I have taken cell of Nokia C2-03 on 29 sep, after taking this mobile i am facing lots of problems in it.When i am clicking to anything, the phone is getting switch off or it is suddenly hanged up,the battry back up is also of 7-8 hrs. When i took this to Shopkeeper and Customer care they were formatting the software and again reloading software and the dealer replaced battry with any other battry. I asked to replace the set but no one is doing that , Nokia care centre people are saying to take new set from shopkeeper and the shopkeeper is saying to take it from Nokia center.Please provide me the procedure to change the set and please take some action for the shopkeeper and Nokia center people. My name is Sandeep and contact no. is [protected], please give feedback as soon as possible bcoz I am feedup with ur centre and shopkeeper excuses and asking them daily to replace my set.

    I did purchased my first mobile of my life with my hard earning and savings when i started earning my own, after doing my MBA . That was nokia N900 cost me 25,000 i purchased it in July 2010 . But after completing successful 10 months it started showing touch problem it was not working proper . then i had been to Nokia Care Rewari . They told me that the will need to change the touchpad and it will take around 20 days . After 20 days the told me that they have chked with touchpad problem is something else .So i collected my headset and scan that with my laapy i found that it was virus infected as on the very same day my lappy started showing problem like speed slow and hang problem . As by that time i had formatted my laptop so i did scanned my phn . It started working fine but after 2-3 days the display started fluctuating. And after some time the display was completely gone. So this time i thought to take it to gurgaon Care center as i am working in manesar so it was easy for me to go their but they refused to accept my handset as some screw was free and they are not able to open and check that .They told me to take it back to the same center where i had operated it earlier .

    So in the first week of july i again submitted my phn to Nokia Care with different problem (No display ) prior to that it was touch problem . This time they told me that their is some water damage .and it will be guarantee void and will take 20 days to repair . I said ohk . make it alright and i will pay what it will cost .But after some time they started behaving in rude way the care center owner Mr Tarun started disconnecting my ph calls and extending the time against what the have given to me.
    So I lodge a complain on nokia helpline and then after a long time around 1 months from the date of submission I recived a phn call that my phn is Ohk. I was quite Happy I took a day leave and want to the center to collect my handset but I found that their was some crack in the screen. But after a argument they told me that it will b changed come in evening . When I went again in evening to collect i found that the camera was not working. They again said that it will take 20 more days, but after the 20 days I went aging to collect but I found that the camera was nt clear enough . I tried to make follow up with nokia care complain department they use to provide me new complain no. each time and the 48 hrs time . the last time they told me that they will let me know the status .
    But I am helpless neither the Care Center manager is helping me nor the Nokia Care Helpline team .I don’t know when I will get my headset repaired and in working condition .I don’t even know the current status as the nokia team Is not updating me as per the promise done by them. When I call the they just provide me 24- 48 hr time to wait for their call back but no solution .
    Sir I am totally helpless no one is their to listen my problem I am working employee so don’t have spare time or leave to go to court. Hope that you will help me to get it alright in working condition ASAP .As it is in the center from last 3-4 months I am facing lots of problem as my all contacts were with the mobile. Waiting for your helping hands.

    'NOKIA" Brand has started losing its market share and reputation of its products due to rising number of customer complaints and increasing defects in its products. Further it seems that its authorized service centre - NOKIA CARE CENTRE is not having skilled technical staff to address and solve the customer problems.

    Even I have been facing problems with my new handset E5 which I have purchased on[protected]. Since then I have submitted my set twice to Nokia Care Centre at Dharamtolla Street, 12 Lenin Sarani, Kolkata. But till date they have not been able to rectify the problems of my set.

