i am holding NOKIA 6280, Model, it is rejecting BSNL SIM and some times asking about restriction code, but same time it is alowing rest of all service providers in india with out asking any code, BSNL SIM working in all other mobile pieces except this 6280, how can i solve this problem, i brought this piece from dubai

    Hello this is Kshitiz Agarwal I'm hereby writing this letter to make you aware that how your non-technical (i.e. engineer) staff at Nokia Care, Alwar (Rajasthan), Inida behving to customer.

    In month of Jan this year I had given my Nokia 2112 at Nokia care, Alwar as it was not working porperly. They had told me that they have to format it and reinstall new software as it's software problem and for that they had charged your perscribed charges and they also committed that they will give it back within 4 working days.

    I had given it to them and made entry by my Farthers name "Mr. Vishnu Kumar Agarwal". After four days they told me some work is remaining it will take little more around 2 days I said alrite.

    Unfortunatly after I have to go out of city for some days and my mother "Mrs. Raj Shree Agarwal" happen to go there to take it but when they had given it to my mother, it as not working porperly on asking they made silly excuses, mom ask tyhem to call their engineer who can give relible reply on this your staff collects around my mom and start shouting on her and they also callsome nearby boy too and finally they snatchs meony from my mom and didn't return our bill too.

    This is somthing that is not expected at Nokia's service center take place, I have heard that they do monopoly at Nokia Care but this somthing one cann't expect this.

    I want Nokia Care to take proper action in this. Otherwise I resserve all my rights to take appropiate action aginst Nokia Care, Alwar(Rajasthan) India, in appropiate court.

    Nokia /6270 — Faulty/Defective handset

    Hi I bought Nokia 6270 phone from Shubhiksha retail outlet sector 8 r k puram, new delhi. on 21-4-07 vide bill no. 1612, imei no. [protected], phone is faulty and has multiple defects like Noisy, Uabale to power on, call drop, sudden drop on signals, phone gets disconnect, no speaker phone sound, etc

    would request you to help me getting my money back/or replace handset, else will move to consumar court.

    Nokia Cell phone-3230 — Denial from commitment of replacing my mobile set-3230 with new one which is under guarantee.

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I am compelled to bring it your kind notice that I have purchased the Nokia mobile set 3230 on 21st January 2007 from Hotspots Janak Puri Community centre, New Delhi. I was facing the hanging problem continuously and last time when I gave it for repairing at carezone on 9th of September 2007 at Nokia Care, Care Zone DE-85 Tagore Garden, New Delhi-110027, Job sheet no.[protected]/070909/31 bearing e-mail: [protected]@nokiacareindia.com, I was committed to replace my brown coloured set with new one. When I went to get it on 30th of September 2007, they were giving me old balck 3230 scratchy set and saying that this is new one. On my objection they told me that this is the decision of our Head Office at Okhla New Delhi and you will have to take it otherwise you can make a complaint either in the police or in any of the Consumer Court.

    I am really disgusted with their rude behaviour in lieu of giving me an honest service they harassed me by saying such type of harsh words and wasted my time.

    This is my bad experience with Nokia. Is it my mistake to purchase Nokia Mobile set?

    I request you to replace my set with a new set as per their commitment.

    2112 — Customer Care not responding

    Nokia customer care in Gandhi Bazar, Bangalore are not responding properly. I wanted RSN number of my nokia mobile. Its almost a month that i am running behind to resolve this. Its a Reliance handset

    Nokia 5300 — about replacement of head set

    i had bought nokia 5300 in nov 07 afer one month in dec i found that one earphone wasnt working.i took it to nearby nokia care in bhubaneswar ,orissa,india.they accepted it and told it would be replaced.after 15 days i went there .they gave me a black colour headset.but i gave them a white one.this black one was not that good as i used the white one.iwant a white one like what i had given to them,with proper quality,connectivity

    Nokia 3110C — Nokia Care rudeness

    I just gave mine 3110c for the repair of its ringer On Nokia care (21/08/08) (tonk communication, Dewas, (M.P.) INDIA). and the gave me receiving date of 23/08/08.

    I went on the shop and ask them 4 mine handset, they checked it and said your handset is done any registration is incomplete. I just said them of giving me handset till evening, and they said may be. I have already told them just take mine handset i[censored] can give till Saturday(23/08/08).

    But now they are so rudely talking, that what can we do thats not our matter our computers have some problems and so on..

    I have no problem in delay in mine handset. But Why so rudeness..? They should take care of NOKIAs reputation. they are talking like a small local shop.

    I have visited many Nokia Care of big cities but in our small cities they are very rude.

    Why is this..?

    This is to bring to your notice that i gave my mob Nokia 1600 for servicing at Nokia Care on 1 st of october, at Raksha Impex, New No: 30, Near new kodambakkam fliover, T. nagar, Chennai.

    Even after several calls made my mobile hasnot serviced yet. I don't understand what is a great work needed to rectify it, taking so much time. Moreover the reply i get from them is pathatic. We feel disgraceful with their answers. Even in under warranty, they not bothered to give proper answers.

    There is no direct ph no to contact the nokia care at chennai, pl let me know if any.

When i called them on[protected] they said the parts are pending and we will surely return your cell on[protected] but when i called them on the next given date they repeated the same thing and gave me next date as[protected]. today when i again called to the nokia care, they replied me that we dont know how long will take now. I am getting harrased of this thing. I never thought a great company like Nokia can do this thing with their customers.I wish you will take some actions against my request. Also ensure that such problems do not creep up in future and that our faith in Nokia remains undaunted.

