This is to bring to your kind notice the product support service provided by nokia though its nokia care center dosn't go at all with the brand name of "NOKIA" for what the company is known worldwide.The incidence that happens with me 2 dayz back and force me to use such a harsh language and write this mail was.I had given my Nokia C5 to nokia service center faridabad NIT branch to resolve mh problem regarding speaker and at the time of the delivery i had clearly told teh executive that don upadte the software and it will cause me the loss of all the data and force him to mention that in the job card.Bt at teh time of the delivery of the phone i was in sate of shock when i operate my phone reason for that was that my phone was PARALAYSED & SOFTWARED WAS COMPLETELY FORMATTED l of mhh data and contacts was deleted and no one at the service center was ready to lend an ear to my complaint, listen to my query. This kind of service and dealing with costumer is totally unexpected and unacceptable and creating a wrong image of NOKIA. and Even though nobody was ready to make an apology for the mistake.so i want a written "APOLOGY" from nokia for the problem i had face because of the negligence of the nokia care service center.and Also ensure that such problems do not creep up in future and that our faith in Nokia remains undaunted.

1. E5-00 given for repair 10 DAYS BACK. Still vague reply from your so called customer care centre.

2. After I quoted my job sheet number, the person in your care cente, without even waiting for a second, replies that you phone is the same phone which was logged in water and hence we are not in a position to repair ! I was shocked. You deal all cases of phone repair into liquid logged cases and I guess convert them into liquid logged cases , to haress customers?? MY NOKIA CARE CENTRE - MANAV COMMUNICATION, NEW DELHI. VERY POOR SERVICE. DON'T GO THERE EVER, .

3. Then another person comes on line and states that, he had received the phone from head office and was again giving problem and so he has sent it back ? Which means I have to wait another 8 days.

I have deposited a Nokia 5130 handset to Nokia care at Allahabad on 7th of April 2011.

Since then I am getting only assurance not the hand set.

Who will be responsible for warranty this one month. Now my warranty remains only for 11 months and if kept for some more days with Nokia it will further reduce.

I purchased handset to use not to keep it Nokia. If Nokia wants the hand set to keep with him please don't sell Handset and keep with your self.

If this is the service of Nokia, perhaps I must had purchased some other brand without warranty which would have given me less pain as I would be mentally prepare that It don't have warranty.
my nokia n82 phones keypad doesnt work suddenly. i go to the nearest nokia care pattom, TRIVANDRUM(no use) they check my phone and made an estimate of1400 after 2 day i received a sms (ur nokia n82-1 was irrepairable collct the phne from nokia care) i go to the office and wait approximately 1 hour. they told me that they cant repair that bcoz the body was tampered.i feel like hell
Actually nokia care is very very poor in their service. they collect very huge amt for small problem 65% of the people said that the same complaint was repeated,this shows the low quality service of nokia

ACTUALLY we prefer nokia because of its quality and care guaranteed by them but THEY LOST THEIR NAME DAY By day. samsung and sony errickson provide hi quality service. nokia actually cheat me cheat the entire user. i never allow my relatives and friends to buyany nokia handset

i think if they conduct a survey they know their actual value in the market.

19/12/2010 i purchased nokia c3 and within 6 mnths aftr purchase it started troubling us... as it was under gaurantee i gave it to the nokia care centre they took it for 15 days and did NOTHING and return it to me saying "theek ho gya"...... they cheat me

Myself Jiju Thankachan, using C503 visited to kadavanthara branch which is located at eranakulam, kerala, (india) for a small complaint, i was not getting my mails in inbox, i have visited three times for the same reason. for that they have formated my handset and memory card. Is it required to format the memory card for the same reason. And still the problems are remains same. yesterday i went to kadavanthara brand at 10:30am and informed the same problem is remains still. They promised me that will rectify in 15minuts because i had to go at 12:30 to office. They made me to wait till 1:00 pm.The staffs are irresposible and never respect customer feeling. They are not even bother about rectify the problem and they were busy on theirown business. When i asked atlast for the status they gave back the mobile and told that you just create a mail box and do it manually, then why should i go to Nokia care if i could done manually. Hope that the top management will take proper action and point out from the view of customer,

I purchased a Nokia handset model-E5 on 04/02/2012 vide Invoice No.10650/5348075 from Store no.1957 located at Jora Mandir, Baguihati, Kolkata. On the date of purchase, very sweet words were told regarding the services offered assuring service anytime for any kind of problem. Even I was persuaded to take one year additional warranty for the handset.

Although, I visited the store 3-4 times thereafter, very little attention was paid towards my complaint and finally it was not attended to. I waited there for over 30 minutes on each occasion but the problems (activation of email, GPRS, etc) were not addressed.

I came back with lots of dissatisfaction and have decided not to purchase the handset from any Mobile Store in future. I do not know if any technical/mechanical problem happens to the set what kind of service I can expect from them.

My Name is Naveen. I paid 12500 Rs for my Nokia C6 and what do I get instead?? Pain .. Yes from Nokia Care - Mysore. Within 3 months of purchase I faced a problem with Video recording (breakage in clips), took my cell to the nearest Nokia Care - Mysore. Till then my cell had no other issues. I got a call from the Nokia care in the evening and they dont me that even the display isnt working. Then they calmed me saying its under warranty and would get it done free of cost. They took more than a month to return my cell back. Then after 6 months i again faced an issue with the display this time they told me that the warranty of my mobile was over and they charged me Rs 100 for servicing (I had no bill at that time - as the mobile was gifted to me by my dad and he had kept the bill with him and unfortunately he was out of town for sometime). Later they informed me that the issue is with display and they couldn't do anything regarding this and asked me to wait for 20 days as they would get the display from the company by then. After 1 month of waiting I returned back to Nokia care center with the bill ( where my purchase showed me that the Mobile was still under warranty - i.e it had not been a year since i purchased the cell). They told me that the mobile warranty would be over in few days and asked me to renew the free service scheme by paying Rs.500. They again asked me to pay Rs100 for checking my cell again, for which I fought and they had to agree. Now they call me and tell me that there is a problem with the slider (heaven knows from where did this problem come, as the issue was with display till then). And now they say for this there is no warranty and I need to pay them Rs. 2405. So totally I have to spend around 15,000 where the customer satisfaction I got was Zero. Can someone help me to sought out this issue. Let me also tell u that I haven't even dropped or roughly used my cell.. I have taken care of my cell like a kid and this is what I get in return.

I have asked for a replacement, but Nokia is refusing that and asking me to take the same phone which they say is repaired.

I have also contacted many people who had issues with their Nokia devices and NONE of them were happy with Nokia Care. They just want to fleece the customer even if the product is well within warranty period citing stupid excuses. You will NEVER get any replacement, however genuine the issue be.

aman gandhi is a nokia Lumia800 user ,today while i was updating the same it got hanged and was not opening ,i visited the nokia care centre durga communication,48 kingsway camp mall road new delhi 110009 i gave my handset to them to rectify the fault ,the same was given back to me after 30 minutes stating that it can be rectified at their end and will go to company as it is covered under warranty when i saw my handset it was physically tamered by them while opening and there were scratches on it all over ,they assured me that it will be rectified and the will provide me with the handset after 7 days the imei no for my handset is [protected] warranty ref no is glbiny[protected]service cenre details:ncc:150_433527

sir i have used my handset in last 4 months only for 3-4 hours (talk) and the same is very well maintained by me in every respect

in a condition in which it was at the time of delivery to nokia care.
