i deposited my handset NOKIA E 51 to your nokiacare on 12.01.10 at your RAJNAGAR , GHAZIABAD (UP) branch. I was having incoming sound problem , they returned my set on 13.01.10 , without attending problem. i found that on/off switch at top is also in crushed condition.i asked them to attend the problem but they didn'n , even they misbehaved with me.Its a matter of great regret that your care centers are not caring at all. my handset is under warrant period.