    Corruption in Nokia care center
    In my n91bluetooth was not working i came to nokia care center, solan(H.P).after three hours they told me that u will come after5 -6 days .they corrupted my os.
    but this is not the only problem, at this nokia care center they are replacing the part of mobiles with damaged part and.pls help me now wt i do.

    Nokia — unusual delay in serving

    i had bought a nokia n81 phone on 9/10/2008 from mobile store in berhampur, ORISSA.
    after a few days only it had shown "system error" when i tried to connect its wireless..i took it to the local nokia care and it took them TWO days to update my software..i was sent with an assuarance that it wont happen again.
    again within a month it showed the same problem.i took it to nokiacare on 7/12/2008.they sent it to kolkatta.its now 25 days, 6 visits to nokia care and i am still told that my WORK IS IN PROGRESS.
    one person named rabi in nokia care told me that "we cant assure you of anything or how long will your set take to be repaired, you keep coming to nokiacare REGULARILY !!"

    i had submitted my nokia N81 to "NRI COMMUNICATION LAJPAT NAGAR NEW DELHI" on the 26th Dec 2008 JOBSHEET NO[protected]/081226/93 and the person who are attending me is said that we had to send your mobile to the head office as we have no parts and it takes 10 days i said ok then after 8-9 days i checked the status online it show "closed-Sent to L3" after checking the status i called to the NRI COMMUNICATION and asked about the condition of the phone is it recieved to them or not they said no when the mobile is recieved by our workers we give you a call regarding that but after 1-2 days i reached to the "NRI COMMUNICATION LAJPAT NAGAR NEW DELHI" and asked about the phone it takes now 12 days they said due to courier problem your phone is not yet recieved but on the rack my phone is present and i thought the is of any other customer after 14 days i called to them and an attendant from NRI COMMUNICATIONattend the phone and i asked about my phone is it repaired or not she said within a week you can collect your phone and i said from days 8th you said your phone is not yet recieved and now also you said that your phone is not recieved and the attendant said what can i say you and i said i dont know anything i'll talk to your manager and cut the phone . After 15-20minutes the same attendent calls me and said sir you can collect ur phone tommorow or today before 5pm i asked her that can i collect now it says yes.
    NOW THE THING IS IF MY PHONE IS NOT RECIEVED FROM 9TH DAY IT CAN BE RECIEVED IN 15 MINUTES BECAUSE I SAID I'LL TALK TO YOUR MANAGER TRHIS MEANS THE PHONE WHICH I SEEN ON THE DAY WHEN I REACHED TO THE NOKIA CARE (NRI COMMUNICATION) IS SAME AS I SEEN SO THIS MEANS THE WORKER OF NOKIA CARE USES MY PHONE FOR A WEEK and all the inconvinience which i feels without my phone is nothing for them i had a video regarding this a person in same nokia care had record a video from my mobile this shows the improper job done by them
    FAULT ON MY PHONE IS : earphone of on side canot work whgen i inserted the earphone only the jack is faulty and phone also hangs and restarts some times . This shows the video taken by worker of nokia care from my mobile is not under the rrepaing process because my phone camera is already ok

    SO PLEASE TAKE THE VERIFICATION AGAINST THAT IF YOU NOT DO SO I CAN REGISTER A COMPLAINT AGAINT NOKIA AND NOKIA CARE .
    I have got a Nokia 3500 classic in last June(2008). But for thrice the head set pin didnot work in this period. They have taken my phone twce for 22 days in the Nokia care Bhubaneswar saying they didnot have the facility to change. They are either not changing the phone hardware completely neither they are making it perfectly all right as every month it gets stuck with the same problem. This is the last time I am waiting for an excuse, for the next time I am going take some legal action by consumer court. It gives
    more frustration as the company reputation as the biggest in the world have this kind of services. Again there should be a toll free number to give such kind of complains. And please change your staffs in Nokia care Bhubaneswar as they are too rude at times.
    P.S. I am going to lodge another complain against the Nokia are with the Technical data. I hope a real good action should be taken against the Nokia Care Bhubaneswar and the customer should be benefitted.

    Sir/Madam,

    This is to bring in your kind notice that I had purchased Nokia 3600s from Hotspot, The Great India Place Mall, Noida on 2nd, Aug, 2008 vide IMEI No.[protected].Since then I have been facing tremendous stress. In this 5 months period from the date of purchase this mobile has gone 3 times for servicing in Nokia Care as some times during the conversation the call used to get disconnect (It was not due to the Network connection and the Nokia Care had corrected that fault), sometimes the camera was showing black spot on all the images, sometimes even after connecting ear phones the mobile used to show that no sign of it. It has been replaced by Nokia Care, Lajpat Nagar on 18th, Dec, 2008 with a new one but on the very next moment I found that the pictures captured by camera was very fade, unclear and the corners were showing pink patches. Again I had given the set to Nokia Care, Lajpat Nagar on 3rd, Jan, 2009 and after keeping my mobile till 18th, Jan, 2009 the Lajpat Nagar staff told that Camera problem in this Nokia 3600s is DEFAULT in nature so nothing can be done about this. However, in my earlier mobile set no such pinkish and faded snaps were detected. Again I gave my set to Lajpat Nagar, Nokia Care on 20th, Jan, 2009 vide job sheet no 2767.as I was totally unable to use my cell due to so many problems but till now, 3rd, Feb, 2009 I am unable to know the status of my mobile even after repeated calling to Mr. Sachin (In charge, Nokia Care) and the landline no.[protected] from where no body could tell me the whereabouts of my mobile.
    Kindly do the needful action at the earliest to exchange my mobile set with any other Nokia Mobile, as this is purely Nokia’s fault not mine, I had taken all the precautions in handling this set. I cannot take more pain in handling this mobile set.This is total harassment that I am unable to avail facilities provided by mobile.I am looking forward to have a positive reply in this matter otherwise i will be forced to go to consumer forum.

