    I purchased a brand new Nokia Asha 311 from M/s Supertime , Court Road, Lal Chowk, Srinagar, J&K on[protected] bearing no [protected]. I inserted AIRTEL SIM in the same bearing no [protected]. I could notice that the fone had some issues as it lost Network quite frequently. It would regain network only after it was rebooted that too for a few minutes. Then there would be no notwork. Airtel service is a reputed network service provider and it has undisputably the best network in Srinagar.
    Neverthless, I contacted the NOKIA CARE CENTER (M/s Cell Well) Srinagar who advised me to use the SIM of some other service provider. It was an absurd proposition as I had been using the same SIM on Nokia Supernova 7210 for about three years and it had been working flawlessly. Nevertheless, I tried the suggestion and it made no difference. I once again contacted the NOKIA CARE CENTER (M/s Cell Well, Budshah Bridge, Lal Chowk) Srinagar on 28th and they reformatted / reloaded the software and assured me that the set is OK.
    It proved to be hoax. The problem continues.
    I contacted NOKIA LIVE CHAT FORUM for a possible solution who were of the opinion that the set needed to be taken to NOKIA CARE CENTER (M/s Cell Well) Srinagar again as the issue apparently related to hardware.
    Acting upon their advice, I reported the matter to NOKIA CARE CENTER (M/s Cell Well) Srinagar today in the afternoon. They retained the fone under job sheet no[protected]/121002/64 and said that they would send the fone to factory and asked me to enquire about the status after 10-15 days.
    I pleaded with them to do the needful at the earliest, in a day or two, but they expressed their inablity in the matter.
    This is a clear case of cheating, deficiency in service and Unfair Trade Practice. An admitted manufacturing defect, and still the customer is asked to wait for 10-15 days. I am entitled to replacement of the fone handset and cannot be forced to wait for 10-15 days. In the alternative I may be forced to approach the court of law.
    May I request you to take up the matter with concerned and relieve me of the agony.

    Nokia — no network coverage in airtel

    todays many peoples are complaints these airtel problem,
    if any number dial there is no responce.& showing mobile screen no acess to network.why?
    any problem to airtel network plz early do this anything.

    I am getting very less signal - even on terres

    I am suffering with this problem since last 15 days

    My voice is very clear to others, but I cannot hear properly and I cannot understand what ever they are talking.

      I have purchased the Nokia phone through flip cart in june 2012. Earphone sound is cracking and have echo so not clear sound, speech is full with noise.
      Approached Noika care ranchi, on 25th June, they agreed the problem and repaired the set, some parts were replaced, but problem not solved. after that two more time it was repaired but problem not solved and further more problem developed- i.e Camera quality also got destroyed. Nokia customer serviice asking to submit the phone again for repair. I could not use the phone since the day of purchase. Several correspondences over email has been done. Noikia is neither ready to refund nor replace the set with a new one. I deed not get the required service after spending an amount of Rs 17000.

      Nokia — Not replacing defective phone

      I gave my phone NOKIA 5233 around 6-7 times for reparing to NOKIA CARE MODCAD A-21 NIT Faridabad as sometime my phone get switched off while working on it and somtimes on restarting it displays blank screen with multicoloured lines.
      I requested them number of times to get it replaced even I called NOKIA CUSTOMER CARE i.e.[protected] and registered complaint to get my phone replaced but no action was taken till now.
      Even from last month continously I gave my phone to NOKIA CARE MODCAD NIT 4 times for replacement but no action was taken.

THEY ASK TO PAY RS. 330/- FOR REPAIR I AGREE TO PAY.NOW THIS NOKIA CARE SAYS IT IS NOT REPAIRABLE DUE TO LIQUID DEMAGE. I DOUBT AS IF IT IS LIQUID DAMAGE MOBILE SHOULD NOT WORK, BUT MY MOBILE IS WORKING. I WAS SURPRISE THAT COMPANY LIKE NOKIA IS DOING SUCH TYPE OF THINGS ONLY FOR NOT WANT TO GIVE REPLACEMENT.             We have purchase nokia Mobile hansets C5-03 in 02.02.2012 from Sai Electrocare Baddi. After six month hadset touch not working, when i go to nokia care cnetre baddi, they replies to me handset enternal parts damages and its not repair under warrenty period but handset not physical damaged.

                The worst mobile i never saw the issues like this in others such tower is not detecting when i went to nokia care for 4 times those irresponsibility guys didn't do anything favor to me.

                  Nokia Mobile — earphones not working

                  i purchased nokia C 7 from the mobile store dadar west jan 2011.all was well till one week ago.the hands free ear phones stopped working, worked with some nokia hand set, visited dadar east nokia care , they checked the hand set &ear phones advised probably ear phones are faulty.please explain why it works with some hand set if faulty.secondly at nokia care told me this is not the compatible ear phones, i got this in the box of the hand set.