      Sorry to say, This is third time intimation,
      I went to Nokia customer care for 3 times , Every time I wait for 2 hours at your customer care. I took permission in our office and I went for repair, But it is no use, Because on that day only it works properly. Again next day onwards it is not working not properly.
      I am very much suffering with this mobile, Please help me.
      I bought a C1-01 mobile, But it was working very slow. when I press the button to view the contacts it takes 4-6 seconds to display the contacts. It works like that from purchase onwards. I showed in Nokia customer care, even though it was working like that only. there they told that "we have to format the cell and update the software", they repare for 20 minutes. but it was not working properly. Please help me. The mobile didnot fell any where. From purchase onwards it was not working properly.to view the message when we press the button it takes 5 sec, to view the missed calls also it takes 6 sec time, it was very slow

      CE0434 I received a new mobile( exchanged ), I am very happy for receiving the mobile.
      But I think its my bad luck, this mobile is also working not properly ( same complaint ) same as 1st mobile. there is no change from 1st mobile phone and this mobile phone. Same complaint is repeating. it is also very slow like 1st mobile. I think that C1-01 model works like that only.

      Sorry to say that My problem was not solved. I am not satisfied with this mobile also.

      Another thing is dont tell me to go again to your Nokia Customer care. Because in our office (My boss ) will dont give the permission to go. Upto now I went to your customer care nearly 6 times, Every time I wait for 2 hours. I took permission 6 times in our office, they will not give the permission again.

      If any alternate method is there to solve the problem please inform me. Other wise I will continue with this complaint mobile.


      Otherwise Please give me another model in this same cost with options ( camera,Fm,speaker,Memory card etc ).
      I Purchased this mobile for Rs.2450/-.

      Or please make arrangement to refund the amount.
      Please do needful.

      Nokia — camera too slow

      i bought a nokia 7310 supernova just 1 week back..m seeng that the camera is slow and also it takes about 11 seconds after clicking to save a photo..and in video recording also halts in between...please hel me...

        Respected Sir/Madam,
        I bought my nokia phone C6-00 but after 2 months it get hanging problem, application getting crashed and incoming audio is not hearing then i went to nokia care on 12/09/11. They said that my phone will be repair in 7-10 days. After 10 days i called them but they said that it takes few more days to solve that problem, then i said ok but after few days i again called them. Then they again said that it will take few days more. Then i went to nokia care and they give me my phone and said that your phone is repaired. i checked it but the problem was not resolve. Then i said them that it is not repaired and they said that it must be sliding problem we have to check that so it will take few more days. So, sir i kindly say that you please quickly resolve my problem so i get my phone back i just really need my phone.

          I Bought A Nokia C5-03 3 Months Ago.I used To Get A GPS Fix Of My Position within 3-4 minutes.
          Recently I Installed the latest Firmware Update.After That i Can't Get GPS Fix even though i waited for 2 hours in the terrace of my house.Also there is a problem with my memory card the phone automatically removes my memory card and tells to press ok.thus i can't use applications and hear music because of this.Also the playing of videos in my mobile isn't smooth.videos higher than 15 FPS is not able to play smoothly.I Have A Request To include a fix for this video problem in the next firmware update.Please Help Me

            A very pleasant Good Morning to you.


            Subject of complaint : NOKIA E5 Device purchased on 16/10/2010 (within warranty period) : INVOICE NO. - AM/H 3305 DTD. 16/10/2010.
            IMEI NO. [protected].

            I had purchased this mobile last year on the auspicious day of Vijayadashmi.The priority dealer at Hiland Park Mall had conveyed us that it is just launched mobile and really very goodand worth taking.Apart from that we had branches in Bengal like in Durgapur,etc.So if you have any issue you can go and show it there.He had given a free gift with it which i acknowledge and appreciate.


            I had given my NOIKA E5 for repair at NOIKA PRIORITY CENTRE ,BIG BAZAAR,DURGAPUR.
            Here are my issues with this handset after the last time i had given it for repair in August'2011 at NOKIA PRIORITY,Durgapur.:-

            1.) with the complaints of voice breaking/cracking during recieved or dialed call whether being in proper metro cities or in outskirts.This was a repeated problem which i have faced from last year and right from Kolkata Highland Park Branch and Durgapur Branch have just reformated or reloaded the software during my visit to them.

            2.) Apart from that the my NOKIA E5 handset was performing slowly,sometimes being just jammed.I have ensured right from the beginning that no heavy games or any other softwares are used on it.I have even not used the internet or any other heavy downloading that can bring virus or any other reasons for the slowdown.