    Nokia N73 and Idea connection — Call charged for the calls not made by me

    I have faced the problem on 23rd Apr.09 in between 11.00PM to 5.40AM. I am having Nokia N73 and service provider is Idea. I reside at Indore, MP., India. Nos. automatically dialled and charged are same as are in above mentioned complaints of others. Contacted service provider Idea but they refuse to lodge complaint and they told the same is not possible. It seems some racket is going on and we all are paying heavily due to it. No one is bothered about this problem neither Nokia nor Idea.     Sub : Poor performance of Nokia Mobile set 3110C purchased on 25.09.2008

    Dear Sir,
    I would like to bring your kind attention that I had a very high expectation on your product as well as after sales service. While using the set and interacted with your service center I am now questioning my decision !

    As far as the above mobile set is concerned, I had no difficulty o[censored]sing first FOUR months. Unfortunately, this set had developed problem of speaker failure. As a result I had to approach your authorized service center ( Tirupati Telecare, 87/B/15/1, G.T ROAD ( W ), Serampore, Hooghly, Chinsurah, West Bengal on 3rd February, 2009. I collected my set after 10 days ( approx ). Next problem occurred again in the month of May, 2009. Accordingly I again had visited your service center at Serampore on 28th May, 2009. This time I had gone with display problem. To my surprise, I was told on 2nd June, 2009 that display glass is a duplicate one. I am surprised how this can be defined in this manner after 4 days from the day of receiving the set by your authorized service center. I as a user of Nokia Mobile am not able to understand why I need to take trouble putting duplicate glass and visit your service center which is 25 km from my residence. I may conclude that if anything has gone wrong it has taken place either during manufacturing time or from your service center. To my surprise they had asked me to pay Rs. 1300.00 and get the display glass replaced.

    I thought that I must inform you before taking any further action on this as their reaction on user / customer in this manner is not at all acceptable.

    Dear Sir,
    I would like to bring your kind attention that I had a very high expectation on your product as well as after sales service. While using the set and interacted with your service center I am now questioning my decision !

    As far as the above mobile set is concerned, I had no difficulty o[censored]sing first FOUR months. Unfortunately, this set had developed problem of speaker failure. As a result I had to approach your authorized service center ( Tirupati Telecare, 87/B/15/1, G.T ROAD ( W ), Serampore, Hooghly, Chinsurah, West Bengal on 3rd February, 2009. I collected my set after 10 days ( approx ). Next problem occurred again in the month of May, 2009. Accordingly I again had visited your service center at Serampore on 28th May, 2009. This time I had gone with display problem. To my surprise, I was told on 2nd June, 2009 that display glass is a duplicate one. I am surprised how this can be defined in this manner after 4 days from the day of receiving the set by your authorized service center. I as a user of Nokia Mobile am not able to understand why I need to take trouble putting duplicate glass and visit your service center which is 25 km from my residence. I may conclude that if anything has gone wrong it has taken place either during manufacturing time or from your service center. To my surprise they had asked me to pay Rs. 1300.00 and get the display glass replaced.

    I thought that I must inform you before taking any further action on this as their reaction on user / customer in this manner is not at all acceptable.

    I am giving you the following details : -

    sir it is very shameful for company like nokia that it is not behaving good with customer. the customer using NOKIA always want to show loyalty bt nokia care tend him to make dialoyal.
    2morrow i went to nokia care with my set 3230 as it is not started then they told me that ur battery is duplicate so change it. i m ready to change it & i also told 10 times that plz check my handset is there any problem or not bt they denied to check.in the same night after coming frm care again problem arises then i went there next day now they said that u ve to leave handsets & bla bla. they ve time & staff bt all the staff were ignoring me . i request to them that plz consider this bt they bhave very rudely.

    Please be aware that brand like LG, SONY...and others are giving much better customer service, a faster responsible service respone I must say. Please check the faults in your company's manufactured handsets they are just result of irresponsible customer dealing and service.Customers are also becoming prone to STRESS because of the POOREST customer service at NOKIA CARE. Customers won't tolerate this for long...its(customers temper) like kerosene oil... its cool but once it will catch fire it will burn off the brand NOKIA from INDIA atleast..so awaken and act now or get FIRED later..choice is yours NIPL !!

When i called them on 17/07/2009 they said the net work problem are pending and we will surely return your cell on 20/07/2009 but when i called them on the next given date they repeated the same thing and gave me next date as 24/07/2009. today when i again called to the nokia care, they replied me that we dont know how long will take now. I am getting harrased of this thing. I never thought a great company like Nokia can do this thing with their customers.I wish you will take some actions against my request. Also ensure that such problems do not creep up in future and that our faith in Nokia remains undaunted.

