nokia n97mini — defective piece

i purchased a mobile on 17 th feb 2010 from the mobile store mangalore karnataka. since there was a fault in the back cover. i returned the piece and they gave me a new one. after 2 days i came back to the store with the problem that my phone gets switched off on its own every now and then hence they took my phone checked it and stated that it was a software issue which can be sorted out and they did so. After another 2 days i came back because the headphones were not working properly.they took it into consideration and sorted that issue too. on 24th i had to come back again to the store because the phone started switching off on its own again. unhappy with mobile due to so many problems in jus one week. i requested to refund my money back. they sent a mail at 4 pm on 24th about this to the required person and it was only when i approached the store at 7pm it was considered.I m completely disappointed by this neglegence and hence i m approaching this to seek some help in refunding my money
