Nokia E-5 (White) — Regarding Nokia Complaint

I had purchased a nokia mobile Product no.E-5 (WHITE) IMIE No. [protected] from Rajdhani Telecom,Budh bazar,opp.Andhra bank,Moradabad(244001)on Dated 12.01.2011.The Said mobile operating system defective.& i have given to Manav communications (Hall no.4,A-3,DDA market,Paschim Vihar,New Delhi 110063 for repair under job sheet number 2978 Dated 26.02.2011.still this date I getting no response from this repair shop. My Instrument is still there.Plz take the necessary action
