[Resolved] Northern Railway — Non accumulation of defence pension in over all income | |||
Please refer to my complaint dated 20.01.2016 Regarding Ex service man re-employs in Northern railway Locoshop under WEE/CB/LKO. The ex service man are not include their pension of defence for purpose of income tax deduction and not submit his income tax return .So they are not pay tax on 250000/ .In continuance the single man have save 250000 /- in one PAN according Govt Law. It is therefore requested that issue a notice to submit his income defence and Railway from there re appointment date in Railway information has already been sent to your department with reference Pr.CIT/LKO/PG/2016-17 dated 27.01.2017 .This office may not deduct their income tax due to non available his gross income.Kindly look at this matter and advise to this office for further action. with regards.