    I BOUGHT NOKIA 5300 IN 02/07/07.I had given my mobile three times in NOKIA CARE regarding the samilar prolem always and they kept my mobile almost 3 month ( in these 3 servcing period) in NOKIA CARE and result is zero satisfaction and improper working of my mobile.
    As it was not my fault at all .Either the product was faulty model or NOKIA CARE is responsible for all.     sir,
    my name is ankit bairagi i bought a nokia n73 music addition on 10-feb-2009. its IMEI no is [protected]. the problem started in september month the key pad was not working properly so i went to nokia care sapna sangeeta road indore m.p. they took my mobile and assured me to give me back on next day when i went there next day they told me that there is a major problem in my mobile and i'll get it back it after 15 days .but even after they dont gave me my mobile back. finaly i got my mobile back on 28-oct-2009. at that time i was not having battry so i dont checked it whether it is on or off .when i reached home and tried start it it was dead .
    on 30-oct-2009 i went to same nokia care sapna sangeeta road indore m.p. they told me that this nokia care centre is closing .i have to go to another nokia care . so i went to nokia care 109 mg road indore m.p. they took my dead mobile and told me to collect it after 4 days.i took the phone today 3-nov-2009. when i checked the mobile its two thing the ZOOM KEY AND JOYSTICK were not working at all. i asked about it then they told we will not prepair it free.i told them that my phone is in warrnty even after that they dont here any word and their behaviour was very bad. when i opereted my mobile further i got to know that some one was using my mobile phone(i got messages in inbox) mean while 15 sep 2009 to 28 oct 2009. the period when my mobile is on servicing. by further enquiry i got to know that the guy using my phone was a nokia care employee his name is anil goel working at nokia care sapna sangeeta road indore m.p. india.
    so my compalints are as follows-
    1. nokia care employee anil goel used my mobile for more than a month.
    2. behavour of manager at sapna sangeeta nokia care centre is very bad.(his name is virendra)
    3.my mobile still is not working properly.
    4.although my phone is in warrnty period nokia people asked me for money.
    5.they forced me to sign on job sheet (else they were not ready to give me my phone.
    SUGGESTION- Change the name nokia care to NOKIA DONT CARE.
    i will never buy any nokia mobile in future and even dont allow to any one to buy any nokia mobile.
    nokia is breaking faith of customers.
    i had registered a complaint for NOKIA N73 regarding bad service of service center, but till today i had not recieved any reply, while i was supposing that i will get help from consumer forum.

    Frustrated with the Nokia Product

    I am facing the n/w issue and battery discharge problem
    Even though the mobile is on and have full coverage, and some body calls up, they r getting reply not reachable.
    Also daily I have to recharge cell twice.
    I have same issue with 6088 model, which I purchased in last Oct. 08. Repaired once. But in vain.
    Then I sold it since it has above issue and I went for 2505.
    But disappointed with 2505, too.
    Again given 2505 for repair having job number, 27/58 in pune.
    I got response that they r sending it to Delhi and will get repaired within 3 weeks.
    Just Imagine, Can any body stay without cell in these days.
    Hope u understand my frustration and give me new hand set as both the times I fell on face.
    And the Nokia image has set negative in mind...
    Initially I was using LG hand set without any issue for 5 yrs.
    Hope so u can understand my situation...

    Employees at Nokia Care center has very poor product knowledge. Thats why Nokia is loosing its customers day by day. No Feed Back Form was available at Nokia Care Model Town Extension Branch. I am not satisfied by the work done by them. Next time i am not going to buy any Nokia mobile phone.

    Hello this is megha hari I'm hereby writing this letter to make you aware that how your non-technical (i.e. engineer) staff (especially deepak at delivery counter) at Nokia Care, ace communication, kapil vihar, india are behving to customer.

    In month of October'09 I had given my Nokia e 71 IMEI[protected] purchased at 21/08/09 at Nokia care, ace communication, kapil vihar as it was not working properly. They had told me that they have to keep it for half an hour and then they'll check.after half an hour i collected, it worked properly for 2 hours and then that it showed the same problem. i visited them at-least 8-10 times for the same problem but the result was same.

    i want a reply back as soon as possible.

    now i want either my set to be repaired properly in one go else issue me a new set.
    i also want some strict action to be against deepak at delivery counter(employee of ace communication, kapil vihar)

    this is my final warning after this i'll reserve my rights in consumer court.

    My Nokia Express music handset of model 5310 has been facing serious problems since the very next week that I purchased it.The speaker and FM along with the instrument has not been functioning properly.I had given it for servicing a number of times but the problems still exist. I am the Director of a research institute in New Delhi and so for me connectivity is essential. If you don't cater to my problems i thereby would be forced to register a compaint in the consumer court. I will then make sure that Nokia gets sued.

    I want to bring this in notice that my nokia phone 3110 is not working properly as when i was about receive call it gets switched off and i went to nokia care center and i gave them my phone, they told me that it will be repaired within 24 days i went there after one day and found that phone was not repaired again they told me that we will call you when it will be repaired after two days i went there they again told me we require more time and we will call you when it will be repaired but it's been a long time they did not call me and when i call them or mail them the contacts provided by them, i do not get any response. I don't know whether my phone is repaired or not.

    Worthless nokia care centres .Nokia is not bothered about their customers.All the instruments they sell are faulty. i had bought a Nokia cell phone x3 and within 7 days it was out of order .the voice was not heard at the receiving end .I gave it to nokia care centre at v care 408 bharathiyar road, new siddhapudur, coimbatore. on 30.07.2010 (bought on 21.07.2010). The very next day they informed me that Rs 349/- was to be paid to get it repaired and I agreed reluctantly.But after a few days they informed that the set cannot be repaired probably they would have put in down while repairing . I refused to take it back saying they should either return me in the condition I had given or replace with a new one as I could use it only for hardly 7 days .

    I have no issues againsy nokia but a would like to sugest u to introduce a facility of blocking people in the mobile as there are many harrasement cases i have seen. Companies like samsung also has facilities like this so i as a nokia fan was expecting this step to come from your side. I believe that your company has some ethics.

    Am vivek and am having nokia 5800XM.. i gave it for service in nokia care alwarpet.. the problem was phone is getting overheated without using and batterty disahcrges soon.. Am not able to bare the torture they give me.. around seven times i visited there for the same problem and totally nine batteries they replaced me.. but the phones condition is still bad.. they don care for their customers being lathargic..

