Not Receive RTO BOOK — cannot check whether the application has reached or not

My speed post no EM[protected]IN was sent to IISc, bangalore on 19 march from nagpur. speed post service cannot confirm whether the post has reached or not. Till date i.e. 25 march, IISc has not received the application form.

Can anyone tell as to what can be done to know the status of my post ??

I SENT SPEED POST IN FAVOUR OF BAR COUNCIL O[censored]TTAR PRADESH ALLAHABAD.SPEED POST NUMBER IS (EU[protected]IN) DATED-19/03/2009.IT IS A IMPORTANT DOCUMENT.SO PLEASE CHECK THE STATUS AND SEND ME THE DELIEVERY REPORT.

EG[protected]IN is not delivered and not gettING ANY STATUS. I had posted on 19/03/2009 for mumbai.

Not Receive RTO BOOK — Even after 15 days my package has not reached is destination

I had sent a college application package to Canada at Concordia university on march 17th 2009 my package no is EM[protected]IN but till date it hasn't been received by the university, When i tried to find the package they told me to fill a form and attach a 10 rs stamp and give it to them, First of all they lose my package and second of all they are charging me money to find information abt my package which they lost even after paying them the money they said it will take atleast 4 weeks to get a reply, It was a college application if it doesn't reach by the deadline then i will not be eligible for the admission and i will lose 90 dollars of application fee, but they don't care about this
i mailed my package via speed post because i thought it will reach within 6 days i paid 500 rs for the speed post, instead if i had paid just 100 rs and sent it by ordinary mail it would have already reached its destination
So my advice to anybody if the can help me in this matter please help me

Not Receive RTO BOOK — non delevery

i had been sent an policy on 5th jan from sbi till now i have not received the cover the speed post web site shows it has been delivered but it was neither delivered nor returned.
i have sent a few e mails to officials they are irresponsible they are replying in one line contact civil aero post office Coimbatore is it my job to contact each office leaving my work very bad on their part
can any one tell whom to contact regarding this issue
