Not Receive RTO BOOK — SHipment not delivered No Track

Hello SIr,

I sent very important documents which included those of my vehicle and licence via spped post
EM[protected]IN and the shipment has not been delivered . There is notrack of it.
In lieu of it being lost I will loose the documnets which will not be able to be procured again.
I uses goverment service as I thought it would be safe.
Its a shame on the name of the trusted Post Office department and I would like strict action to be taken against the good for nothing government officials feeding on our tax money.

Not Receive RTO BOOK — Non delivery of speed post ED655206411IN

This is regarding the speed post no ED[protected]IN.I had sent it from IIT Hauz Khas on13.5.9 to Sivakasi-626123.Tamil Nadu.I have the receipt which has the correct address in it too.

It has not reached the destination and when i checked the movement of my speed post it is in Sivaganga not Sivakasi.It is very urgent and it is important that it is to be delivered as soon as possible.I am not sure why this is happening and when asked in the post office(sivakasi) they said it would be returned to Delhi and when asked in Sivaganga post office they don't have any idea about it.This is such a bad service and created a negative impression in the customer's mind.


I hope you would do the needful to deliver it to the mentioned address as soon as possible.I have also attached the (internet)status of the above mentioned speed post with this mail and my receipt for the booking of the above.
