[Resolved]  Not Receive Rto Book — undelivered speed post

I am to state that I sent an important paper (article) by Speed Post from the post office, Shastri Bhawan, New Delhi quoted above to Dr. Pradeep Gupta, 83-C, Sukhbir Nagar, Karala, New Delhi-110081 on 20th May, 2011 at 14.58 hrs. But constrained to say that the same has not been so far delivered to him till date. The mobile no. [protected] of the above addressee had also been written below his address.

I, therefore, request you to investigate the same and take strict ation againt the responsible person. It is also requested to ensure the delivery of the paper at the earliest.
