[Resolved]  Nokia Asha 311 — New mobile went to service 6 times same problems and even replacing with new one..

i got asha 311 from univercell bommanahalli bangalore for 6700 Rs which i was planning to gift to my cousin.. this phone from second day mike was not working.. when went back to Univercell they said they wont replace with new one and it has to go to Nokia service center.



I went to Nokia koramangala(samvridhi technologies) and they sent it to repair and when they gave me the mike was working but phone doesnt detect signal.. and i resubmitted it after 30 days the phone came back this time its mike not working and now detecting range. after 3 times submission and issue not resolved.



I had told the manager i cant accept this new phone if this has so many problems. and he agreed to change it and got me a new phone as they say (with new EMEI) after 20 days . and this was working.



I had to gift it to my cousin in kerala.. and finaly was happy after testing it was working..

i gifted it to my cousin in a week the same phone now has a problem with green button it doesnt work.. again gave it to nokia serive center at karunagapalli kerala .. and after a period of 45 days they got it back with a sticker on screen and said it was working.. Since cousin didnt have sim to check she got it back and i am very frustated to see the button green is still not working and unable to pick any calls.. These service personell keep insisting on renewing service . But after a visit of 6 times to nokia care my phone problem is stil existimg and it was there in service center more than 3 months in the name of repair. I dont understand what Nokia service center really is doing.. i have wasted 6700 Rs and under warranty my problem is still not solved .. and the customer care are only worried about renewing year service.. i really cant accept this and want a permenent fix to this or my money back.. I have completly wasted invisting on a smart phone like nokia.. and all my faith on this nokia in terms of servicing and product standard has lost. This would be my last trail and if not i will go to consumer court.

Nokia — new mobile not working

I have purchased a Nokia mobile Model no. N70-M, in March 2007. after 10 days only it gives problem of restarting. Since than it is 9 times that we have get it serviced from Nokia care in Noida. Latest Job sheet no.(Manual) is 56860 dated 23-12-07. and co. is unable to repair it . They are not even replacing the same with new one.

Nokia Mobile Phones — Problem is remained same even after 3 times repairing

Respected Sir,

I have purchased th Nokia 1661 model phone before 15 days from 'The Mobile Store, J.M.Road, Shivaji Nagar, Pune. On the second day of purchasing this phone i observed that there are some problems in my phone. While talking on my phone, the persons who is talking with me is complaning that they are unable to hear my voice. And teh another problem is that- The loudspeaker of this phone is not working prperly. Though the loudspeaker is on, then also its just like its off. Whether the loudspeaker is on or off, then also it is one and the same.

So, i went to the Nokia Care Center, F.C.Road, Pune, on 17/06/2009 to get repair my phone.Then they told me that it may be a software problem. They have to break its software. And it will take two days. i told them this may be the mic problem, but they told me that mic is not available and the problem is of software only. I agreed for their statement and i submited my mobile there. After two days i brought my mobile return, by considering that the problem is solved. When i have started to use this phone again then, the problem was remain same there. The persons talking with me are again complaining that they are not getting my voice clearly.

Then i have visited again for second time to the same place to solve my problem on 24/06/2009. I told him in detail about my problem. Then they told me that they will change the mic of this phone. After one day i got my mobile and i asked them whether they change the mic or not. Their answer was 'NO'. I asked them why u didnt change the mic, as u were comited for that? For this they told me that this tyme they have installed a new version of software. Then i have checked the loudspeaker infront of that person and showed him its sound then the sound was too low. For this he is saying me that the loudspeakers sound is just like this only. It doesnt become more than this. Such a silly explanation. These people think that we the public dont know anything. They can cheat us very easily and they can make us fool. For ur kind information i want to say that i m using mobile from last 7 years, and he is telling me that the sound is this only. Then also i kept mumm i went back. After 10 minutes when i have started to talk on phone the same problem was there. Again my friend told me that he is uable to hear my voice. I thought what should i do now??? These persons are really shutt...

Again i went there and told them the problem is ramained there as it is. Then they told that this time they will send my phone to the head office. And it will take 20 days. Now i m in doubt that whether they will really send my mobile to the head office or it will be here only as it was happened earlier??? Dont know... Then also i kept my mobile there.

This is my third time in a week to go in Nokia Care for the same problem. Sir do have any idea that for this i m paying how much??? My half day's sallery. Can u belive this??? Whenever i have to come on ur Care Center, my half day's sallery is deducted. Becoz in office timing it is not allowed go outside. And our office timing is from 9:30am to 7:30pm. Then what should i do? Why U people doesnt understand our problem?? And it is not good for the reputation of or company. People buy ur phone only due to ur brand. And i[censored] r giving such service to the public then it will defenately affect on ur brand. Though u think that due to one customer what will happen to ur brand? But dont forfet that taht single person can make a positive publicity o[censored]r brand, or that single person can stop 100 persons from buying Nokia Phones.

So plz sir i request solve my problem completely or give me the new phone by exchanging it...If this time my problem will not be solved by ur technician then this time i have to take some action. Becoz now it has become just ucacceptable for me to come to ur office twice a week for the same problem. So, plz try to understand my problem and try to solve it completely. And co-operate us.

Hi,
Don't worry, for the other side can not hear your voice, I think maybe due to you put your hand finger cover the mic hole, you just remove your finger from that position and try again. Hope this can fix your problem.
And for speaker volume low, I think you can just adjust the speaker volume to high level, try it.

hi, i got a new nokia mobile 1250 in the month of Nov 09 the new handset was not working properly so had to return it and got a new handset with the same model number now after 2 months my new hadset has stopped working since 5 days it used to get hanged and used to get switched off now today in the morning i found the keypad was not working properly and later it was showing an error insert sim and is not working.
now i am without a phone

please let me know is it a mistake if we rely on nokia or buy new handsets

I HAVE PURCHASED A PHONE FROM NOKIA WHICH IS CONTONUOSLY GIVING ME PROBLEMS EVEN AFTER BEING REPAIREDE IN NOKIA CARE . STILL THE PROBLEM IS SAME & NOW I AM FED UP WITH THIS PHONE AND LOST FAITH IN NOKIA.. SO PLEASE REQUEST U TO TAKE A STRICT ACTION. PHONE IS IN WARRANTY PERIOD ALSO.