            3.) After the repair was done and handset given to me i finished the handover formalities of signing off the documents.I acknowledge that i did not have the sim and the battery of my NOKIA E5 handset at the time of handover which i rightly acknowledge and confirm once again.But after i went back to my room and checked it i found a new problem had arisen which was not there earlier.

            4.)The problem was that my display has been broken and it was not there when i had given it for repair.I again went back to NOKIA PRIORITY IN DURGAPUR.They just said that we are sorry and that we checked it before giving it to customer.They just refused and said that we have not done it and it is upto the customer to get it repaired.I am just helpless with this situation and frustrated with such type of response.My problem still persists.

            5.) I spoke to the customer representative but he had the same adamant and stubborn replying attitude that we cannot do anything and if you want to get it repaired it is chargeable though in warranty period.I have faced the same attitude at this centre and there Highland park counterpart of evading the issues and trying to put it on other branches so that the customer goes here and there.This soft issues were not being controlled by any senior manager of NOKIA despite i had visited them so many times.The reason why i am trying to tell this that at the time of sale of handset the person/authority is very welcoming and warm and with all goodies and sweet talks but after you sell it and if some problem arises then its not my job or the just vague type of reponses starts,dilly-dallying and just shake it from your shoulders attitude to somebody else.


            I have been a NOKIA user from[protected] right from NOKIA 1100,6600,7610,3300,7210 Supernova and finally NOKIA E5.But here is the reponse i get from soft ways/attitude and real defects issues of customer problems handling and resolving it.


            Basic issues are:-

            a.)Is NOKIA INDIA( willing to accept its responsiblity) of getting the damaged display repaired free of cost because i am 100 % sure that i have not damaged it by any means.
            b.) Is NOKIA INDIA willing to accept and do something over handling of customer issues properly and trying to tell there representatives to be little matured in there behaviour.This might sound very rude but this is the major problem i had found during my 5-6 visits to these centres.I cannot blame everybody there present but this was the response felt .
            c.)Is NOKIA INDIA willing to accept that these centres were trying to evade the responsibilty from solving the customer complaints for whatever reasons from the day 1 because if there was some internal feelings of bad performance of this handset and whether any bad name for them.

            Let me saying that after paying Rs. 11,600/ from the last year i am totally dissatisfied from this particular handset for value against money,the customer care and the representaive responseand the most important for the time i had put in it.I have not used its internet facilities,but still the voice cracking,the hanging or slowdown of mobile and now the display problem.It is very sad to see such a organisation running in such a fashion just because of such instances.
            I cannot say that if i had used the internet facilties what might have happened but the above points are major ones and why should i pay anything extra for which i am not responsible.

            People,the dealers are temprorary but it is the company which suffers.Practically speaking my long association with NOKIA is somewhat shaken and i am dejected because i still love all the NOKIA handsets which i have used from the beginning.

            I HAVE CDMA MOBILE Nokia, always voice brake past 6 moths,

            i have purchased nokia model no 6303 classic IMEI No. [protected] on 8/8/2009 after 15 days some text appeares on my handset screen i had complained for the same to ur nokia care after 2 to 5 days when i called him at that time they reply me some software problem it will be solved after one to two days. After two days when i called them they replyed your problem has been solved u can now collect your phone, then after one to two days same problem will continue show in my handset screen but i am not contact ur nokiacare office because prviously i have bad experiance, when customre care called me that is it your problemm solved and i had replyed that i am not satisfied with ur service so they again called me and collect my handset on 8/9/09 but till today they are not answring me about the handset problem or status. now sir what can i do for my handset. pls give me propre r! eply when i get my handset after solve my problem.][Phone model:6303 classic]

              Dear All

              I am very sorry to say that, The quality of service provided at Nokia care madhapur is wretched.
              I am using Nokia sets since I started keeping my personal mobile, But this time for sure I am not going to buy any product of NOKIA.
              The service provided is not at all satisfactory.

