Dear Sir,

Recently i purchased a new Nokia X6 handset with 16GB.. the next day onwards the set starts showing complaints. my handsets problem is the speakers are not working good.. when i increase the volume the sound will disturbing. i purchased this phone rs15800. Next day i go to the shop and said my complaint.. they will replaced my phone, unfortunately the same problem happens in that set also.. then the shop owner says that' sir we have a another shop in Cochin we will give you another handset from there'. so i wait for 2days i got my new mobile yesterday, unfortunately that handset also showing this problem.. why this happening.. Nokia must give the value for his customers because they are ready to buy the Nokia mobile with high price lie 15800 i paid..
I prefer music and camera thats why i take Nokia but now i realy disappointed. my friends also know the problem of my phone.. they also ask me why Nokia have no responsibility. So my opinion is that Nokia will recall all the X6 handset and replace the speakers with in a short time. because this is not a problem of customers. they are paid the money, and they dont want waiting.. if any one see the mail. please forward this complaint who are responsible for this. otherwise i think the the brand image will decrees. i noticed that once time when a battery issue happens Nokia recalled and replace the batteries.. so i hope that Nokia will recall and replace the speakers....

Buddy...I had been facing the same prob with my x6...Had given it for service where it was sent to Delhi for repair and had got it after 10 days but the jokers (Nokia Service) messed up and within two days the left speaker stopped working completely...had again given it for service...so my x6 was used for just 2 days and 20 days in the service center still ridden with issues...Is it what I deserve after having spent a fortune on my mobile???

Nokia treats us Indians as fools and sells us third rated phones at a huge premium...I hope this company crumbles as it continues to lose market share, vital people(vanjoki, opk) and gets wacked up by smarter smart phones from competitors...
I Purchased Nokia X6 from Croma, Goregaon Mega Mall Opposite Oshiwara Bus Depot, Goregaon West -400102 on 17/07/2010 for Rs 16, 049/- (IMEI [protected])
Extended Warranty obtained simply as the instrument is not working well since beginning. So the phone is under warranty. Apart from so many personal visits and repairs, the latest spell is longest in non-operation mode. It was shown sometimes in Sept 2011, repaired and returned by Phone4U, Nokia Service Centre Ville, Parle Mumbai. Complaint closed
The phone was again not accepting SIM and was reported for repairs at Nagpur in October, 2011. Job sheet created, repaired and closed.

Again, the instrument had problem and was complained on 25/10/2011, repaired and returned by Phone4U, Nokia Service Centre Ville, Parle Mumbai. Complaint closed. Though it was not working properly, it was told that it will be alright after some time.
The instrument had problem and was complained on 28/10/2011, repaired and was being returned by Phone4U, Nokia Service Centre Ville, Parle Mumbai. Complaint closed. This time, it was not working properly, so we refused to carry it back. The phone was shown to some senior employee and we were told that it will have to be deposited.

The phone was received. Proper SERVICE JOB SHEET No[protected]/111028/80 was issued on[protected]. I was told that the office will call me after some time within 24 hours and confirm the status. We keep on phoning up now and today, to my surprise the Call Centre informed, that there is no status shown and I should go to Ville Parle personally. I call at the same number but there is no reply. Few Complaint Number, noted by me are as under –
LATEST COMPLAINT NO. 1-[protected] – phone call on[protected] by me on phone
Before that case ID is 1-[protected]. It is too cumbersome to keep calling and without solution.
Moreover, the customer is only allowed access to call the call centre and service centre who have no solution to the problem. I asked the name of a responsible officer of NOKIA Company that is not available with these franchisees.
I want to lodge a consumer complaint. I approached the seller i.e CROMA ( A tata enterprise). They asked me to contact the Nokia Service Centre again. I asked on the number[protected] and the person attending is a call centre guy, who cannot do anything except to answer what he can, OR authorized to do so.
IT’s UNIMAGINABLE THAT NOKIA ASKS THE SERVICE CENTRE TO NOTE ALL DETAILS LIKE MY MAIL ID, PHONE NUMBER AND THEN DO NOT WANT TO INFORM THE STATUS OR REPAIR ON SMS< MAIL OR PHONE. NOKIA COMPANY IS TOO SURE THAT THERE IS NO PROBLEM WITH CUSTOMERS. AFTER SELLING THE INSTRUMENT< THEIR ADDRESS IS NOT KNOWN OR GIVEN IN WEBSITE AND SO THEY ARE NOT ACCESSIBLE> PLEASE HELP.
