[Resolved] Nokia C1 - 01 — Call not allowed!

Hi,

I bought a Nokia c1-01 a month and a half ago.It has a rather very strange problem in it.It works fine for brief period of time and then doesn't allow me an outgoing call and flashes "Call not allowed!" .I cannot guess what is the problem.There has been no scratch of physical damage.It doesn't allow me to call.i switch it off and on,it works fine for mere 3 minutes and the problem is back again.I am frustrated as i have to carry other mobile with me.And disappointed with the handset as it is brand new NOKIA product.I carry another mobile with me to be relieved of my anger and dejection on this product. Please suggest.

Same here my friend.

It is really diasspointing to see such a problem in a brand new cellphone.

Nokia should work more in maintaining its products integrity!!

m also having the same problem with AIRCEL sim on NOKIA C1-01
the phone works perfectly with other carriers like AIRTEL, VODAFONE etc
but with aircel,
it shows an open lock on the top right corner wen i make a call
and afterwards it shows "call not allowed"
some says it is due to unsecured connection provided by aircel