    I want nokia to reply me with proper solution for my problem.. what a company is nokia.. all are cheats booldy money suckers !!!

    Nokia Care — Staff being rude to the customer

    Nokia Care is the worst place to be as a customer having trouble with his Nokia Phone . I wish the superior of the company suspends the staff of Nokia Care as they are rude with customers and feel that they can do anything any god damn time . But this is high time as a customer of Nokia from a long time ask the superior's to look into the matter and fire some of the staff from Nokia care . I would first bring the name Mr Shridhar who is the CCO at the Nokia Care at Mysore to be fired as he has no knowledge of speaking with a customer and He will be the person who will spoil the reputation of the company. People do not even speak in English . They think they can do anything but I hope Nokia being the biggest MNC's in the world to take up this matter quickly and fire Mr Shridhar CCO Nokia Care as quickly as possible.
    My nokia c2-00 does not get any network coverage and when a call is on the other person cannot hear this ... An immediete action should be taken against this ...

    I wanted bring to your attention thee delay nokia customer care centres take in delivering mobile phones after repair.I had given my nokia 6030 at NOKIA CARE, L M SERVICES, KOCHUPARANGOTTU BUILDING, T.B ROAD, KOTTAYAM for repair on 16 the April 2012 as it had some problem withe display. Though thee target delivery date was same day they told me it will take 5 days to change thee display ad asked me to come 5 days later.i agreed but after 5 days they told me it will take one more week as their spare part hadn't arrived. after one week again they told me thee same.In the end fed up of thee service i had to get my mobile back from them without repaired on 2nd of may and they even refused to give me thee customers copy of thee bill.I am completely dissatisfied withe thee service and i am sure i wont be thee one alone agreeing to that.

    Then I could not say any answer to him, then i collect my phone(still not working)

    So i am completely dissatisfied with that service, Please take an action on Bharath Technologies and solve my problem as early as possible, Other wise my next option is to register complaint in 'CONSUMER FORUM'.

    We are expecting that giving some service from you that's it. you need not to hear our stories and also we need not to say any stories but please solve our (customer) problem, Don't create new problems.

    I would seek your kind support as I have 5 months old Nokia Lumia 720 (under Warranty). I am facing some issues with the capacitive button son the front panel of the phone.
    When I took my phone to Nokia Care (Sec 12 Gurgaon), they denied to give me warranty not even properly checked me handset and said I would gone through physical damage.
    My phone is in absolutely new condition and has not gone through any damage at all. The Nokia care representatives behaved rudely and clearly denied to hear my concern a tall.

    This kind of behavior and cheap attitude is not expected from Nokia at all and I request you kindly check my phone and help to resolve the issue and its under warranty.

        I bought Nokia 3500C on 9th January 2008 from a dealer known as The Mobile Store (Essar Telecom Retail Ltd). The display of the Cell phone spoilt within a week and the dealer refused to replace the phone. I want to replace the cell and get the sum of money back. the price of the set was Rs. 5889.01 inclusive of taxes.

        Nokia/3500C — Defective Product

        I have taken a Nokia 3500C Mobile & the set start giving Complain after few days.

        First the Screen Light was not working & it was Corrected after keeping the mobile with Nokia care for around 2 months.

        Now again it is giving Other Problem. I can't hear or the person on the other side can't hear for 8-10 Seconds whhile I am in a call for several times.

        It is ridicules that the Mobile lies in Nokia Care for 3 month within 1 yaer of Warranty period.

        When I contacted the Nokia Care they first said that it was the problem with the Service Provider.They were not ready to accept that the set itself is having a Problem.

          I have given my Under Warranty handset Nokia 3155 for repair on March 12, 2008 to
          M/s Star Mobitel Pvt. Ltd.
          G-26, LGF,
          NDSE I,
          New Delhi 110049

          I went to “Star Mobitel” on March 26, 2008 to take the handset but I saw that the handset is in broken from the flap and also the problem is still not rectified. Without accepting the handset, I explained the problems to Mr. Inderjeet and he also accepted that the handset problem is still not rectified and he asked me to come after 10 days to take the repaired and replaced flap handset.

          Today (April 07, 2008) I went to "Star Mobitel" and there I have seen the notices hat the service centre has stopped working and accepting requests. There are now other service centers who will be taking customer’s request.

          My handset "Nokia 3155" is still in "Broken Condition" and also not repaired (Thanks to Star Mobitel and Nokia people). Since they have decided to shut down the repair service, they haven’t sent my handset again for repair and now they want me to accept this handset "As In" basis which I refused to accept. I asked them for a solution but they replied me that if I need a solution then I need to route through court!!!


          I want my handset to be repaired or replace (both problem & the flap)

          With refernce to mobile complaint, I am very much worried as Reliance Web World, 1/203 Vivek Khand Gomti Nagar, Lucknow gave very much trouble and they cheated with me and sold me old mobile on 25/06/07 six months used as per service Centre.
          Now Nokia service centre is not considering this as under warranty period, I have already went there many times from Feb and always they sent back me to Reliance Web World who sold me this old set.
          I am working guy and not understanding that what should I do as I can't go any where so many times in my working time.

            i have Nokia 5310, have been facing problemwith alarm clock, on automation it does not snooze ie ihave saved alarm on all days with snoozing time 15min the cell only gives one ring but does not snooze, it only displays the bell but once i pick it up the snooze circle gets displayed on the digital nos and it starts snoozing.ihave given it to service centre 3 times but they are not able to help me.can this be solved or i have to accepted this defective piece from Nokia!

