[Resolved]  Nokia — COMPLAINT ON NOKIA CUSTOMER CARE AND SERVICE CENTRE

I Dr. G. Jeyabalan, had purchased a Nokia E63 mobile phone few months back. The mobile phone was having the problem of hanging at one page during internet surfing. Last week, it so happened, and I tried to restart the mobile phone. The moment I switched it off, it was not responding any key after that and till now the mobile can not be switched on.
When the mobile had been submitted to Nokia care (Jain Communications,) Alwar, they asked us to wait for two hours, then one day, then two days and finally they said the mobile had to be sent to head office and would take 8-10 days. And finally I had taken my mobile handset back and now I decided to lodge a complaint to the consumer forum for the ignorance and lethargic of the service center.
They prefer to do services for paid service customer rather than warranty service customers like me. If at all they can not provide warranty services, why the company claims for warranty for one year for their products?
This can be taken seriously against Nokia who provides false claims as warranty, and the service center for not providing prompt service, reception to the customers.

nokia-e63 — bad service support

dear sir,
i had purchase a nokia mobile on 2nd nov-2009 from croma electronic store. after 15 days i noticed a problem in my handset ( when i connect my handsfree with my mobile device then media player's equilizer modes does not work / change.)and took it to nokia care rohini for the rectification of the problem. They sended my mobile phone to their higher level. when my phone came after 15 days the same problem was still there. i complained again then they replied that they do not have any solutions for my problem. After few days i take it again to another service center of pitampura and explained my problem in front of them. my handset was repaired by them also but my problem was not rectified. they ask me come after 15 days , after 15 days i went there, and now they are saying that, they do not have any solution for my problem. I said that if nokia will not solve the problem for their product then who will do it. they are replying that nokia don't have any solution for your problem. i requested them to give me a new mobile handset or refund my money but they are not listning to my request .Please advise me what to do? my product is under warrenty period which is for 1year.

whose duration was 3.38 minutes ie 218 seconds
white i check my status at the time....3.18 Rs. wew cut off from my total balance
unfortunately this is always often with me and this is 4th time
and this is 1st complaint on net..
if the query does not open I will use another process to complaint.

hi i am nitin. i have purchase new 6500 s mobile on 25-01-09. after 20 days mobile start to give problem.

This is sundaramoorthy, i really disappoint about your nokia 3110 classic model, i just flash the phone nearly 10 times and lot of problem is there in your company produt of nokia 3110 classi, like
BLUETOOTH, NOKIA LOCKS AT SO many times, it doesn't SWITCH ON at many time. now also I SENT MY MOBILE TO your CUSTOMER CARE they are sent my mobile to CHENNAI nokia company..

Nokia — problem in mobile only after 4 days of buying

Dear Concern,

i have bought brand new mobile with bill on 26-Jan-2010,and only within 4 days o[censored]se there is some problem of display or camera.if i talk to them that only in 4 days am getting problem they are saying to go to service station.i have complaint that if we need to go to service station on very 4th day of parchase what is the use of buying a brand new mobile.
they said there is no other option .

I purchased Nokia 5130c-2 on 20th July, 2009(IMEI No. is [protected]). In the instrument there are so much problems regarding, any time Phone Restart, any time key paid hang, in music listening voice cut because of message coming and in messages times are not shown properly. For repair I gave it 2 times to Nokia Service Center Named : Bohra Services Situated at 1, 2, Hirapanna Complex, Nr. Stadium Circle, Navarangpura, Ahmedabad. (Job Sheet Nos. are 64750487/091231/3 (L-3),[protected]/091228/63). The service centre also tried by updating Softwares many times.

They also sent the instrument to Dehli. Still same problems are continued with this defaulty Instrument.

Now, the service centre has sent the instrument to your office for replacement (Job Sheet No.[protected]/100121/55). In this case I request strongly to faster replacement of the instrument, as without instrument my day to day working is disturbed in the case in the interest of our consumer-vendor relationship, I strongly request for the same. And also I m not satisfied with your service provider employees' service, even they didnt give my mails reply and hire level email id

Do the needfull in the matter and oblidge.

