[Resolved]  Nokia — COMPLAINT ON NOKIA CUSTOMER CARE AND SERVICE CENTRE

I Dr. G. Jeyabalan, had purchased a Nokia E63 mobile phone few months back. The mobile phone was having the problem of hanging at one page during internet surfing. Last week, it so happened, and I tried to restart the mobile phone. The moment I switched it off, it was not responding any key after that and till now the mobile can not be switched on.
When the mobile had been submitted to Nokia care (Jain Communications,) Alwar, they asked us to wait for two hours, then one day, then two days and finally they said the mobile had to be sent to head office and would take 8-10 days. And finally I had taken my mobile handset back and now I decided to lodge a complaint to the consumer forum for the ignorance and lethargic of the service center.
They prefer to do services for paid service customer rather than warranty service customers like me. If at all they can not provide warranty services, why the company claims for warranty for one year for their products?
This can be taken seriously against Nokia who provides false claims as warranty, and the service center for not providing prompt service, reception to the customers.

i am sad to tell you that your nokia dealer of moti bazar, jammu is not functioning properly.Its the 4th mobile i have taken in series from this store .In first week only its screen flikerd and i have to give it for a software upload.and again and again it had to go to the shop for one or the other problem.last month it has some problem and i delivered to the same store .the main head of that showroom promised me to exchange the phone for other .but he isnt.he is jst beating the bush out of me and making fool of me by saying that it would be deliverd one or the other day.now he is saying that costumer serivce center people is replying that this series of nokia5800 phones is problamatic..i myself is B.J.P state secretary J$K.if these people provide me this c grade serive than what about the localites.plz see to it otherwise i have to take it to CONSUMER COURT OR IN MEDIA

NOKIA /E65 — Returning the phone without solving the complaints even after 3 months.

i had one NOKIA E65 With Display complaints,i gave my handset before 3month ago to NOKIA priority Center , now they told me that the complaints can't be Solved.
i don't know the wehter the mobile parts are changed or not...
help me what i do?

NOKIA handset 2760 — nokia care not providing support

With due respect I like to state you that I have visited M/S MANASI(NOKIA Care),
22/1 Asutosh Ghosh Road, Sethpukur, Barasat, Kolkata – 700124 on 02/11/09 for my Nokia handset Model No : 2760 & IMIE No: [protected] with a problem of blank display. Although that hand set was with in warranty as that has purchased on 18/11/2008 with a warranty of one year from the date of purchase, they have charged me Rs.650/- (Vide bill no 1337 dated 02/11/09) by imposing that there is a liquid damage in upper are and that causes out of warranty coverage. But I never accepted that as there was no scope of liquid damage because that was dry season and no question of rain or perspiration. Still I paid the charges to get that mobile repaired.

When they have delivered the mobile after repairing that was not taking charge by charger. I again deposited that mobile to them by stating the problem. They returned on the same day and the mobile was started taking charges. But then battery cannot keep the charges for even 2 hours. The mobile was giving 36 hours battery back up initially when I have deposited that mobile to them. Now they are stating that the mobile is beyond economical repair and they can’t do anything for me as that has been happened because of liquid damage.

Though I never accept that there is any liquid damage still the question is how it could be when damage is in upper area(as they stated) but the mobile charging system is in lower area. Not only that if it known to them that the mobile is beyond economical repair then why they take that charges initially? Actually they are misguiding me very initially to not to provide the free replacement. They don’t maintain the customer feedback system provide by NOKIA. In three different date I have visited and asked them for customer Feed Back Form, they always informed that Customer Feed Back Form is Out of Stock. Not only that all the customer are harassed by long waiting and rude behavior.

There fore in these respect I need your justice and want to be compensated by same mobile in brand new condition along with all expenses which I have made to get back that along with my repairing charges of Rs.650/-. I hope I shall get that help from you. Expecting your prompt and needful actio

star mobi care — complaint against customer care persons

I had been applied for caller tune code 102814 on 26 nov 2009 at 10:17:47 pm But till yet my service is not activated and my RS 25/- had been deducted from my account on 5 dec 2009 at07;23;14 pm as monthly subscription.Between this I had received several messages from bsnl that my is not been activated due to insufficient balance in my account. I want to clear that i had never maintained below Rs 100/- in my account.Today ie on 26 nov 2009 at 08:00:00pm i contacted customer care regarding my problem they waist ed my 45 minutes & gave me insufficient information from which i am not satisfied. I want to know that without activating the service why my RS 25/- are deducted and why it takes 10-15 to days to activate the service while other network op-raters do this job with in 10-15 minutes.you are kindly requested to reply me.

