[Resolved]  Nokia E52 — Faulty set

Dear sir/Madam,
I have purchased a Nokia E52 handset , since purchase till today i am facing alot of problem in this set. It hangs, automatically turns off while talking although battery is full. i have complaint so many times in Nokia care Tilak nagar, all time they return back saying that its working perfectly. Last time i receive a call from nokia care by Mr.baljeet singh to give me satisfactory services, when i visit there besides of giving me service he offered me to sell in rs. 4000/ to their service centre. I have been harrassed by Nokia by visiting their service centre. Now i want to change my set with same value of another model of nokia.

As i have already quoted that i am in frequent touring job i have no such spare time to visit service centre.Right now i have purchased a stand by set from samsung, beleive me its doing well. I am regular user of nokia since 1998. I have purchase many sets for my employees. i just want to ask one thing that is there any manufacturing defect in this proper model.cz ihave never suffered such like that while using nokia before.]

nokia e52 — Faulty device

I am using Nokia E52, still in warrenty. Causing lot of hardware and software problems. Half of the time it was with nokia care. They are reluctant to replace. They don't have any proper communication of which we can keep record. So all of you stay away from nokia.
