Nokia — Replacement of Handset

Dear Sir,

I had purchaced the Nokia handset (Model No 6300) from Sangeetha Electronics, Mathikere - Bangalore.
Right from the day of purchase, i faced the problem of automatic restart(Swith off/on) on its own.
As i use it rarely, i neglected. After that some slight lines started appearing on the camera screen which gradually grew larger. Finally i went to the Nokia Care in Mathikere/Yeshwantpur.

My question is
1. Is it worth visiting Nokia Care Within 28hrs o[censored]sage (thought it is 3 months after purchase) of the device after paying that huge amount to the so called Branded mobile Company?

2. Is that the way Nokia treats their customers when they visit their Centers even after such a big disappointment with the mobile?

Can anybody help me out?
I am ready to provide all the necessary documents/information required.

this is raj from mysore , tis regarding i had purchased a nokia 5233 touch sceen mobile, imei no [protected] on 15 aug 2010 at nokia priority dealer , cheranellor road, edapally, cochin, kerala. india .from day one of purchase the mobile iam facing a automatically switch off, touch screen hanging etc.............then i walked in to nokia care, new kanthraj urs road,kuvempunagar, mysore.on 20 september 2010, they checked my handset & told me to their is some problem in hardware & it must to be send to nokia company to repair the handset& it will take 10 to 12 days. but iam nt agreed to repair the handset & told them to replace the h/s bcoz i just used used for only 1 month of purchase.
but they r blaming to nokia co & nt ageed to replace the h/s from nokia care & it should decided in nokia co only.
this is my reqest to replace the h/s to new one & i will nt accept the the same repaired h/s bcoz i just used h/s for only 1 month of purchase. so this very hurted me. this is nt question obout my money, this is question o[censored]r co reputation & trust. hope u u understsnd my request & do needfulll..........

I am not satisfied.. The cell has purchased Just few months ago and already i have send it to the nokia care but again the problem consist and its not working (dead). I do not want a used handset. I am not interested in a used one. Kindly provide me a new handset ( Box Piece) or kindly repay of the money back.


I am very sorry to say - The service Nokia is providing are worse than the Government Service.. It is not satisfied the consumer but you are forcing the consumer.

I have not taken the replacement handset from the Nokia Care RT - Nagar, and I will not take until I Get a New one,

If Nokia is not taking this seriously, I should go through the proper channels. I will be wanting a acknowledgement from the Nokia Care on the letter.. (which has the same thing written) and we take it to the consumer Court. Also if I don’t get a reply within 2 days I will start sharing the same in the websites. Blogs.. Etc.. And beware ppl on the nokia and the service of the Nokia.

Again I will not ready to take a used handset as a replacement.. Kindly reply for the same ASAP.

SUB: REPLACE MY HANDSET DUE TO PROGRAMMING ERROR

I have purchased new handset nokia express music 5130 during the month of june 2010, but i regret to inform that it has poor service this phone does not work from the very beginning, i didnt understand why it has poor service, please register my complaint and replace my handset.



I believe on nokia blindly with their services and robustness. But just after one month, the handset started giving troubles. Its key was not working properly and gradually it stoped working.



since the then time the mobile set is hanged problems. for that i have requested the shopkeeper to replace or repair it but unfortunately atlest 30 repeatidly visits to the shop, i always have been assured for the next time for the same. now i am fedup with that situation.



I REQUEST U TO REPLACE MY HANDSET BECAUSE I M NOT SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE OF NOKIA EXPRESS MUSIC EVEN FOR A SINGLE DAY. HELP ME TO MAKE D.O THAN I CAN REPLACE MY HANDSET WHICH IS NOT WORKING INTIALLY I HAVE PURCHASE THIS HANDSET JUST BEFORE 15 DAYS AND SOFTWARE PROGRAMMING OF MY PHONE HAS ERROR AS PER NOKIA CARE.

I have purchased a nokia handset c5-03 0n 10.10.2011. After 10 days of purchase some problems arises in my handset at that time i submitted it to my nearest nokia care(City mobile, Bhiringi Nachan Road, Durgapur-713213.ph no[protected], They took 10 days to sort out the problem, but after ten days of collection the problem remains same again i submitted it to that center and till now the problem is not sort out .Since last 4months i have not yet got the handset.My complain no-1-[protected].

on dt.13.04.2014 i have purchase a mobile nokia lumia 525 from jain traders, Shop No.339/340, Sector-37D, Chandigarh.in 1 day it create hanging problem, I can return it to dealer & it can say me that i apply your "DO" for replacement of mobile, it come within 6 days.but now it get 12 days & dealer can harash me, he can say that i will mobile give u next day or next two days.than i can say to dealer, sir please return my cash & after he say that i m not liable to return your cash. i will give you your old mobile & go to Nokia service centre & clear your problem.Sir can this type dealer Fullfill Your Dream's.When Customer not get satisfaction Service, after what he can do.TODAY IS DT.28.04.2014 & I WILL NOT RECEIVE MY MOBILE PHONE FROM THE DEALER.PLEASE SIR TAKE ACTION THAT CAN I AM VERY THANKFULL TO YOU

sir i have given a handset at the date of 08/07/2014 which has a probleum to auto switch off. after reparing the phone they given the set which switch off and never on. i have given again they called me after 10 days and said to replace the phone. after 10 days they given me a defected handset, i give him again and they called me again after 7 days, and again given me defected hand set. this process is continue with me till date(06/09/2014) total 4 time. and they does not want to give me a new phone
sir at starting time when i was gone to repairing the phone, phone has one month waranty, they called to extant warranty in 160 repess for one year, which i pay.
sir in 12 month if they take 2-3 month to repaire the phone then what is mean by warranty.sir they have given me a hand set of single sim but i have very problem without dual sim phone. they did not take me seriously every time
i want to convinence to the company for every time. they are eritating me..
today they also given me a defected phone which speaker was defected.
"sir one major problem of nokia is they have no complaint number toll free for customer. they given a number for specific region with call rate and if you called this number they advertice there phone in call nothing else and call rate started and no option for talk customer initialy."