Pls, note a unknown mobile no[protected] in your network and check this mobile no and intimate to me immediate about name, address and contact no. of this mobile. Because, this person is disturbing me always and call to my mobile no and use very bad words to me as well as my family memebrs also. Due to this reason, we suffer a very problem. I try to understand to him but he do not listen my word. At instant of pick my mobile, he use very very bad word. If, u do not take any action about this matter and not alert to your customer against this mobile no-[protected]. Then I will give FIR against this no. Please requested to do this needfull at the earliest. Example-Today, on 12-12-09 at morning, this incident has been occured i.e. call to me mobile no-[protected] and use bad language.

2 months old handset ,have been to the workshop 7 times at nokia care.

I purchased a Nokia Mobile Hand Set Product No.6208 on 29.7.2009 from Jalan Telecom, Asansol Vide their cash memo No.2750 (IMEI Number [protected]) for Rs.10050/-

Since 10-15 days that back up of battery is going out within one hour of talking and there is moist on the screen. So today on 18.12.2009 I sent it to Nokia Care cared by P.D.Electronics of Asansol vide their Job Sheet Number[protected]/091218/36 where the person dealing with the customer told that warranty is void because the water or any liquid substance have leaked in.

But I am astonished to hear the false excuse of the person at the shop because it was never allowed to be rough handled and proper care was always taken.Till now I have already purchased more than 5 hand sets of your company and there does not arise any question of product malfunctioning.

So you are requested to look into the matter and inform me accordingly.

i am titiksha from jammu. i purchased a nokia 2760 handset on 25th dec 2008. the cell's functioning was disrupted as it used to seldom hang down but i didnot visit nokia customer care or any other repair centre as it did not bother me much because every time it happened i used to remove my battery and again switch it on.on 19th oct 2009.it stoped working and was dead. we went to nearest nokia care center on 22 nd oct 2009 with the complaint "dead" on our job sheet.the center returned the phone with remarks "tampered" on 23rd oct 2009(as stated by our jobsheet no. [protected]. our question to them was, how can u say it is tampered when we didnot visit any repair centre except you and we were no mechanics to open the screws. but without giving any reply they threw the phone on the table(did not give the job sheet along) and asked us to take it back. we then moved to 21st century gandhi nagar who gave us the number of mr.kalsi. . we contacted mr. kalsi thereafter and he asked mr.kamal durani to take back the phone, check it again. when we gave back the phone the customer care people did not provide us with a stand by phone. when asked for the job sheet they emphasised that it was not supposed to be given.later they agrred to give it for a few minutes and to get a xerox done..then again mr.kalsi asked mr. kamal durani to provide me with a standby, which is with me since nov 4 th 2009. today it is 21 st december and almost 2 months since i have placed thecomplaint.i have spoken to multiple people like mr.dheeraj(regional haead), mr.rajesh, mr. neeraj, and many people from nokia care gandhi nagar..alll these people are doing are endless lying likethey have provided us with 2 job sheets. have replaced the battery, their is some fluid in the cell. but letme ask them that the cellis lying with u for past 2 months.how do we believe the validity of your statements. all these people have tried todo is to pass the days so that m off the warrenty period. nokia promises fake. its good for nothing.all this company needs is a blacklisted status..and a advice to nokia customers0- the day you purchase your celllphone be ready with the consumer court or wil have to suffer..as now i am heading towards the consumer court.
I am D haram Pal. I am using mobile Nokia 3500C I want to use internet through data cable or blutooth. When i connect my blutooth then after 3~4 second it is automatically disconnected. This problem occurs only in my mobile Nokia 3500C. But when i use any other mobile (Nokia 7210) or any other this problem not happen . So pls solve my this problem a soon as possible.
