[Resolved]  Nokia / E90 Communicator — nokia service failure

Dear sir,
I own a nokia e90 communicator bearing IMEI Number: [protected] which is right now not under warranty. I have been facing a problem with the vibrator so I have given it for servicing at silicon mobile service,
shop number 111, first floor, babukhan mall,
opp kalanikethan, somajiguda,
hyderabad,
which is an authorised nokia service center on 14/oct/2009. My phone had absolutely no problems except for the vibratory issue. I contacted the service center on 15/oct/2009 when informed me that my phone was repaired. When I recieved my mobile i found out that the external screen, keypad and the speaker were not working.
Therefore, I request you to take necessary action and help me claim the loss of product.

Nokia E90 — Replace handset not in working condition

Dear Sir,

We are dissatified with the services rendered to us by M/s. Bright Point (authorised Service station of Nokia) to whom we have handed our Nokia E-90 before a month. Bright Point has replaced our handset with another swapped handset which we have refused to take since it was not in a proper condition. Bright Point have taken back the handset and have informed us to come on 5th March 2008 to get other handset we have visited and have seen that handset was not to our satisfaction but still they have forced us to accept the handset and have informed us that if we are not satisfied then we should visit Nokia.

We have acepted the piece on 5th March and after using the piece we came to know that piece was having same network problem for which we have submitted our original handset. We regret to say that we were getting used handset which was in a worst condition so again they are going to give us swapped handset. We shall accept the handset and will check whether it is in a working condition and to our satisfaction or else shall file a complaint in Consumer redresal forum.

Nokia e90 communicator — Battery Problem

Dear Sir,



I have just purchased NOKIA E90 Communicator from RPG Cellucom, Vaishali Nagar Store, Jaipur on April 4, 2008 and facing back up problem in the handset since day one, I was out of station just after buying and was back to home on 16/04/08. After that I spoke to Mr. Yogesh of RPG executive at same store and he directed me to Nokia care by saying that you will get your battery replaced within 5 minutes. I visited Nokia care on 18/04/08 at New Sanganer Road, Jaipur and they people said Are you educated or not ? Whether dealer explain to you about terms and condition or not ? Again spoke to RPG executive several times but no solution provided to me till now.

Now I am again out of station and will be back to home town in next weeks time and planning to visit consumer court if my problem not sorted out.

So you are requested to please look in to the matter and let me know to whom I can contact for my problem.

Nokia — bad working condition

i bought a NOKIA 3500classic phone my phone IMEI no is [protected] and i searched in GOOGLE and i came to know that my phone is manufactured in UAE which is a bad quality please give any idea what is my problem is when i put my hedphone there is no indication in my mobile and i cannot hear mp3s and sometimes when i take photos i get an message that my camera is in standby

Nokia E90 — regular handset failure

i have nokia E90 with IMEI number [protected] and i bought it for Rs 33, 500. last year in june and since then i am having problem with this handset.
initially i was having software problem with this handset but
In december this set was switched off automatically and after that it couldn`t start then i sent the handset to nokia care and then after 15 days i got it back and they gave me the in not a very good condition as it has been repaired and there was an hardware failure in the set.
After 20 days this handset again have another problem i.e the keypad stops working automatically again i sent it to nokia care and after another 15 days when i got my set back the same problem i faced again with my hand set and again the handset was sent to nokia care for repairing..
the thing is now i dont want this defected hand set back and i want it to be replaced
but i have no one to support me due to which i am trusting this consumer complaint forum and i hope u will help me on this issue..
hoping to get positive response and i get my nokia e90 replaced with a new one..

NOKIA E-90 — HANDSET NOT WORKING

The Hanset was purchased from your Nokia dealer on 12.01.2009 and the Handset was hanged always but now on Ist May the Handset was not working neither keypad nor the screen and the same was submitted to your Nokia Care Chetia Info vide Job Sheet No:[protected]/090504/34 on 4th May but till date the Handset is not received. I want the Handset to be replaced immediately failing I will take the matter to Consumer Court as there is no response from your service centre.

Nokia / E90 Communicator — Battery Problem & mobile Cover Discolour

Dear sir/Mdam,
I have bought this E90 mobile From Nokia Priority BHUBANESWAR near master Canteen Show room . after 5 days I gave them Complain that my Mobile Battery not works above 3 hours. they told me come & exchange your Battery but when I reached there they told me we have no stock you try other Nokia Priority, I also tried other 2 nokia Priroity in Bhubaneswar But not Succes, one of them told me 'you submit here your battery & we will send it to kolkata & after one month we will give u new battery. ' But I told him pl. Take my Complain & after one month I will take it from you & I also told him You take one Batery Cost as Security But they don't agree. I also contacted Nokia Orissa Head by Phone
for solve my Problem. but he also refused me...

So, pl. Solve my Problem I will be oblised to your company otherwise I will take Latest action against Your Company
I totally agree with this statement. I'm another victim of Nokia.

Nokia customer care personal harrass the customers to the utmost limit rather adressing to the root cause of problem.
