[Resolved] Nokia / Idea — 3G data plan along with Purchase of Lumia 720 | |
This is Niraj Trivedi.
I Purchased Nokia Lumia 720 from eZone, Oberoi Mall, Mumbai which had an offer for IDEA 3G data 2GB free for two months if I put Idea SIMcard in mobile before 31st August, 2013. When I contacted IDEA gallery they informed me that Idea does not even have a license to offer 3G in Mumbai. So, they cannot honour this offer.
When I contacted eZone staff at Oberoi mall, Mumbai, they say they are not responsible for any help as this offer is from Nokia.
Please advise if you can help in this matter and what all information you need to take a corrective action.
