1. It is ARROGANCE UNLEASHED at c.care.
2. This 21/10/12 at 12:36 called your c.care attended by a male.
3. Told him about the problem that hands-free ear-plug supplied with x1-01 purchase is not fitting tightly in my ear.
4. The reply he gave was to visit any mobile selling store and buy another HANDS-FREE that suits me.
5. Nokia H.R has given a NICE training to their customer-care exec.s to be BEST "ANTI-CUSTOMER" AND "CRUEL".
6. To get this REGRETTABLE reply I spent Rs.10/- as call charge as Nokia does not offer toll-free number for it's customer.

This day 22/10/12, I visited the Nokia care at 194, North Usman Road, T.nagar, Chennai-17 as asked by you.
Took token No.16 and met the staff at 6.45P. with mobile and hands-free.
Told my concern to him.
And for that he said that is the design deficiency and my problem/requirement cannot be solved.
