Nokia Lumia 720 — idea 3g data not activated | |||
I recently bought a new phone i.e. Nokia Lumia 720 on 20th April,2013. It comes with a Promo offer with Idea Celluar giving 2gb of 3G data free per month for 2 months. I checked with the Nokia care and they said this offer will be activated within 48-72 hours after making the first call from the new phone. I made the call moment i bought the phone i.e. on 20th April,2013 nad its been 6 days now and the 3G pack is not yet activated Please resolve this issue at the earliest. regards dileep kumar [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||

The receipt cant hear me properly when i speak, model 1208..Nokia care is not responding to the customer, They are very careless especially near marathalli branch nokia service center

Dear Concern,
I have bought nokia lumia 720 on 23/04/13 and from the very first day it has issues while speaking on loud speaker with someone, there is continues disturbance coming while talking.
Have given my phone for repair at nokia care Gurgaon rajeev nagar, job card no-29 dt-30/04 but they are unable to tell me by when it will get repaired.
It is really a bad experience and I will never recommend nokia lumia phones to someone else.
