My name is Chandan Kumar I am one of your customer but I am not happy with your services. I bought nokia N73-M last year in INR=16, 300. And IMEI no [protected].
I am not happy with your company product because a lot of problem in this mobile
Hanging problem joystick problem+handsfree connector problem+ blooth problem networking, camera etc And I have submitted thrice this mobile in your HCL INFOSYSTEMS LTD 30/28 East Patel Nagar New Delhi.1st time I submitted in 2007 December under job sheet no=[protected]
2nd time under job sheet no=[protected] and 3rd time under job sheet no=[protected].4th time=[protected]
Now I can not accept my mobile phone because there is a lot of problem I want to change my mobile phone I told my problem you’re this center manager his name is Dinesh Mehan he is working as a center manager HCL INFOSYSTEMS LTD 30/28 East Patel Nagar New Delhi. He is not giving me any response he told me I would be replaced your mobile phone but now he is saying I can’t do any thing I told him I can not accept my mobile phone because my mobile phone is not proper working there is a lot of problem.
Mr. Dinesh Mehan told me it’s not possible could you tell me why if I purchased nokia mobile I did a crime. If you can not provide me good facilities why have you opened a lot of nokia service centre? Mr. Dinesh Mehan is not a responsible person doesn’t know
What is the mean of customer’s service and customer’s satisfaction?
I realized that I did a crime because I have bought nokia mobile phone I am saying you with my folded hand please replace my mobile phone this is my humble request and give me a response waiting for your response.

Nokia — Regarding replacement of Handset-N73M

Dear sir,
I brought nokia N73M(music edition) on August 15th, 2007. within 3months i gave twice in nokia care for software update.Everything was fine for six months.Then owing to some technical problem i gave my mobile in nokia care, punjagutta, Hyderabad on[protected]. I was told that the problem couldn't be rectified and will get replacement within 2weeks. I HAVEN"T GOT IT TILL NOW.

It's been almost TWO AND HALF MONTHS i haven't got my replacement.
During this period it wes around 8 to 10 times i have been to the nokia care they keep postponing the date.I was given the HEAD OFFICE CARE NO.[protected] THEY AREN"T RESPONDING PROPERLY.

Kindly look after the matter to the earliest possible.
I certainly hope for some help here

I bought the Nokia-N73 from the authorise dealer(namely PUNJAB TIME CENTRE, Address is Punjab time centre, Hall Bazar, Amritsar, Punjab, Pin Code is 143001) dated on 14/11/2007 against the cash payment of Rs 12900.The invoice no -7104.Sir i waited 6 years to buy a camera handset of nokia.Everybody was asking me to get camera handset of some other company in cheaper rates.But saved a single single penny from my pocket money to get a nokia handset.And now when i bought that all my desires are fired.As in first week of Janauary it had started creating problem.I showed my handset to Nokia Care & Service centre(Address:-AA Electronics, 106-B Sunrise Plaza, Upstairs Bakewell Bakery, Cooper Road Amritsar.)According to them problem was in software/virus.But i didnt use bluethooth till that day.I asked them to replace it but they refuse it.The jobsheet no As on jan19 was 080119/56..The same problem arises on 28 feb.The jobsheet no was 080306/18.noe this problem again arise on 23may.the jobsheet no is[protected]/080527/57.Please replace my handset with the new handset.Please do the needfull as soon as possible.

I have bought a Nokia N73 Music Edition from 3G Mobile World from Calicut, Kerala.IME No:-[protected] on 15-03-08.After this, I had to approach four times in the Nokia Care Customer service centre for several problems .Within the first month of purchase ie on 12-04-08 onwards, all the troubles started .
First :- Charger pin broken.Within the first month of purchase i have to pay for that .
Next within one week the set become switched off automatically and on clossing the camera slide also the set turn off automatically.I approach Nokia Care and they told that it is the problem of the phone software and they serviced the set and gave me back.Again after one week same problem arouse and the same procedure repeated .Now also the phone in getting switched off automatically and when the camera slide is tapped or closed.Same occurs also when it is placed on a surface.

Iam a Medical College Professor, round the clock Iam busy and I have no time to visit the Nokia Service Centre regularly.I have bought the Nokia N73Music Edition only because it is an internationally reputed company and assuming that it complaint free handset.Now Iam very much dissapointed
because of the troubleshooting Nokia N73 handset.The service of the Nokia Care in calicut and also the shop 3G Mobile World are not at all satisfactory .In this Juncture Iam inviting your kind attention into this matter for replacing my handset.

during upgrading software through internet my handset inbetween switched off its own and it does not restarted, due to this my handset totally blackout . afterthis i had cheched my handset through service centre everything ok except software. i want know how to install software through internet or what i should do. plz reply immediately

NOKIA N73 BLACK — SOFTWARE REGARDING

Dear sir I had purchased a mobile on 17/08/08 from THEMOBILE STORE LIMITED, NO 123 BRICKLINROAD, CHENNAI, MODEL N73M BLACK, IMEINO.[protected] and BATTERYNO.[protected]P[protected]. Then i registered a compliant on your authorised service centre on 23/08/08 job sheet no 1106 regarding hanging problem and handsfree problem but after rectifying then also problem exists. Last week i went on to upgrade software through internet but inbetween upgrading process mobile switchedoff its own and it not get retarted by its own. So i went to a private service centre and checked my mobile and found software gone.
