dear sir, i use nokia cell since 2000, i love to use all letest cell of nokia.But when a purchase nokia x6 16 gb,it's folty pic, within five days its loud spekers stop playing,i give it to nokia care at vapi, i request there to swept but the give me after 10 days with repair, after two days its battery not woking (not became charged) and loud speker is farther not working,so second time i give it to nokia care with request to repace the cell phone,but after that they just repair it and give me back,After that within tow days on 28/7/2010 mobile hearing speker not working, so i third time give it to nokia care with reqesting to replace. job sheet no[protected]/100715/31 ncc 541_504867 esn/imei no [protected] model x6 serv.center-tangent:vapi I also complain it at custemer care complain no:1-[protected] sir, i got answer from nokia care we not able to replace your handset just repair it back, I verymuch unsatiesfied with thise type on noki care service,requesting you to sovt my problem with replace my cell phone NIRAJ JUNJ M [protected],[protected] ABHAY-[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||

I too have the same problem of speaker making cracking sounds while playing music it started from the 1st day itself i went nokia care and asked about this they told its the problem of the ringer and they changed the ringer but again am facing the same problem i went noka care again they said they need to send it to the company...so what will be the problem ??? will they replace it to new one????

nokia x6 16 gb — not working properly...replace 3 times still not satisfied

NOKIA X6 — Replacement Of Mobile handset due to faulty model
Sir,I have purchased Nokia X6 Mobile Handset From Mobile Store Ltd.,Shop No. G-3,Maa Parvati Complex,Opp Railway station,Bikaner 334001.The phone price is 14000.But on the same day the phone show some problem.The speaker of phone producing noisy sound.On the same day i went to The mobile store shop but they forwarded this to nokia care and they ready to repair them it means they agree for this thing that the mobile handset is not good it has some problem.But how can i ready to repair my new phone?so please help me for my replacement of new phone.pls ...
