[Resolved]  Nokia Indiatimes — Worst customer service by indiatimes

I want to draw your kind attention about the following.I placed an order in nokia.inidiatimes.com on 25th Jan,2012.I paid through my citibank debit card and the product was a mobile nokia c2-03 which cost Rs 4509.As per attached document you can see that it was shipped on 29th Jan.After repitative followup they sent mail confirmation on 1st Feb,2012.After that daily I am following it up and everytime customer care team is saying it will reach to destination address withing 2-3 working days.Finally last week on saturday they gave me quantium courirer ph no.When I called in delhi number
they told it has reached kolkata office on 1st Feb.Immediately I called kolkata office and they confirmed that it is with them.I requested them to deliver on that day but they told they will do that on 6th Feb morning in the first hour.Finally I called again on 6th Feb and this time they were talking nonsense saying that it had been delivered to wronng address.
How come it can go to wrong address when website is saying correct address.After that I called customercare but they are all trained parrot who can only speak whatever they have been taught in training.Being frustated with the level of support I want to make a serious complain against india times so that they can refund my money as soon as possible.

Hi,
I think you have misunderstood the context.I have purchased nokia set from Indiatimes through online shopping.My concern is with Indiatimes not with nokia India.

i hv booked my orderno [protected] on 25/01/2012 nokia c2-03. actual expected date 29/01/2012 . but now a days 16/03/2012 this mobile was not found me. i hv dealy dial phone nokia customercare service but they hv take more time to search my product. finally i hv lose of rs 4500 pls help me

Hi,

I ordered a mobile on Indiatimes Shopping website and the order no. Is "[protected]" and "[protected]". The order is it is created and I checked with customer
care, they said payment is been declined, however the amount is been deducted from my account.

The order seems to be triggered twice, however the money is been deducted once only. But still order is not confirmed. Please help.
