Further to my Nokia 5030 handset complaints and depositing the same for the third time at Nokia Care center,M/S Rayrhythms,Vadodara,I was told to collect my handset on 2.8.2010 by the center(19 days after depositing).I collected the same on 9.8.2010.My handset battery was replaced with new one by the center.To my great surprise,the problem still persists about battery getting discharged to the extent of 90% in 24 hours without nearly no use of the handset in a day.This problem does not occur in my other 2 Nokia handsets.It is therefore felt that there seems to be an inherent defect in the handset which is not diognised properly/correctly even after keeping the handset for nearly 19 days!!My request for replacement with a new handset is also not entertained by you.It is totally a lack of competence in identifying a defect and rectifying a defect.I have no further wish to deposit the set for the 4th time at the center because it is an agony to experience a 'chaotic' wait at the center.You can therefore treat my case as closed from my side.I may not now opt for a Nokia brand and shall recommend the same to my well wishers and business friends.I just thought of bringing above to your notice and nothing else.

I had given my handset to nokia care (mango, jamshedpur) on 03 june 2008. there is problem
not to support data cable. till today I did not get back my handset.
I also complaint to[protected] many times

Dear Sir,
I had purchased a Nokia 3120C handset (ESN/IMEI No.[protected]) on 24/11/08 from M/S Anandamela, G9 Gariahat Market, Kolkata 700019.From 4/12/08 the set started malfunctioning with no incoming audio.Next day (5/12/08) I took the set to the retailer from whom I had purchased the set, he then directed me to Nokia Care M/S Infotel Services at 26/2 Hindusthan Park, Gariahat, Kolkata 700029.As I was within the warranty period they took the handset from me for repair after issuing a challan.After repair the handset was returned to me on 10/12/08.On 19/12/08 again the same no incoming audio problem ocurred when I took the handset to Infotel Services who again assured me to repair the set totally this time.Since last few days the volume of incoming calls was gradually decreasing and today it was off like before.
Is this the fate of such high end sets like the one I purchased for Rs 7130.00?I should be replaced with a new set and not repair.
I have purchased a N 72 Hand from the dealer Shubham Enterprises, Market Yard, Pune, on the day of purchase while dealer inserting my sim the hand set got hanged, i asked him about this, he said this is normal don't worrry.

After that i'm facing continues problem of hanging, then i went to Nokia Care Centre
1. They updated software and said the problem has been solved, but after fes days later i got the same problme.
2. Second time they informed me that the display of hand set is duplicate and they given me in writing, i asked the same to dealer he told me that, if Nokia Care's people unable to solve the problem then they always says that the handset is duplicate and he taken the handset and told me i'll sove the problem. After few days i called by the Nokia Care and they infromed me that the all problem has been clared and they given me in writing. But my sixth sense told me that something is going wrong, But i accept the hand set and given remark on their report that i have not satisfied.
3. Next time i visited the another Nokia Care centre, they have also told me that the hand set and displaty is not matching as Hand set is N 72 but display is N 70, they kept my hand set 3-4 days and return back.
4. After few days i went to them again for same problem, they told me don't use memory card, due to virus it will be hanged.
5. After that i never used the memory card, is used this hand set like normal phone after investing my huge amount. But afer fews days i got same problem and again i went to them, they again told me keep for 4-5 days for checking. After long period they still not solved my problem, still they are making R & D on my phone.

Can anybody help me for this problem?
sir i am writing this letter in respect of the handset nokia 5800, which i bought on[protected]
from mobile store, janak puri, new delhi.
the phone started showing up problem in the first week only, like hanging again and again
then i noticed that every time i switched it off and on i have to enter date and time again and
again, even the automatic updates are on.
so i showed to nokia care canter district center, janak puri, new delhi and this is how they replied to me
the attendant said to me, they don't repair nokia 5800 handsets and i have to search for another nokia care
center, when i asked him about his manager he said it 5'o'clock and he has to close the shop so i should better
go, i could see that nobody else was there. so i would like to ask is this how you treat your customers
when they come for repairing.
second i went to nokia care, jail road, new delhi on[protected] :
when i got to meet the attended he listen to me i told him all the problem
( how could a one week old handset have so many problems??)
next he took my handset and flashed it new software 20.0.011, he told me to wait outside
for one hour in case i want the set today or else come next day to collect it,
i waited for an hour, and i got the handset, and at the moment i got the set i checked it
timing and date reset problem was not showing up, but automatically the colour of the screen
changed as soon as i opened call log, message ( colour changes to red, green, blue for 5 seconds)
and the becomes normal. when i told him about this problem he told me that it happens after flashing and i
should charge the mobile untill its full and the problem will not appear, what a crazy technique,
what does charging has to do with the colour changing ? then i asked him to tell what the actual problem was, he told me
that there is a virus in my memory card, and i should get it formatted from the neighbouring shop and he will take 50 rupees


i replied isnt this memory card also under cover of warranty, and he was like we do not connect
memory cards into our systems, when is told manager about it he said we can replace the memory card
but they cannot connect it into the system . i mean how could they say it when it is under
warranty ??
next i agreed to format card on myself ( they didnt do it) and signed the job sheet and came back .
i switched the phone off that night after full charging and didnt inserted the memory card
coz i wanted to test where the actual problem was.
next morning i switched my phone on same time and date reset problem occurred, this means they
did something just temporarily, this time color change problem was quite frequently occurring .

