Hello Friends,

I am happy that such portals exist for expressing your views on a product/ service.

I had purchased a Nokia phone 2255 a year back. It never gave me any problems till 12 month of the purchase. But in th e12th Month, it developed a serious automatic on off problem, the flap phone was not functionnong.

I decided to take the same to a customer care center in my area, was surprised to know that there was only one in Andheri for CDMA handsets. I was made to wait for 2 hrs. They opened my phone turned a few screws here and there and then said that its a level 2 problem and they cant touch the same,I would have to go to peninsula customer care repair center to repair the same.
when my turn came,was promptly instructed that the phone is out of warenty period and that they would charge me 1000 rs to touch the phone and 3000 to repair the same.
I called the customer care number and informed them of the issue, the lady told me that there is a 20 days extended warenty by default. Even though the same was communicated to the repair guy at the center, he did not address my complaint.

Since, I had purchased my phone from an authoirised Nokia priority dealer, yet was given a shabby treatment. I did feel cheated that for a factory defect., a consumer had to pay for the pain and undergo a agony .

My community has decided not to buy NOKIA products in future. So be carefull of buying them. I am not saying all this to discourage you form buying, but bring to your notice the pathetic service which may be in store for you also.
I have switched to a different brand and found the service nuch better and professional and customer friednly.

I am having nokian70 phone and the phone is good in all respect, but urdu font can not be displayed on the the screen clearly some square appears on the screen when i am trying to read urdu news paper on my phone.

A Serious complaint of Nokia X6 B. BLACK I Buy on July 2010 the IMEI: [protected]

the complaint is the mobile is not working, I went to Nokia care at Vinobapuri New Delhi-110024
and they check the mobile and they demand Rs.4000/- for repair.

I am surprised that under warranty and they demand for Rs.4000/-

I have six Nokia mobile in my family and we trust on Nokia company, but we are very disappointed
from Nokia care and our family decided that never buy Nokia Mobiles in future.

I am thinking to put this matter in Electronic Media the highlights in TV News.

Pls do needful as soon as possible. I will wait for 5 days to your answer than after
that you will be responsible for any action against Nokia.

actually i m highly dis_appointed from ur nokia care service in nokia care indore at103-4-5 mz floor,
yeshwant plaza, 79 tukogang, opp. railway station indore 452001.
ur technical staff is so hopeless so that they didn't hav the ability to detect errors in mobile which are for repair.
I paid Rs 220 there, but didn't get my mobile error free.
the staff on above mentioned nokia care is also very non-cooperative.
plz i request u to look into this mattter and help me, bcoz i had paid money for nothing.
my mobile is same as i give it to ur technical staff to repair it.

Nokia Product — Pathetic and late service

Hello,

My phone’s model is Nokia 6700 classic. I have given my phone to Nokia care which is situated in Tilak Nagar, Delhi.

Its Service is pathetic. They charged me Rs.1300 saying its because of some damage. First of all I got my phone back after like 3 weeks. And I paid for it and then found that the problems are still not solved. In fact I could see more of trouble after having it back. So I again had to give it back to them for servicing, then after rushing to them like 8-10 time, I got my phone back after like 1-1 1/2 months. And then after 20 days o[censored]se it was dead again. And now again its going to be a month that I dint get my phone back.
They always have excuses.

Not only this, last time when I went to find out the status of my phone there. They showed me my phone, which was not my phone. It was replaced with some other phone with a very bad condition, which wasn’t my phone’s condition. After asking, they give cold replies. And then keep on extending dates.

I seriously want you people to look after your CARE’s services, which actually doesn’t care at all.

Please don’t make people realize that they did a mistake buying a Nokia product, which has got a huge reputation. I’ll have to think 100 times before buying a nokia set now just because of the services.
Please look after people’s problem and not getting them into problems.