                  I have the same issue, earphone is not working while attached. However the same earphone is working with other device at the same time other earphone is not working with this very fresh piece, I purchased on[protected]. What is the policy of replacement? please do revert on priority. This experience has completely washed the reputation of Nokia Mobiles I learned since years. This is not done.

                  I have some problem with my headphones. When listening to MP3 songs can hear only the music but not the lyrics. And unable hear nothing when played video. However can hear the sound when played the preloaded videos from the phone memory.

                  And the same problem was faced when the phone was connected with other headphones.
                  and when listening with my mobile headphone from PC.

                  Please help...

                    i was purchased Nokia E6 having [protected] dated 1/11/2011
                    i facing following problems
                    1) After 2-3 months i observed dust on phone screen, upper right corner.
                    2) After 7 month my sliding lock key was break, i contacted to your care
                    center, c.c. said me that you should change whole center body of
                    Rs.1700 for just sliding lock key.
                    3) After 10 months i observe that my phone back cover having vertical
                    sliding gap of 1 mm, due to this gap may be dust in phone.
                    I contact your main c.c.center Rajesthan he order back cover
                    for replacement.
                    But i have not sure incoming cover is fixed without gap if central
                    body is defective.
                    ok see what happen.

                    Nokia — Nokia E-6

                    I had purchased a Nokia E-6 mobile from Mulund west in January 2012 at the cost of 15,500 Rs.
                    Since the same month i have been various facing the various below problems. After complaining for around 6-7 times and writing emails to their head. I got my handset replaced 15 days before around 12th June 2012.

                    The very next day i again started facing the same issue of my handset getting restart and network issues.
                    Since then i have been regularly following up with nokia on email. But no response neither a call from them to ask me what has happened.

                    I want my money back or a brand new handset (box) of the same to be assured.

                    Request if someone can help me solve this issue. Some guidance on what can be done further.

                    My earlier complaint below after which nokia gave a swapped handset to me

                    Dear Sir/Madam

                    I had purchased nokia E-6 from an Mulund shop in January.
                    Since that month onwards i have been facing problems with the mobile. I have visited your nokia care in mulund atleast 8 times. Once they had sent my handset to the HO and other times they tried to do something at their end.

                    I appreciate them for their service, but still my problem hasn't been solved. Still facing the following problems.
                    1. Major Network issue at every place (my wife using nokia x-3 has better network than my phone at the same place)
                    2. Phone getting restarted atleast once everyday
                    3. Phone getting hanged.
                    4. Also have already changed the vodafone simcard twice
                    5. Net connection lost (also because of network issue)
                    6. phone keys not working suddenly (once in every 3-4 days).

                    I had also requested the head of the mulund nokia care branch to request HO to replace this handset. The same might have been communicated to you but the request denied.

                    I have been frustrated day in and day out for these issues and it has affected my business too.

                    This is strong request from my end to ask you to replace my phone or solve my problem permanently.

                    Also provide me an alternate Email Id wherein i can raise this issue.

                      The day after i bought my phone , i m facing problems often hanging , not getting connected to pc, Internet too slow. Either change the handset or return my money back as quickly as possible. the phone is under warranty and gone under service 20 days..

                      I purchased Nokia 500 handset on 18th Aug&#039;12.
                      From that day till today, I am facing a problem of frequent restart on the phone.

                      I lodged a complaint against this several times in Nokia care, but they just updated the software and communicated that the problem will be solved, but, it has not.

                      Within warranty period I am facing this problem consistently and no solution on this.

                      I want Nokia(the company) to take appropriate action to provide solution immediately else give me my money back.

                      On the very same day i again found the issue of restart and network problem.

                      I guess this is the problem of Nokia 500 series and not of the particular handset.
                      I emailed the same concern and again I have been asked to submit the handset.

                      throughout the period of 8months my handset was at NOkia care for more than 4months.
                      Whats the use of then purchasing a smartphone?

                        I have been using nokia phones from past 7-8 years. Last phone which I bought from you was nokia c 6 in January 2011 and bluntly speaking it's a piece of . The experiences apart from 'calling' were Hanging issue, slider issue, again slider issue and now touch issue.

                        Just after initial 7-8 months, In October2011 there was issue in slider which resulted in blank display. I visited 5-6 nokia care in delhi NCR but every outlet said that it will take 3-4 weeks. Nobody in today's world give there phone for repair for this long but i gave because I didn't have any option at that time.
                        So finally got the phone, things were fine but again in August 2012 the same issue arises. Again the same game, I visited 2 nokia care- one in BK Chowk faridabad and other one - music planet sector 15, they said the same story that slider part is not available. One day suddenly, the screen got blanked, and being on middle of road i had to go to some local mobile repair shop & they rectified the issue by changing that slider part (patch).