so on[protected] i went to nokia car, jail road again, they made a new job sheet no.

this time they flashed my phone twice with new software, and even flashed my red nokia 5800
with the software of blue nokia 5800, which i think is the blunder they did, and after that
they told me the phone is giving same problem again and again, how could they flash
my phone with another phone's software and tell me after the problem occurs

.

this was it, they then asked me to submit my handset and come after a week for collection i.e
[protected] and they said the phone will be replaced and given to me in every condition,
but on when i called them on[protected], they told me that handset was having same problem and they
sent back the handset to the head office, and it will be given to me after10 more days.

why are they simply not replacing my handset and repairing again and again ?

now even when i call they put me on hold for 15 minutes and then cut the phone without replying
only way they talk to me is when i walk in to their store, what for they give their phone numbers.

kindly go through the complaint and reply as soon as possible.

what should i do to get replacement box packed handset

Nokia mobile phone/ nokia N73 me — defective handset

I purchased a nokia phone N73 music Edition bearing production code [protected]dated[protected] from an authorized dealer named Ambika enterprise, SCO 42, sector 11 Panchkula Haryana. while the phone was stil in the warranty period it started giving me problems. I went to an authorised service center of Nokia "Dizi Tech The Mall Shimla" on 4th March 2009, they kept the phone under job sheet No.[protected]/0903/04/28 for observation for atleast three days and on the fourth day they told me that they are unable to repair the phone and it is to be sent to Chandigarh for repair. They returned the phone to me on 26th of March 2009 and told me that the phone was perfectly all right. On the same day the phone started giving me trouble it was not getting charged. I again went to the service centre on 28th March 2009 and they kept my phone under job sheet No. 20851 and told me that the phone is to be sent back to the manufacturing company fro repair. I recieved my phone back on 16th of April and the person at the service center told me that the phone was perfectly all right now. I bought my phone back to my home and wsa surprized to see that the phone was still having the same problem. I again went to the service centre on 20 th Of April And they again kept my phone under job sheet No.[protected]/090420/36 and the phone is still lying with the service centre I want the Company to Compensate the huge loss suffered by me and provide me with a new handset.
sir i have nokia 6275 cdma reliance handset i purchase on dated[protected]. from mumbai . after one month i face some problem in my handset. i go at nokia care at pali marwar (Raj.) . the lady told me that you have software problem . i update my software . after 2 days again i face problem the lady told me that you have again software problem . this happend 6 times . but till today i cann't get solution. the lady told me that your handset is defective . plz send your handset at delhi nokia care they will replace your handset. kindly plz suggest me that wht i do ?

Sir,
With above reference I am sorry to tell you that your services towards customer is very bad. Since last 45 days I am continuously making follow up for getting my handset replaced & your higher authority has no time to even attend my call.
On Dt 17.08.11 I received a handset replaced against my new one which is in warranty on Dt :- 17.08.11 which didn’t operate. Its touch screen was not operating nor its other function. I really wonder how can you supply the replaced handset without testing it? Originally handset was white in colour & I got replacement in Blue colour & also old piece which was not in working condition.
Same day on 17.08.11 I handover that piece for further verification. I was assured that I will get that within 2 days but till date I didn’t received it.
I was continuously making follow up & every day I was assured that the handset is in transit & you can collect it tomorrow. But that tomorrow never comes.
Now I request you to please let me know whom should I call or shall I have to spend my valuable time & money for getting justice?
I am even ready if you refund me the amount so that at least I can procure new handset.
I hope you will reply me & take corrective action.

I purchased Nokia C6 on 17.07.2011... IMEI No. [protected]. The display was defective and hence stopped working in Dec'11. I took to the nearest nokia care where I asked to replace the handset as within 5 months it was found defective. They did not & repaired. After coming back home it again stopped working & again I went back to Nokia Care & they repaired.

Again the display is not working & now they are saying that my warranty period over. They will charge Rs. 3,200 for the repair. The warranty period is of 1 year & I purchased in July 2011 that means it's just one year & they will charge me for a defective handset.

Please help me in getting my handset replaced which was defective within the warranty period however they did not replace then & now want to charge Rs. 3200.
