[Resolved]  Nokia — Fed up with Nokia india customer care(they cheat consumers)

Nokia India is cheating the Indian consumers at will. I had purchased Nokia-6131 in Feb'07 and had to face various manufacturing defects three times in 10 months only. Every time I had to deposit my phone with them resulting in deletion of all datas saved each time. The opportunity loss due to this loss of data , if calculated will be huge and Nokia will never talk about this. Leave aside, they are not still replacing my handset with a new one , complete with gaurantees, whcich is lying with them since 12th Dec'07 Job sheet No.[protected]/071212/29 , Nor is Nokia ready to refund my money. Who is going to save Indian consumers from such sharks like Nokia. I put my hard earned money with faith on Nokia and they cheated me like this. Nobody is listening now. If this forum has any weight , I will expect a response.

I gave my 5 months old e-71 for keypad problems at the nokis care- hindustan park centre- kolkata on 20th oct and thereafter was called more than 3times to collect the instrument inspite of the target delivery date showing 26th oct as well as the nokia web site clearly indicating that the instrument was ready to be collected.
The cust care as well as the collection dept was most irresponsible and lacked/ pretended any knowledge of the repair status of the instrument...

finally i did get it day defore yesterday albeit with an altogether new problem i/e the original key pad is now in working condition but another key has stopped functioning...

i protest on the bad service and responce from above mentioned store and seek urg clarification/ solution to the problem as i am hesitating to give my cel phone to that centre again lest i am made to wait endlessly

NOKIA, N-73 handset — replacement

respect sir/madam,
earlier this year, in march i purchase a new NOKIA N-73 handset for my father. it still in warranty period. It having problems after 6 months. when i complain this to the Shopkeeper he refuse the problem and says you repair it once to any other shop. but thats not the truth. when i bring it to the customer care they once take it in the warranty period, but after some time they says the handset is already is already opens, and soldering is done on the mother-board. but i didn't check this handset anywhere else. So i want to claim the shopkeeper that he sell me the older/repaired handset while i pay for the new and fresh piece. so i want the replacement.
please take a reaction to this as soon as possible. i am very please with that effort as i am belongs to middle class family, i can't effort a new Mobile again.

In this mobile I am facing some problem like Browser automatically close while surfing Internet, not able to pick the call, Phone Hangs automatically, Not able to Open Menu. When i visit nokia care first time they told me you need to upgrade the Operating system the did it and gave me back my phone after 1 hour but the problem is same, i again go to nokia care again he try for that for 2 days they gave my mobile back but its same problem after that they send my mobile for level 3 he give me my cell after 10 days but again the same problem . not my mobile no is again at nokia care i gave my mobile at nokia care on 18th Dec 2009 11:30 PM. Job sheet Number[protected]/091218/6 kindly do the need full I am not able to use my Nokia E71 its always in problem form the date of purchase . I am always believe in Nokia and Nokia care but this time its really disappoint me.

i gave my Nokia 5610 XpressMusic for repair to this service center...first they said it'll take rs.100 for repair...but when i went 2 take my phone back...they're charging me rs.450...they are not giving it back untill i pay the money...i had to give the money at last...

Nokia — delay in giving handset/not replacing also

I have given handset for repairing ,they said it will go to headofficeafter come from headoffice same problem is faced .now they are not replacing nor they are paying, different reasons are given when go to NOKIA customer care..

From the date of purchase to 03.09.2010 i visited 3 times nokia care offices they have a lot off rush you need to wait at there aprox 30 minute to 45 minute than we reach to operatot they received your set and tell me comes tommorow every time take 2 days and say its repaired, when i checked this set not work properly .

Now today i decide to final file the case to consumer court because of Nokia make duplicate set only in these days .

i request to our friends that file the rit petition about these services he is supplying very very bad hand set to Indian .

Nokia 6300 — FED UP WITH NOKIA CUSTOMER CARE IN INDIA(they are cheating the consumers)

Recently i have purchased nokia N-8 in hyderabad-India and after a week the set has hanged.We have given the set to nokia hyderabad to repair.Now a month have been past the set is not repair nor replaced.We have purchased such a expensive set just because nokia.We are suffering from your service center espl in hyderabad, Kindky help to speed up the repair, I am disappointed with nokia N-8

Hi, I have lost my nokia 6303i classic mobile 3 days before i have blocked my sim also i got the IMEI number of the mobile but i haven't got any positive response from nokia service providers. Service peoples telling nokia doesn't have any facility to track mobile. Then what is the use of IMEI number. I have totally dissatisfied with there service. I purchased a Nokia Mobile set Model No. 5130 ( IMEI No. [protected]) from Mobile Care, DSA Complex, PO & Dist. Hailakandi, Assam on 08.06.2010. After that the said Mobile set is disturbing many ways. Accordingly I lodge complaint to the concerned shop and take the mobile and asked me that the mobile need to be sent to another place for repairing Job Sheet No. 274 dated[protected]. On queary the seller told me that the said mobile set is not repairable as the complain is complicated as told to him by Delhi. I am very much upset about such behaviour, I think they are not giving proper response to my problem.
