I am Vishal Jaiswal residing at Chaitanya nagar, Pune since the last two years. I am facing the following problems. I was earlier availing the booking services from Shiv Shanti Gas Agency, 32/1/1 Sree mangal Society, Dhankawdi, Pune - 411043. Ph: 24378060. My Consumer No is 622470. I had booked my cylinder in the month of November 2008 (on 22/11/08). However, upon repeated reminders, I did not get the same even till Dec'08. In the month of January, I was told that my consumer no. has been transferred to Kiran Agencies (Adhoc), 20/1 Punyai Complex, Dhankawdi, Pune - 411043.Ph: 24373233 and that too, without my consent or without informing me. I again booked my gas on 17/01/09 at Kiran Agencies but till date they have not sent the cylinder to my residence. Each day, they say that it shall be sent today but to no avail. Is there anyone to listen to my grievances or am i suposed to just suffer like this for no fault of mine.I expect the HP authorities to at least take a note of this incident and to book the guilty for causing harrassment. HP — Nondelivery of Cylinder
My HP Consumer No. 613769 (Dealer Name : Tyagi Gas Agancy, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad, UP. I booked the gas on 04.02.2008 and whenever booking is done specially tell them to deliver the same only on saturday or sunday. But last week i didnt get the delivery. Today i called again, the booking person say it take more time for delivery. The reason is shortage of gas. But it is easily avilable in black market and it cost minimum 100 rupees per cylinder more than the normal cost. Sorry to say this is just not acceptable. My consumer No is 608692and Agency Name is Universal Gas Agencies Taliparamba-670142 Tele[protected].I have booked my gas cylinder for home delivery under No 1384 on 04 April 2008, but till today filled cylinder not supplied. In this connection number of times reminded the rep of Gas Agency over telephone. They always say supply from plant not arrived and there is shortage.Many times nobody attend the telephone. Normally the Agency makes the supply to this area i.e.Panakkad Karimbam once in a week on every Thursday. However no supply has been made in this area since last four weeks. In this regard you are requested to issue sutiable directions to the Agency to arrange delivery of the filled cylinder at the earliest without any further delay. We are finding it extrem difficult to carry on without the gas supply. I hope you will take immediate action in thiss regard. I also request you to kindly issue suitable direction to the Agency to attend the telephone. I booked gas for home delivery on24.06.08 but till today 20.07.08 not deliver. Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered. WE HAVE BOOKED THE GAS 6DAYS AGO, BUT COULD NOT DELIVER THE PRODUCT. Shop No UG-3, H.B.Town ; Old Pardi Naka Square; Kalamna Road, Nagpur - 440008.The people sitting in the office issue cylinders as per their wish. People having 3 cylinders get cylinders fast and those with one cylinder are kept waiting for as long as 10 days. They harass the customers as per their moods. Getting cylinder on time is the right of every consumer because that is the prime necessity. So is it required to get tuned with the staff to get cylinders on time.

HP Gas — Non delivery of the gas
Hi,We had requested for Gas booking on 22nd September 2008. But till date the GAS has not been delivered. and when I spoke to the agency I am being told that the GAS was delivered on 1st october at my residence, which I denied and also said that if gas was delivered then why I was calling them.
I made the call on 10th october to know the status of the delivery. On which I was assured that the gas will be delivered by 11th October. Which also has gone and gas has not been delivered. Now when I called them today they say it will be delivered after 1 week.
And the distributor was so rude in taking that the lady said if the delivery man is not delivering then what should we do.
Is this the way how you treat your consumers?
It is approx 25 days when I had made the booking and am yet to receive the cylinder.
Will anybody look into this?

My consumer no. is 697961 and agency name is SOUTH DELHI GAS AGENCY, (Sheikh Sarai PH-I )We are not getting even an average service from the above mentioned agency, I was booked gas on 18-01-09 but still not received.Pls note the major points.
1. They are never ever attending phone calls, as the regular comment is line is fault.
2. After booking we need atleast 4 times to vist theri office.
3. Many time we are receiving weight less cyclinders and they are not having weight messuring unit.
4. Many times we are receiving seal broken cyclinders, they are stating that we are also receivng the same from plant.
5. Some time we are receing gas leaking cyclinders.
Inspte of the above majort complaionts, the main thing is attitude they are a big zero regarding that and provding better service to there friends & relatives.
Pls attend this problem immediately.

HP Gas — Non Delievry of Gas
Dear SirMy consumer number is 607602.l. My dealership name is Amarsons Gas Service[protected], located at Power House Road Bathinda. We already booked our cylinder on[protected]. Today its 26th March 2009.
I called multiple times but everytime they excused about they are running out of Gas. From last 3 days we are running out of gas.
I guess cylinder has to be delieverd with in 24 hours after booking peroid. I would like to talk to one of the senior representative if they can explain the matter why they are stating everytime they are running out of gas.
Please suggest us if there is any other solution so we can get cyclinder as soon as we can.

sub : Non Deliverd Gas after Booking gas no:610654With reference to the above subject, every time we are facing the sme problem it will take more than 20 days if they stock or not this is the every times problem that we faceing with our distributer M/S Gopal Rao Enterprises, Santosh Nagar Hyderabad.Mrs Anita Madam she is not know how to speak with the customers and she is not sutable for that chair so please canceled the license immeditatly, and we already spoken twice times CGM of Charlapalli hyderabad but so far no action has been taken i hope chairman will take action in this matter we are waiting for ur replay

I booked gas for home delivery on 05.02.08 but till today 16.02.08 not deliver. Whenever i make phone call to their representative, phone out of servece voice is replying.every time for booking purpose i am trying their three numbers more than 25-30 times. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP.
