3G data plan along with Purchase of Lumia 720
This is Niraj Trivedi.
I Purchased Nokia Lumia 720 from eZone, Oberoi Mall, Mumbai which had an offer for IDEA 3G data 2GB free for two months if I put Idea SIMcard in mobile before 31st August, 2013. When I contacted IDEA gallery they informed me that Idea does not even have a license to offer 3G in Mumbai. So, they cannot honour this offer.

2 GB DATA AT SPEED OF 3G FOR FOUR MONTH NOT ACTIVATE

Sir,
I purchased nokia lumia 610 on 29 dec 2012, 18 days back which has an offer of 2gb data free at speed of 3g per month for 4 months.
After I got my handset and micro sim activated, I dialed idea & nokia customer care to get my free 3g activated. The customer care executive told me that the offer is not valid.
Still till date 3g free service not active on my mobile.
Mobile purchase invoice...

This is to bring to your kind notice that, on 28th of June 2010 we have purchased 2 NOKIA - E 63 mobile for official use, by using Idea GPRS Internet connection. But while we are browsing or downloading any application / songs it will automatically switched off and again restarting. 2 times we given to Authorized Nokia Service center at Udupi (Balaji Telecom) but no response. Because they saying this...
