Nokia E - 50 — Faulty mobile phone, poor service, fooling customers.

Sub : Battery Draining problems since the purchase of Nokia 6500 Slider.

Dear Sir,

Ref. above subject please note my complaint and facts as mentioned below-

- I purchased Nokia 6500 Slider, vide bill no. 2005 dated[protected] from Quick Teleshop, Bhavnagar.
- I observed that my battery drained out same day, upon which I again re-charged it, but observed the same problem.
- On 02-02-08, I visited your nominated authorized service centre M/s Krony Systems, Bhavnagar, after examining my handset, they told us that the battery is faulty and that they will give the replacement. I gave my battery Model / Type no. BP-5M, No. [protected]I10124948:0670509, vide their job sheet no.[protected] / 080202/ 12 dtd.[protected].
- Finally I received my battery after 30 days i.e. on[protected], duly replaced vide Battery No.[protected] :0670509.
- Same day I charged it and again to my surprise observed the same problem getting drained out within few hours.

The above observation, and facts shows my mobile phone itself has such fault due to which
my battery drains out immediately. Further, your so called nominated authorized service center failed to locate exact fault, and due to their wrong conclusion unnecessarily they replaced the battery thus delaying the matter. This conduct of yours have put us into lots of trouble and due to which I am deprived using my mobile from the very first day of my purchase. My handset ‘all call duration’ shows 6Hrs, 19Min, 23sec.

As a customer I am not at all satisfied by this product and very much astounded by such service center where due to wrong conclusion I had to suffer. I request you to end this matter by accepting this faulty mobile instrument and give us full refund amount immediately upon the receipt of this letter, failing which I will be constrained to take legal action for the loss incurred due to this faulty handset. TILL THE DATE [19-03-08] NOKIA AUTHORISED CUSTOMER CARE CENTER HAVE NOT BOTHERED TO CONTACT US IN THIS MATTER !!!

Sub: complaint against Nokia 2760 IMEI: [protected].
I have purchased a nokia 2760 IMEI: [protected] from The Mobile Store vide invoice number TN /01126/00001/7947. Within a week’s time I was able to use the phone both incoming and outgoing calls only by using speaker phone. Then I went to the “the mobile store” immediately on 22/3/08and said the problem orally as we were going for out station. Then on 27/3/08 they have replaced the speaker. Again immediately after coming home the same fault reoccurred. Again I went to “The Mobile Store” on 31/3/08 and replaced the same again on 1/4/08. Again when the instrument was checked, in the showroom itself the fault reoccurred. When we asked for the replacement of the instrument the showroom staff was very rough and rigid. As I have already purchased 3 instruments for my family and this is the 4th instrument, all were nokia. We request the “the mobile store” and the nokia to replace the mobile immediately or else we will be forced to go to the consumer forum or to the press to say about the “the mobile store’s” staff behavior and the poor service rendered.

Nokia — faulty phone/poor service center facilities

i gave my phone(nokia e-65) to service center on 7/7/08 and till now (18/7/08)i have not received it i am in touch with the center people and they are telling me it is under repair.i dont understand like nokia dosent have efficient engineers to repair a mobile.its been 11 days now im being harassed by them and in todays world how important mobile is