              With above subject I am informing you that I own a Nokia Mobile Phone of instrument no 1208.which is in warranty period till the date. Before few days there was something hardware problem created in my cell so I went to nokia care at Ambawadi, Ahmedabad. service center to repair my cell. there I was informed that there are some hardware problem in my cell and I have to sent my cell to your company for replacement. than I got my new instrument after 25 days. but there is still some Keypad problem in my cell.I again went to nokia center to solve this problem that if you have replaced my new cell than why problem is created? The manager of nokia care Mr.Nirav Shah informed me again that I have to send my cell to your company.eventhough I have no problem to sending my cell to your company but company is not providing me new cell whenever I got my cell back. After this my conversation with nokia center I am not satisfied with company’s service and not getting proper solution I think which is not good for company’s reputation in the market.

                I bought a new 5610 Nokia Express Music HandSet (IMEI: [protected]) from Prit 'n Mit Communication, a NOKIA dealer in Kalyani Nagar PUNE. After a week o[censored]sage, it gave me first trouble when the camera module of this cellphone loses it's quality. I went to Akshay Telecom, Shivajinagar for repair. They took my handset and returned it after 15 days. Again after 2 days o[censored]sage, the display went off. I again went to Akshay Telecom, and they took my handset and returned it to me after 8 days. Within a month of purchase, my handset got repaired twice. But this is not the end. I recently discovered that the repair guys have left their fingerprint under the display panel and it's completely visible from outside. I was thinking to bring it back, then all of a sudden the Dedicated Music Slider Key broke. I went to Akshay Telecom and talked to nokia itself regarding this problem but didn't get any satisfactory answer. Since yesterday, the phone is getting off continuosly. I am really fed up with this handset and my experience with this handset. Once I asked about a replacement, and the nokia guys told me that it could be replaced only in extreme conditions. I am asking what could be more extreme than this condition? Four problems occurred in a row within two months of purchase. What more they want? A completely broken piece of it?

                Any suggestions what to do. I really have lost my faith in Nokia and its goodwill in the market. I want a complete replacement of this handset.
                i was going to try on a secruity code for my mobile then when i was writting the secuirity codethey told me CODE ERROR i was trying it over and over again till they told me to enter PUK code and i entered it then they told me to enter NEW PIN code so i did the next step was Verify PIN code i wrote the same code then my SIM card got rejected

                i am also having the issue of the phone shutting off suddenly, esp when i receive calls!!
                it has been very appaling to hear the service provided for u. I never had the time to take it to the service station.
                what is the reaosn for this shtting down? is it some software error or a hardware problem?? Cn we take it up with nokia together??

                Dear Sir,

                As i purchased my Nokia 5610 set 6 months ago and past week slide buttons are not operating properly, and i have a warranty card up to mid of next year but customer care excutive clearly declined to consider this complaint under warranty and asking for 1850/- as repairing cost.

                I walked in to the Nokia care centre, IT Park HUBLI, KARNATAKA and interacted with Miss. Shilpa CSE, There is a way to communicate being an executive in pleasing way. She is a person not listening properly and juddging by herself in her own ways. I have received pathetic response and i am helpless. Please assure your good service.

                I have expressed my grief! Please help me out!

                Nokia 5610 Music Express — Worst Product & Service

                I got a Nokia 5610 Music Express on Aug 2 2008 and it gave me problems by Aug End. From Sep 1st week till today, the mobile phone has been serviced 3 times. The result, the Problem still exists. Out of the 3 months, the phone was with Nokia care for 2 months.

                The team cant just fix the problem but cant even recognize the problem. They do not give the contact number of their heads nor take any issue seriously.

                My 12000/- Rs is a full waste.!!! I will never get Nokia again..

                I am Aman an IT engineer nd Now doing MBA frm Symbiosis .I bought Nokia-Express -5610 3 months back. i know the fact tht that there is some Manufacturing Problem in THIS set ...becaue i kow 3 persons who bought this set and found problem in the working of set .and suggested me not to buy this set.but i bought this set...nd my bad days started .i spend 13, 0000 Rs fr this SET..and wht i get a defective piece of Nokia Mobile set.the image which is in my mind for nokia ia now completely vanish ..after few days set turn auto restart ...4-5 days in a day.. thought it is small problem ..than after 1 month 1 day screen gone...colors gone..i took ths to service center they said we dont hav screen come later on...but my luck is very bad 2 days befor my set fel down nd sm part of screen broken down...nw service center people said ..nw we dont have ny warrenty o[censored]r mobile ...wht the [censored].
                never buy nikia set...they are selling Defective sets to customers ...wheather they r known to ths fact or not ...one side they r saying our processes r 6-sigma ...wht ind of 6-sigma processes u r talking Nokia ...making fool to ur cusomer ...ur 50 % sets of Nokia -express -musi are defective...check them and test them properly...either u will loss ur brand loyality slowly slowly...
                My advice, get away from Nokia as afar as you can inform all your friends and family about the problem if you have complain column in your local newspaper share the problem let everyone know and make sure you keep the original reciept and warranty for anyone who might want to confirm from you.
                Am going to my supplier this evening and you will get feedback of the story they will come up with

                  i have buyed the nokia 5310 in dec 2007 from ranchi.now the mobile automatic switched off just after switching on the mobile.thats why i am suffering with lot of problem due to this mobile.now just tell me wht i have to do next and where it will repair.the mobile is under waranty period but somehow i have lost the reciept of the mobile..so give the suggestion & the address of hte service center where it will repair.

                  I did purchase a Nokia 5210 and I had the same problem of mobile getting switched on and off on its own. But I suspect it was because of some liquid getting into the switch off button. But after long usage the problem got fixed on its own.

