parcel not received yet

I booked my parcel (4 bags & 1 activa 3g) with receipt no 456227, on 1st april 2018 from bareilly to usalapur, but after 6 days i have no information about my parcel, i cannot track it also, the little info m having, that it i'll come via lucknow. Smoking in emu trains

People daily used to smoke inside the compartment. They usually ignite their BIDI while sitting on the floor of the train. They even try to fight those people who opposes smoking there. Cancellation of northern railway smart card no. Nr 0161961

NR 0161961 SMART CARD for AVTM was issued by Sonepat Railway Station.
The card was put to use at Sonipat/Shivaji Bridge when I was residing at Sonepat.
Lately I turned 60 and superannuated from service. AVTMs at Shivaji Bridge, Sonepat and Sabzi Mandi are hardly functioning. I too don't find any utility of the CARD.
Validity is expiring on 10th November, 2015. Refund at Sonipat/Sabzi Mandi/Shivaji Bridge not entertained....

I have a list of previously cancelled and delayed trains but being busy I have not submitted a complaint.
