[Resolved]  Nokia — block my handset

6131 — Malfunctional

Barely even 1 & a half month old, it started giving me trouble. The phone used to switch off automatically & this was serviced by HCL. I was told by the customer care that there is a manufacturing problem in the mother board & it has to be rectified along with some software problem that persists which is being done in Chennai. It took them 1mth to return the phone after I made a noise. Now, i have the same problem again & the customer care guy says it was never sent to Chennai & there was only soldering done which is not done rightly. I DONT WANT THIS PHONE REPAIRED. I WANT A REPLACEMENT. I am sick of this. Nokia used to be my favourite brand but Iam regretting having bought it now. Kindly replace with a new phone or I any way have my invoice with which I will be forced to take to consumer court

Nokia 6131 — phone restriction

the nokia company restricted the working of my phone and on submitting the phone in d company, they r replacing it.
pls i want my model 6131 coz it was a flipper phone while the replacement is an ordinary phone. its been 2 months since i gave my phone
pls tellme the no. of the head office, i want to complain there before i go to the govt. consumer forum

Nokia / E51 — i lost the cellphone and i want to block the usage of the cell phone

Dear Sir / Madam.,

i lost my cellphone on last sunday, now i want to block the usage of my cellphone.
two cellphones has been bought at a time from the shop. at present i do not have the
bill with me.If i give one of the IMEI no. of the cellphone, is it ok to block the cellphone.
or is it advisable for me to get or is it possible to get from customer care (mobile no.
what i have used in this cell phone) the IMEI no. of the lost cell phone.

I lost my Nokia Mobile model N72-5D Plum on 29/01/2009 whose IMEI no. [protected] and I was using MTNL Pre paid connection whose no. was [protected]. I blocked this MTNL number on 31/01/2009. Now I want to block Nokia handset. So I have request you to block this handset. For this kind of action. I am highly obliged on you.

I have lost my mobile on 30th June 2007 in Chnnai (Karapakkam). I tried to trace using Airtel service center as i have taken airtel postpaid connection But till now I didn't get any reponse.