But within months of repair the problem has re occured. Now iam planning to throw away this phone a buy the cheapest phone awailable instead of spending money getting it repaired again..:(
                  I loved the slim design and its color and all. But its lika a beautiful girl you are in love with whos high maintenance and who [censored]s up your life. But you dont want to do away with her coz u are so in love with the way she looks and feels.

                    Dear Sir,

                    I submitted my mobile phone model Nokia N 72 for service in warranty to Nokia Care point, Panjagutta, Hyderabad, Job sheet No- 72293.


                    due to the problem that Messages are not getting saved in the mobile which have purchased i.e is N72 model. I have given for the service at the Nokia Priority service centre on date 12/02/2008 and center has given the delivery date on 18/02/2008.

                    here are the details regarding the Invoice of the mobile which i have purhased from mobile center named Sangeetha, Ammerpet, hyderabad-500016, having TIN No: [protected], CST No: 90252240, dt:10-04-74, Purchase date: 30/12/2007 and
                    Invoice No: SI/GRN/10160.

                    till now there is no status updates regarding the repair, just they are postponing the delivery date by giving reason that tiill now they didnt recieved from the service center.
                    Since then i am following up on them every 3 alternate days but what answer i get is that your handset has gone for the backend service repair and till now it has not returned back. even still the same word is continuing from them.

                    I am really frustrated to hear these answer since 3 months from a company which claims to be number one in Mobile phones. but sorry to say that the service which you provide to the customers is really pathetic.

                    do understand the problem iam facing with out having mobile these days. iam an hardware / software service guy unable to be in contact with my customers which made me to lose my Business and the relation which i had with my network.

                    atlast i would to say these words that iam not going to accept the same mobile which would get repaired possibly. and i would like to demand a New Mobile with which i can satisy my self overcomming my problems which i have faced these days in any circumstances.

                    Hope atlease now an immediate response comes from your side, if not im planning is to approach Consumer Court.

                      Dear Sir/ Maddam,
                      Previously I made several complain regarding the service of Nokia care locakated at Kolkata.

                      I came there for my mobile repairing & which was in under warranty. My set was running smoothly but the key pad LED not worked. For this reason I handed over the mobile to Nokia care service centre & they told me that no warranty on the set also my set totally dead.
                      Then I told them pls gave me the mobile with previous condition. But they failed. I made some argue with them but no result came.

                      Can you (Nokia) refund the mobile costing ( Purchased value Rs. 15, 000.00). Possible pls take steep & I give you the all required document.

                        I purchased Nokia N73 handset in Nov. 2007. I bought this handset because of it's 3G feature. To my shock after a few days of purchase i came to know that this is Nokia N73-5 RM 132 handset and it is not a 3G handset. The fact is Nokia has 2 variants of Normal N73 handset.
                        1. N73-1 which is RM 133 handset and it is 3G handset.
                        2. N73-5 which is RM 132 handset and is a non 3G handset.

                        Nokia has nowhere mentioned on their website about non 3G version of N73. There are only two versions of N73

                        1. N73 Normal and 2. N73 Music Edition. And according to Nokia both are 3G handset.

                        My question is why is Nokia fooling us customers like this ? They are selling a non 3G Rm 132 handset at the same price of RM 133 3G handset. This is unfair practice. I sent many mails requesting replacement with RM 133 handset but all replies from Nokia stated that they are not in a position for replacement.

                        Will nokia change my handset with a 3G handset ? My handset is still under warranty.

                        how can i find/update our device for 3G and when.
                        I bought my Nokia N73 in China at full price just after the first version was released. I know it is a genuine Nokia as I have tested it toward the nokia website, but it is a RM-132 with no 3G support, even though it says so on the box and in the manual that it is a 3G phone. I used it for 6 months in China before moving back home to Norway and they have no 3G in China so I thought at the time I didn't get 3G cuz they don't have it, but when I got home I relalized it still didn't have 3G support.
                        I have tried to upgrade the firmware on it too, but with my curent Norwegian provider SIM card inserted, NSU keeps saying no udated firmware is available yet I have v3 and I know for a fact v4 is out...

                        i always use gprs on my n73 and installed lots of software in mmc but my phone memory is full i dont know how ?
                        i format mmc and remove all software but still phone memory full then i decide to show it to nokia care
                        i told them all problem and they said me ok will satisfy u and u come in evening to receive it

                        You can check your Handset is 3G or not easily. Go to any mobile network site and go to 3G tab and you can check whether your mobile supports handset or not.

                          I am shocked to bring to your knowledge that i have recently purchased the above-noted set which is infeced with certain technical problems. Some times the Memory Card not accapted by hendsets and handset automatically switched off then after trial and error 3 to 4 times switched it on, i have already complained it in Nokia Care -Jamnagar Gujarat Branch. they says it is software problem and they formated cell and reinstalled it, it works 1 to 1 1/2 monts again this problem will start, then he says this problem is in all 3110 nokia series, so plz gives somes guideance abt them and what i can do.
                          * I have already complained 3 times in nokia care.
                          * so plz give me a permenant solution abt it other wise replaced it.

                          Nokia Mobile Model No 3110c — Phone not working with memory card

                          I have purchased a new Noia mobile phone from a reputed shop with the origonal bill for the same in last nov-07

                          From last week my phone is not working smoothly with memory card. it switches on and off for 2-3 times automaticaly after putting on with memory card but work very fine without memory card.

                          I also lauched a complaint in nokia care but still no reply

                          Memory card details is Kingston Micro SD 1GB card

                          Also phone book memeory not arranging in alphabetical order S letters comes after Letter A and also it shows selected memory empty and automatically come out of name search.