mera nokia set7210 achanak se swichoff ho gaya aur jab maine use aapke authorized service center par diya fir bhi mujhe wahan se koi shai jankari nahi mili aur mera set without repairing mujhe wapas kar diya gaya jabki mera set abhi warranty period me hai . mujhe jaldi hi agar koi satisfactory ans. na mila to mai aur upar bhi is complain ko le jana chahti hu.
My name is Adnan. I have Nokia 7610 supernova which was in warranty o[censored]nited mobiles. Three months ago problem occurred in my mobile that it was not switching on. I went to customer care centre at Shadman Sakhi Hassan, Karachi. Mr. Faisal (incharge of the office) checked my mobile and said due to liquid your mobile LCD has damaged so have to change the LCD and it will cost Rs.2800/- and we will save your mobile warranty, I gave them approval to change LCD and after one week I received my mobile it was working perfectly and they also saved my mobile warranty.
After two months problem again occurred in my mobile that it was getting on but its LCD was blank or was not showing, I went again to customer care centre at Shadman Sakhi Hassan, Karachi. Mr. Faisal checked my mobile and said “LCD IC jack was loose so I fixed it properly and now it is working but as I fix the front casing and switch on the mobile LCD do not show but with out front casing it works properly”. He said leave your mobile hear I will check it and inform you tomorrow. I gave him my mobile and took the slip of job number
After two days when I call him he said the problem in your mobile is still same and we have sent it to our main lab. After one week he said your mobile LCD cable is damage and we have to change it and it will cost Rs.800/- and mobile warranty will be void. I gave him approval to change the cable. After one week when I called at customer care centre they said we have changed the LCD cable but problem is still persist and your mobile warranty has also void and they said the problem is in your mobile board and we need dead approval to work on board.
Here I want to mention one thing that when I gave my mobile to Mr. Faisal there was no problem in mobile board because he checked my mobile at the moment and after fixing the IC jack properly he show me the mobile was working perfectly and LCD was also ON the problem just occurred when he fixed the front casing and now after one month they are saying that the problem is in your mobile board. How is it possible?
I also went to NEW TOWN office and met Mr. Ameen (supervisor of the office) and told him whole story and I also gave him complain in written form but he did nothing and he wasted my time and he tried to make me fool. I also show him the letter written by Mr. Faisal the in what condition I gave my mobile to customer care and in what condition they return my mobile, but Mr. Ameen did nothing he just wasted my time and said that go to Mr. Faisal he will solve your problem but Mr. Faisal said I can’t do any thing.
I am an electronic engineer and I know very well that there was no problem in my mobile board it was just LCD cable problem but the non experience technicians o[censored]nited mobiles put the problem in my mobile and they did no cooperation with me and they tried to make me fool and Mr. Faisal also accept this that there was no problem in mobile board when I gave him my mobile. I am also showing the letter Mr. Faisal given to me.
Now this is the responsibility o[censored]nited Mobiles to solve my problem.
I am a loyal customer of Nokia and always buy Nokia mobile but the warranty service provided by United Mobiles in Pakistan is very bad and I am very dishearten. Please take action on my complain other wise I will not buy Nokia mobile next time.

Nokia — handset complaint for 4 times within six months

sir i have purchased a handset of nokia 3110classic on 22/07/09 with IMEI no:[protected]. From the very first month itself i have encountered complaints till date. First time it showed ptt contact on every function second time it was dead and for next two times it had same complaint.
all these time it was send to COMPANY for repair from nokia care, kannur and now from trivandrum with job sheet number[protected]/100129/111 dated 29/01/2010. please look into the matter and provide me a good hanset in replace

Nokia — mobile repair n late in delivery from the service

I had puchased nokia 5220 mobile last year. it was not working properly at the time of puchase n had given for repair at nokia care for several times. Now i gave it again for repair under warrenty at the end of october of 2009. i had not received my mobile yet. and the company service centre was saying that it was coming soon.

then i contact to nokia care Address-Below Punjab& Sindh Bank ,Fraser Road Patna-800001 Cont-[protected]. Tey take 450/- rupees to repair the set while my mobile was in warranty. I m submitting the serial no of the recipt of the amount taken is 4828/dated24/12/09
Job sheet no-5647 Now From january 2010 same problem was occured.
And they bluff with me . Please solve my problem.

I have given one Nokia 6600 .Last year nd before .I want to now weather i will get my mobile or not . our manager in pondicherry NOKIA CARE is not responsing properly . and another mobile in the name of MR ARUN . on 24 1 2009 . On behalf of Ajay Saxena, I am Anjali Saxena, purchased the Nokia handset 2700 on 10/12/2009. Suddenly, i got to know that my handset is defected. So on January First week i gave this handset to your authorized service center at NOKIA PRIORITY SERVICE CENTRE, OPPOSITE SANJAY COMPLEX, JAYENDRAGANJ, GWALIOR, [M.P]. Ph:[protected].
After 2days, i got back my handset but again on[protected] suddenly same problem arised, only for that again they kept my handset for 2 days, without any information they sent my handset to company for 15 days. After completing 19 days, i called them and i got to know that after 10 days or many more, they want. [ In short, I was following up with the customer care about my handset].


Today i talked to FAIZAL KHAN on Mobileand got to know that 7 days more i have to wait and they forwarded my handset to BHOPAL SERVICE CENTRE. After some time, i called on landline phone(NOKIA PRIORITY SERVICE CENTRE, Gwalior) and talked to Ms. SHWETA GUPTA & ASHU and then after i came to know that they forwarded my handset to NOIDA SERVICE CENTRE.

Now, Its very shockable for me. Seriously i am very surprised that how can it be possible that two persons from the same Office are communicating in different ways. They both are giving diffrent answers to me.

Now, i want urgent decision from your side within 24hrs to 48 hrs. I want my money back or new handset. With this your decision, i will not have any type problem.

My Nokia 1209 handset has lost. Plz suggest me. how can I find out it?
I bought Nokia 3110C on feb 2009.Starting it was working good. But after few months, it got repaired. I went to nokia care center n they serviced and gave. And after 1month, the mobile got switched off on its own and i was unable to switch on.This problem araising a lot and if I ask the Care Center person he is saying "dont know what the fault is?" Within one year, it has been in problem for a quater.I have not seen this kind of problem with other (company) sets. I would like you to replace the mobile with new one or please do Refund the money.

Nokia — nokia made my phone irreparable dead

i gave my nokia 6233 handset to change its middle body in working condition.but instead of changing its body they made it non reparable dead.they kept my phone in their service centre for more than a month.after that they handle me my phone in non working condition.please help me.
I have nokia 3110 hand set and after every 2 or 3 months it suddenly switchs off n dosent start again. This i had complained to the nokia care center opposite to abbot hotel, vashi. They just repair it n give. This was the 6th time i had to go because of that same problem in 14 months. Last time they had told it would be replaced if that hapened again, but was not dont so.
Please give me a solution. And on the contrary i was told to renew my warranty period for that problem.

Datas stored in my are losed while updating the software. How can I get back all he contact numbers and other datas stored in my phone. I am a regular payee of phone backup charges. how can i down load my phone backup.
