Nokia — Replacement of Handset
I had purchaced the Nokia handset (Model No 6300) from Sangeetha Electronics, Mathikere - Bangalore.
Right from the day of purchase, i faced the problem of automatic restart(Swith off/on) on its own.
As i use it rarely, i neglected. After that some slight lines started appearing on the camera screen which gradually grew larger. Finally i went to the Nokia Care in Mathikere/Yeshwantpur.
My question is
1. Is it worth visiting Nokia Care Within 28hrs o[censored]sage (thought it is 3 months after purchase) of the device after paying that huge amount to the so called Branded mobile Company?
2. Is that the way Nokia treats their customers when they visit their Centers even after such a big disappointment with the mobile?
Can anybody help me out?
I am ready to provide all the necessary documents/information required.
