nokia 1203 mobile handset — 'contact' menu does not comply with BSNL sim.

i purchased a blue nokia 1203 (IMIE No[protected], battery no[protected] P[protected]on25:06:2009 from Unique Enterprise 151/1 Barasat road, Nonachandan pukur, Barrackpore, Kolkata 700122, Ph [protected]). I have BSNL connection. From the very first date the phone hangs whenever I tried to reach 'contact' from menu option.the phone goes well with Airtel or Vodaphone SIM. on contact with the shop it advised me to contact with NOKIA CARE. Nokia CARE could not fix it and returned it to me. again i contacted the shop requesting him to replace it or get it done properly. after a few days the shopkeeper returned the phone saying the problem is fixed. But it was not fixed at all. now i want NOKIA to replace my phone immediately as it already caused me enough harassment.
