on 14th Feb 09 and i realised their are many such problems apart from audio, video, etc
And top of it when I took this handset at Nokia outlet @ Sakinaka Junction Andheri East Mumbai ie. digital Service solution they didnt only tried to repair but they permenantly made it off and now this mobile is totally off
I need a brand new handset of money back or face consumer court

Even i am one of the users of the same handset.. within just one month, I started facing the regular hang up problem in it, and also noticed a little dot inside the display screen.. Even sometimes the display paved a problem for me, whenever I received a call.. I approached my vendor for the same but was told to take it to nokia care center- Durga Communications, Kingsway Camp, New Delhi. They gave me a four days time, when i approached them after 4 days, they asked me to come within the next four days as the problem got so immense that there was a need to send the handset to the head office. Now i really fear that my handset might face some kind of same problem too as you people are facing with yours. Nokia has a brand name but for what?? Just publicity or is there any service also...