              This is in reference of job sheet 110923/36. I have given my headset for replacement which was already in warranty period on 23 sep.
              I was asked to come after 7 days, I waited till 10 days and I called to contact no: [protected], I was told to come and collect the headset. When i asked for Headset at Nokia care counter then representative said that headset is not ready and ask me again to come after 2 days. I did the same and the also did the same [I called after 2 days and they asked me to wait for 2 more days].... The Headset is not ready please come after 2 days.
              I have to ask few questions
              1] If the SLA is 7 days then why it is taking more then 12 days to deliver the headset?
              2] Why wrong information is being provided on phone calls?
              3] What action was taken if the set was not ready when the first time I arrived, which results the same 2 days delay for the 2nd time?

              I don’t know how this Center will survive in this competition world with this type of service.
              Your immediate response will be highly appreciated with the latest update.

                Hello Sir,
                I went for mine mobile's touch pad replacement at the Nokia Care in Navsari City , Gujarat. It is in warranty period although they charged me Rs.1400/-. For replacement. It is not damaged by me nor fell down. Even though they charged me 1400. When I asked about bill for 1400 then they told me that if they give me bill than warranty will be discontinue.. Do something for that and help me to get back my money.

                  I Bought Nokia x1-01 handset recently. It is having unbelivable coverage problem. Coverage is very often getting hi-low. And it is affecting your talk during a call also.
                  I checked with other users also they are also having this problem with this handset.

                  It is a faulty model from nokia

                  I am not able to believe that it is a phone from nokia.

                  Nokia X1 - 01 — poor battery life

                  stand by battery time is very poor,even not being used it last for 70 hrs,where as in manual it is more than 1000 hrs when used.say for 2 hrs as a talktime,battery stood for only 50 hrs .
                  i am not proper agree your phone x1 01 .i has update software of this mobile but after this it show many times 'no sim card and restart again and again.there is now solution.i has visit nikia care many times .but after this no best solution
                  My nokia x1-01 when is put the memory card its automatically restart and if i set a sms tone and after few minute it will be showing no tone as being set

                    I purchased a Nokia C7-00 a few months back along with a headset. The device has gone to the Nokia Service Center thrice after the Symbian update. Using a Vodafone SIM card I am unable to make outgoing calls. The same SIM works on other mobiles. I have to do a soft reset every time this happens. Speaker of the device was replace 15 days back, I got the SIM card also replaced today but the problem of no outgoing calls remains. I am fed up with this as if I take it to the service center they just reset the phone and it works for a few days and the problem reappears. Furthe I have purchased apps from Ovi store and some of the apps dont work. Also i was made to pay for apps that I have already purchased and that appear on MY STUFF of the ovi store. i had written number of mails and called Nokia careline but no resolution yet.

                            This is to draw your kind attention that I,Prasenjit Panja bought a Nokia C2-03 handset from on 08.09.2011.Unfortunately, after 3 days I faced some problems like the set became hanged,touch problem,and so on.I met the Nokia Service Center (Everest Medicare,10 Lenin sarani,Dharmatala,Kol-700013.Ph[protected],Mob-[protected]) on 12.09.2011 to complain.After that I went there four times up to 27.09.2011 facing same problem.The executive told that the handset was delivered to the Nokia main service centre.But after that the problem remains same. Not only they were unable to solve the problem but made two scraches on screen and loose the sliding system and scrached the speaker.That means I used the set for only three days after buying.

                              I am to inform you that I have a mobile handset of nOKIA
                              MODEL NO. "NOKIA C5-00". The only display glass of the same was
                              broken on 29-09-11 and I attend the 'NOKIA CARE' at MANGALDAI
                              (the name of the firm is GSM Solution, Karimchowk, L.N.B. Road,
                              Mangaldai, Darrang, Assam) for changing the damage glass on
                              30-09-11
                              According they have changed the glass, but they have not
                              handed over me the handset. After 2 houers back they have inform
                              me that they have done a mistake by connecting flash or something
                              which resulted unable to powers on the set. They have tried for a
                              long time, but failed.

