[Resolved]  Nokia — Defective Model 6070

Dear Sir,
I have purchased NOKIA 6070 model on 29/03/07. From the purchasing date this piece is giving trouble in low speech volume, low incoming and outgoing volume.
On 15/09/07 it was referred to Nokia Care, M/S Gayatri Incorporation, Yashwant Plaza, Indore, with the above troubles, Nokia Care staff did not rectify such troubles then on 05/11/07 I went to your Nokia Care ( above mentioned address ) at 14.30 Hrs. having customer S/No. 78 and service table No 4. Your Nokia Care centre Indore, in-charge Mr. Vivek did not give proper response and refused to rectify such troubles. He behaved very harshly and told “ This Model 6070 has the low volume and we cannot solve this trouble. You should have checked the piece at the time of purchasing for such problems. “
The behaviour of Nokia care in-charge should be very polite in spite of Mr. Vivek’s rough behaviour. Such types of Nokia care personals are damaging your reputation and values.
I am very disappointed with the behaviour of Nokia Care, Indore in-charge Mr. Vivek.
Kindly do needful if the volume of Nokia 6070 is originally very low then why are you selling this Model nationwide. The statement of Nokia Care in-charge, Indore is showing the poor manufacturing parameters of Nokia 6070.
Pl give me detailed information and action taken against Mr. Vivek, Nokia Care in-charge Indore also what can I do for my Nokia 6070 piece ? The piece is under warranty and your service centres neither rectifying the trouble nor took the piece for repair.

nokia 6070 — poor service

Dear sir/mam

This mail is regarding the your pathetic service which you are providing to the customer. I dont have the words to say,
i can understand you are having millions of customers but if you not satisfy one customer means 10 customer u r loosing. You have world wide name,but with you this is my very bed experience when i purchased i feel proud you are giving best service but i was totally wrong.This is my experince

my mobile screen got damaged and service centre ones are delaying it day by day . i hv called them many times n they had said that screen is not available now, it will b available in first week of june n i hd called them again on 10 june n again same answer screen is not available.