                          Also phone switches offf when trying to play music files

                          Nokia-3110C Mobile Phone — Not supporting of Memory Card in Nokia-3110C

                          Two maonths back I have purchased new Nokia-3110 Mobile, which is repeatedly gets reset after loading of 1GB Memory card. Inspite of Company's specification of supporting of 1GB Memory the same problem is accuring. Two times I have contacted Noikia Care, Gandhinagar and even after loading new software by them the said problem is accuring.

                          3110c mobiles having more softwarek problems like operating system failed and when net conneted with this mobile operating system is failed. and also bluetooth is used than phone memory gone include company ringtones.this problem persist for me 5 times.

                          My mobile infeced with certain technical problems. Some times the Memory Card not accepted by handsets and handset automatically switched off then after trial and error 3 to 4 times switched it on, i have already complained it in Nokia Care -Suryapet, Andrapradesh. they says it is software problem and they formated cell and reinstalled it, it works 1 to 1 1/2 monts again this problem will start, then he says this problem is in all 3110 nokia series, so plz gives somes guideance abt them and what i can do.

                          Nokia — technical problem in 3110 model

                          Dear Sir/Madam

                          I would like to inform you that I purchased two mobiles of NOKIA make on 28th January 2009 for an amount of Rs.7808 from M/s The Mobile stores (Essar Telecom Retail Ltd). On 12th October 2009 I faced a peculiar problem in one of my mobile i.e 3110 model that the mobile itself was not in a position to switch on.

                          I went to the nearst customare service centre ( JOY CELL,337/10 PAPER MILLS ROAD, PERAMBUR, CHENNAI -60001, CELL NO.[protected]) and explained about the complaint. When they checked they told that my mobile was dead and there is some liquid inside the mobile. I was taken by surprise because I am the only user who used the mobile from the day one of purchase. I explained them that it is highly impossible that it get affected by liquid.

                          But they were not in a position to listen to my explanation and instead they told that if I am interested in giving for service they can take it on the ground that it may or may not get repaired.

                          After one week they returned the same and told that the board was damaged and it cannot be repaired.

                          I asked them to consider for replacement of board since it was within the warranty period. They refused to accept my request and not even given the proper respect which a customer deserves.

                          Kindly look into the matter and give a favourable soultion.

                          Nokia3110c — its switching off if i use fasttly

                          its very poor operation with this phone.it is going to switched off many times if change sim card or remove battery and replace it.it is blinking for some time if i player,then again its going to be switched off.i get irritation on this model,it is very slow.i think the problem is because of its less internal phone memory.
                          When I tried to open GPRS, but always it shows service provider setting first. I talk with Customer service of BSNL serivce. they tried but not successful to clear this problem.

                            I had purchased a NOKIA MOBILE 1600 series before three years from a an authorised dealer of NOKIA and still it is running quite satisfactorily.                                 Respected sir,
                                I give the Nokia 6233 purchased by me on[protected] at Kalyan City Talk store address 8, Sai Kunj, Opp. Gurudev Hotel, New Station Road, Shivaji Path, Klayan-(W) Tell No. 0251/2311055 my mobile batterynumber[protected]po[protected] IMEI:352915/02/112441/0. I told Nokia care, they advise me there is no issue. my mobile under warrenty period Music Edition Cell Phone and 3 month later Cell problem, he is do not start . so I request please replacement the mobail i asked them for replacement as my phone is a brand new phone with a proper bill but Nokia Care centre flatly refused.

                                  I have purchased NOKIA 5610 from Nokia priority dealers in Kazhakootam, Trivandrum. But the phone had problems like Restarting and Slider came out of the panel.
                                  I gave the mobile for servicing in NOKIA CARE in trivandrum on 5th april 2008. They promised to return the mobile the very next week i.e . on April 14th 2008. But they havent returned my mobile yet. I cannot understand how Nokia can be irresponsible when it comes to customer service. When ever i enquire them about my mobile the only answer i get from them is spare part is pending and they have send it for servicing to Kochi.

                                  Nokia — Irresponsible Nokia Care

                                  Dear Sir,

                                  I purchased nokia 6500 slide IMEI Number - [protected] on May 2008 from Nokia Priority, Sector 18, Noida.
                                  Soon I realised the there was a problem in memory card detection.Despite this all features in phone were working fine.
                                  I gave my phone to service centre - Nokia Care, A 78, Sector 2, Noida.
                                  The phone got repaired in two days.The problem got solved.But instead new problem got created.
                                  There was a time difference between my message in inbox and real time at which message was sent.
                                  I went to the same service centre again and after hours of wait, I was told that this is a hardware problem and will be corrected in atleast 15 days.
                                  Are consumer will just have to revolve around nokia care to get a all features functional?
                                  It is not possible to submit phone in Nokia care every fortnight for serveral days and survive without a mobile.
                                  I was not even told that how to escalate the problem or what I have to do get my phone replaced?
                                  Please help...

                                    I bought nokia N70 Music Edition Mobile 6 months back. On day suddenly my phone went dead. I gave it in nokia care for checking. They informend me that it will take 3 days to repair it and i would be charged an amount of 336 INR. After 3 days i was told that the mother board in my phone is destroyed and nothing can be done about it.

                                      Hi,

                                      There is vibration problem in my cell, i gave it for repairing on 24.03.2008 at Nokia Care, Sector-2, Noida.
                                      After 2 weeks i get it but at that time it is having signal problem, i again gave it to them, then after 3 weeks i get my cell, i used it for 1 day and again third time give it to them because of signal problem, They said that it will replace with the new set and it wil take a week long time.
                                      But today 06.05.2008 i did not get my cell.Now they are saying it will take one more week.

                                      I want my cell i working condition as soon as possible.
