R/sir i beg to submitted that i ram tirth yadav ppo no. [protected] retired on 31/01/2011 from drm/n railway/lucknow. One year i have got pension from feb 2011 to dec 2012 union bank of india faizabad, i have change my pension account to punjab national bank afda branch faizabad. Drm/n rly/lko not agree to change of new ppo due to non issue of order for change of bank.

I booked my parcel (4 bags & 1 activa 3g) with receipt no 456227, on 1st april 2018 from bareilly to usalapur, but after 6 days i have no information about my parcel, i cannot track it also, the little info m having, that it i'll come via lucknow. NR 0161961 SMART CARD for AVTM was issued by Sonepat Railway Station.
The card was put to use at Sonipat/Shivaji Bridge when I was residing at Sonepat.
Lately I turned 60 and superannuated from service. AVTMs at Shivaji Bridge, Sonepat and Sabzi Mandi are hardly functioning. I too don't find any utility of the CARD.
Validity is expiring on 10th November, 2015. Refund at Sonipat/Sabzi Mandi/Shivaji Bridge not entertained....