                        Latest, touch is not working on my phone. I went to Music planet nokia care sector 15 faridabad (Token # 37 dated[protected] and after long wait of 2.5 hours when i was almost drained and tired, they said that they (N K SHARMA- Manager) can't replace the touch part because i have got it serviced from outside. I requested them & said the same story that IT WAS NOT MY FAULT, YOU GUYS WERE OUT OF STOCK AND I CAN'T WAIT THAT LONG SO I HAD TO GET IT DONE FROM OUTSIDE. But they refused. I asked for some kind of receipt/acknowledgement/ token copy but they snatch away the token copy/receipt & kept it in their custody, again I POLITELY REQUESTED THEM TO AT LEAST GIVE ME A PHOTOCOPY BUT THEY REFUSED WHICH RESULTED IN MY EXIT FROM NOKIA CARE EMPTY HANDED.

                        I was shocked to see their rude & arrogant behavior!! My phone is still in the same situation (TOUCH NOT WORKING)

                                    sir, i own nokia 5800 mob so now i am facing a problem that when sometimes i unlock the mobile the display will be on with lights without any clarity that i am not able to see any icons after sometime when i will unlock the mobile there will not be any problem.
                                    I am using a Nokia N82,i bough it 2 years back,For the last few months shades or lines of calender which i am using as screen saver is appearing on diaplay,its there on gallery when i review images and worst is it appears on videos,which deteorates video quality,i went to nokia care,but they havent been able to identify the problem,they are not sure whether its display error or processor complaint,I am terribly upset about this,Pls provide me a solution.Details given below;

                                      Our thousand one hundred fifty)I wnt to bhatta communication situated in North Lakhimpur Town which is the sole nokia customer care Centre authorised by nokia for changing the casing om my hanset Nokia N97mini, they said that I will have to change d whole things including the touchpad.they have taken advance from me and took almost one and half months for getiing the thins changed f Rs'4150/(Rupees four thousand one hundred fifty). But as soon as I came out of the service centr I felt the the sound of the audio speaker was not clear and d touchpad is also not working properly. On the very next very day I had to leave for guwahati city where I found my audio speaker copletely dead .'being helpless I had to replace my audio speaker for rs.950/ and d touchpad problem remained. I came to to the original nokia centre where I replaced the casing of my set and presented the handset. They asuured me that they will fix d problem within a day or two.but I hav got fed up going to them time and again for taking delivery of my handset. Ir has already a months lapsed and they are still saying that d spare partis out ofstock. Being helpless I am thinking of going to consumer protection act

                                      Nokia — Replacement of N 97

                                      Hi,

                                      I recently purchased a Nokia N 97 handset from Nokia Priority Store (Fonecity) in Velachery, Chennai. Just after a day of purchase, i started facing some problem (hanging probelm) with my handset. I immediately reported the same to the Prioirty Store, to which they commented that it might be some setting problem and they'll fix it.

                                      Immediately i also logged a compliant thorugh the Nokia website and asked them for an replacement. To which, Nokia replied that there is a certain process that needs to be followed before going for a replacement and adviced me to take the handest to a Nokia Care.

                                      I took the handest to Nokia Care and informed them about the problem. They said that it was a software problem and hence they'll upgrade the software. Even after upgrading the software, the problem was not solved and then they said that they'll have to send the handset to the head office at Gurgoan for further inspection and the process will take more than 10 days.

                                      I collected the handset after 15 days and to my utter dismay, i found the problem unresolved. I immediately gave the handset back to Nokia Care and asked for an replacement. To which, they replied that they will have to again sent the handset back to Gurgoan and escalate the problem. But they cannot commnet anyhting on the replacement request. This process will again take more than 15 days. I didnt had any other option, bnut to handover the handset to them.

                                      This incident has caused quite a bit of harassment and i feel embarassed to dicsuss the problem even with my friend and family, as i purchased this high priced handset agaisnt their wish.

                                      I am seriously thinking of intiating legal action against Nokia.

                                      I would be greatful if anybody can guide me in this process.

                                      Nokia N97 — Bad Customer Care

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      I had purchased a Nokia N97 handset from Nokia's authorized dealer on 10th October,2009.

                                      2 months have passed by and the device's vibration stopped. I gave it to Nokia care to fix on 18th December,2009. It's been 8 days now and these people still haven't given my phone back to me. The phone cost me 32000 and this is the type of service I am getting.

                                      In today's competitive market environment it's sad to know that a company like Nokia delivers such a pathetic show.

                                      Please do something about this ASAP.
