[Resolved]  Northern Railway — TTE bluffed me

Sir/Madam,

I have lodged a complaint 57 Days back but i have not received any reply from railway board. My complaint was that i was traveling from New Delhi to Haridwar on Jan Satabdi Express ( Train Number : 12055) on Jan 13 2011. Coach number was D3, PNR NO. was[protected] (Seat NO. 103,99,101,104,105 ).
First i really want to say something to Indian railway’s trying to bring Indian railways in good condition but his staff is not work in this way. First suggestion I want to say that please instruct to all TTE that he always display his name plate because it is easy to get his name.
Now the problem whih i had faced is that I was in my coach. I
have booked 5 Seating seats. When we catch the train we were 4 & one
person can not boarded the train due to an unavoidable reason. His
name is K. S. Adhikari. When the TTE came to check the tickets i told
him that one person is not available so please cancel the Ticket of
seat number 101. He said ok in a while one person came at the seat no.
101 and he told me TTE sent me to sit here. I said ok i thought TTE
has allotted him the seat. After one hour later i asked to the TTE
that please give me in writing that one person is not available and
ticket is cancelled, he did not do that he advice me when you go to HaridWar
station tomorrow and tell him the pnr no. he will refund you 50%.I
asked him i have not any written proof to show in the station again he
gave me you the same reply. Three times i asked him for the same but
the TTE reply was same. At that time i had no any other option.
Since 14th Jan 2011 when i reached to Haridwar
reservation counter the person who sited there he said me it will take
two day to come in our records, I explained him the TTE words but the
counter person said what i am saying is right you come here after two
days. Then I cancelled the return journey ticked of the same person
the PNR number was[protected].
I get shocked. The train TTE bluff me and he did
not, justice with his duty. TTE is for help for passenger not to makes
fool. So I am requesting you to please look into this matter seriously
and take strict action against this kind of TTE & please refund my 50%
train fare without delay.