                              I am not at all satisfied upon the NOKIA CARE, mangaldai,
                              that they have created problem on my good working nokia handset
                              and umless making good of the set and troubled the customer. So,

                                I am using a nokia N73 normal edition handset from Nov 2007. While purchasing the handset i was guaranteed that it is 3G enabled handset. At that time there no facility of 3G in India. But recently MTNL in mumbai has started its 3G operations which provide video calling. I am unable to use the video calling facility. I first contacted the call centre of MTNL as they said to use the video call facility i have to go to the network settings and to switch the network mode as dual mode. I searched the option everywhere in my handset but didn't able to find. That option is present in music edition handset. Even in My Mobile magazine its been stated that N73 normal edition too have 3G facility.
                                Then i contacted nokia call centre, but i was surprised by the quotient they gave. Thay said 3G facility is not available in normal edition variants. Even I visited nokia care centre, they also gave the same reply. They even said if i upgrade my phone then too there is no guarantee.
                                Then pl tell me if there is no 3G facility in N73 normal edition handsets, then why there is option of video call numbers in contacts.

                                Pl help. Am i looted by nokia. What is the worth of spending 12000?
                                What is latest software version for Nokia N73.

                                I am using Nokia 3600 Slide, while purchasing my mobile my mobile contacts images are displayed in full screen, afterthat i updated new software, after that i can't view contact images in full screen. i asked to nokia care agents, they gave me the answer as "no, unable to get the old software".Please resolve is there anyother way to install my old software to my mobile
                                When I insert the simcard then Mobile instrument ask for restriction code.Which is not with Me.Nokia care centre did not give any help because I am about 65 kms away from center.I am ask for online help.

                                I'm using a nokia 2323 classic mobile handset.
                                It has many features such as bluetooth ,browser, music and video player, etc..
                                I used to download games..
                                one day my phone switched off by itself even though it had full battery charge.
                                after sometime.., it came back.
                                But when i tried to use music player or browser .., it never came back..
                                after that i took it to a authorised nokia care ...
                                And it got readied too..
                                But the problem continues whenever i use bluetooth or browser..
                                Warranty is present and service is also free..
                                But my question is whether I can get a replacement for my handset as I have given it to the service center for more than 10 times and the same problem occurs...

                                I AM SURPRISED AS TO HOW CUSTOMERS ARE TREATED EVEN FOR MINOR PROBLEM.CAN AUTHORITY CONCERNED TAKE ANY STEP WITH YOUR ABOVE AUTHORISED NOKIA CARE.OR CAN RESPOND ME FOR OVER ESTIMATION.

                                  My self Gaurav Baweja from INDORE, I have submitted my Nokia Handset (model No. X6 8GB) at Nokia care center on 25th of July 2011,which is still in warranty period.But still yet i have not received my Handset back.they r giving me diffrent models of Nokia which i literally don't want n i spoke to several times at Nokia care call center[protected] at least 20times bt the same answer im getting again n again....tht Model no X6 8gb is out of stock....
                                  Few days back i spoke to MR Ankur Verma Regional Manager ([protected]) who looks after all the Nokia care centre in INDORE city, and he was very much aware of my case but still he ask me for 24hrs time to ans my query.After 24 hrs when i called him up again then he was nt answering my call n messaged me tht (I m busy, i ll call later).after few minutes when i called him again thn he was busy on another call and he didn't replied a single message..
                                  I m very much fed up wth the services of Nokia Care n the false commitments of Mr.Ankur Verma
                                  So i will be really thankful to you i[censored] people can help me out in getting my Cell back ASAP....

                                    I bought a new Nokia C2-06 mobile just a week back. now i'm not able to access my message inbox and my mail also . it id getting hanged often . for the past 2 days this problem is occuring . i went to show to the shpkeeper but the shop ws under renovation . i tried the nos is the bill but i was not able to reach .

                                    the purchase time of the mobile is not even a week's time . it has started giving trouble

Employee /salesman give me old phone in box. I only come to know when I check at home. its camera quality is bad. packing is in bad condition. I think someone return it. It have scrach on screen & no packing on camera lance. it is totally cheating.
